Hotel in zona St. Barnabas' Church, Bournemouth

Il centro di ricerca è stato un'ottima idea per il mio compleanno di mia moglie, il nostro soggiorno era incredibile, l'hotel ha davvero la vibe di Miami, il bagno era fantastico e abbiamo anche dovuto mettere nel sole intorno alla piscina esterna. Il colazione era sorprendente e il personale era sempre gentile e sorridente... niente era troppo difficile , il ristorante di Harry Rock è una visita da visitare per pranzo o cena tutta la salita è incredibile e saremo di nuovo.. Amore questo hotel chic! Molto convenientemente, ogni camera che abbiamo visto è spaziosa e accogliente. Standard complessivi di pulizia non è perfetto ma accettabile, letto e bagni sempre puliti e freschi. La struttura è molto buona, ma al di sopra di una collina molto forte, quindi un allenamento gratuito se si decide di camminare dalla città!

We were at this property during the Easter Bank Holiday weekend. The hotel is close to the Bournemouth Town Centre. I cannot say that this is walkable to the Beach. It takes a good 5 mins drive to the beach from the hotel. The Good things The reception team is fab especially Mikolaj. When we arrived the room was not ready as we arrived an hour early. He offered us free drinks while we waited for the check-in. The breakfast was good. They serve the hot breakfast on small plates rather than letting the guests make the mess. I liked this concept. And of course, you can order omelette or French toast which the cook happily makes for you. The onsite parking is small and cramp- try basement The worst part This is a pretty standard no frills hotel. It didn’t feel like a mid-range property either. The worst part is the dinner- Both the food as well as the staff. The food felt like heated from frozen- pretty bland. And I would not rather comment on the staff including the manager. I found it amazing how rude a person can be while working in an hospitality industry- the lady with grey hair (I don’t want to name and shame in the public forum. I was equally disappointed the way the matter was handled by the person who introduced himself as the manager.

La ricezione con gli occhiali ci ha ricevuto molto entusiasta e ci ha aiutato a portare i bagagli nella stanza. Siamo venuti a partecipare alla partita nazionale di ballerina. Ho prenotato quattro giorni di hotel, ma l'insegnante ha detto di venire un giorno prima, e poi abbiamo prenotato un altro giorno. Dopo un giorno, perché il problema del tipo di camera deve cambiare la stanza per quattro giorni, non vogliamo togliere il nostro bagaglio, una donna dirigente, particolarmente intima, ci aiuta a cambiare il quartiere, molto conveniente; Abbiamo ordinato letti matrimoniali, ma la nuova stanza è una grande stanza mono letto. Per noi è conveniente aggiungere un letto. Grazie mille.E nei giorni successivi, è venuta a salutare se siamo a buon grado e particolarmente attento.Spero di tornare in questo hotel quando si incontra con la UK Open!

A little bit faulty towers but overall was great ‘budget luxury’ for me in a really convenient location. Lovely old hotel beautiful bar area overlooking outdoor gardens. Comfortable chesterfield lounges and sometimes live music and dancing. Rambling hall ways and stair cases. So your room could be a bit of a walk away through funny little hallways around corners and up stairs so check this before leaving the check in desk! Heaps of people had trouble finding their rooms. Then key cards aren’t programmed properly on several occasions I had to walk back to desk and back to room. But apart from having to wipe some mould off a wall …. overall I was happy with stay and location as I got a good deal on Trip.com £35 nite. And they upgraded my room from no window (is this even legal? To sell a room with no window) to a small double with opening window and bath. So I was happy. There is no servicing of rooms so if staying a few days you need to ask housekeeping or front desk for more supplies. Finishing off my coast path walk this hotel is located a 25min bus ride or 15min train ride from Poole. Located right next to Bournemath Beach, promenade and pier in Bournemouth on bus routes 5, M1 and M2. Catch the number 5 bus from the train station to drop you a few meters from the door on Bath Rd. For walking coast path bus 50 leaves from top of Bath rd to Swanage for £2 including the ferry crossing at Sandbanks then you can catch another bus to Durdle door should you wish. Check bus times. Walk on ferry crossing from Shell bay to Sandbanks is free or £1 in other direct (Sandbanks to Shell Bay). I walked to Sandbanks from the Bath Spa Hotel along the beach promenade. Really nice long walk. The hotel features a good buffet breakfast for £12 and average quality buffet dinner (on the night I went) for £15. There was enough tasty items to make it worth while for me. Get in early as they stop replenishing the food if not busy and things run out. It’s a lovely dining ambient overlooking beautiful lawns and outside lounging area. Staff in the dining area were really lovely and helpful and happy. I didn’t use the pool and hot tub but it looked great in a separate conservatory outside area. Some staff were 5 star in their service one bar girl was almost rude and very unhelpful when I asked about wine she just said ‘I don’t know’ and didn’t refer me to the drinks list until I asked a few more questions and she finally said ‘yes there on the bar’ as if I should have known that detail. The rest of staff most helpful and friendly after I stayed a few days. The hotel is vast and a bit like a rabbit warren. One room they gave me was up 21 stairs and I said no way am I lugging my big suit case up there so she changed it to a lift floor no problem. So check these details and don’t accept what you’re unhappy with otherwise they try get away with things if they can. Stand your ground.

Il miglior hotel che abbia mai soggiornato in tutto il Regno Unito. Non è inteso essere una 5 stelle, lo so, ma non sono sicuro quanto più il personale avrebbe dovuto fare per ottenere le 5 stelle. Sono stati molto gentili con me e la mia signora, dove altri hotel avrebbero cercato motivi per piangere e più, e sono in grado di trattarci bene, mantenendo anche tutti gli altri ospiti felici.

Grande prezzo. Grande posizione. Prova a trovare una stanza rigenerata mentre gli altri sono stanchi. Avevamo prima una stanza ABBA. Un po' stanchi e paga una frazione di più per salire su un piano a Frank Sinatra... più grande. Piu' luminosa e fresca. Una cosa... abbiamo pagato otto sterline al giorno e per il parcheggio... che l'hotel ha preso. Poche settimane dopo, la gente che la possiede ha ricevuto un biglietto di parcheggio.L'hotel è stato chiamato.Hanno detto di andare direttamente alla società Appellata... è stato rifiutato.TWICE! Poi chiamato l'hotel che poi ha accettato se li abbiamo inviati per guardarli Non ancora risposta ! Bit of a shame .. as they were quick enough to act and take the money. But not so eager to help.
