L'hotel ha detto che non c'era nessuna stanza e ci ha dato la scheda Trip.com quando abbiamo stabilito la stanza, quindi mi ha aggiunto un letto, La stanza è diventata molto piena.Il bagno è caduto enorme.Anche le luci sul tavolo sono cadute e guardano il pericolo del bagno. Il letto con letto è il più comodo di questa viaggio, non troppo morbido.

Location is uphill, just 7 minutes walk to the beach with lots of restaurants to choose from. Few things even though which said were included in the room were not there (hair dryer, bags in bins, sufficient tea/coffee sachets), may be you have to ask for them at reception, which if you have to do so for basic things, it is not as per the Hampton by Hilton standards (I have stayed at other branches in different cities). Breakfast was decent, loved the Juices and Danish swirls.

Abbiamo assunto la camera di funzione in questo hotel per il nostro 50° anniversario di matrimonio e dobbiamo dire che è stato eccellente dall'organizzatore dell'hotel (Lisa Dowdall-Souza) e dal resto del personale che è andato sopra e oltre per essere particolarmente utile (Keiron) su una ricezione che si è raddoppiata come bar-persona la sera, in tutto una buona esperienza.

A little bit faulty towers but overall was great ‘budget luxury’ for me in a really convenient location. Lovely old hotel beautiful bar area overlooking outdoor gardens. Comfortable chesterfield lounges and sometimes live music and dancing. Rambling hall ways and stair cases. So your room could be a bit of a walk away through funny little hallways around corners and up stairs so check this before leaving the check in desk! Heaps of people had trouble finding their rooms. Then key cards aren’t programmed properly on several occasions I had to walk back to desk and back to room. But apart from having to wipe some mould off a wall …. overall I was happy with stay and location as I got a good deal on Trip.com £35 nite. And they upgraded my room from no window (is this even legal? To sell a room with no window) to a small double with opening window and bath. So I was happy. There is no servicing of rooms so if staying a few days you need to ask housekeeping or front desk for more supplies. Finishing off my coast path walk this hotel is located a 25min bus ride or 15min train ride from Poole. Located right next to Bournemath Beach, promenade and pier in Bournemouth on bus routes 5, M1 and M2. Catch the number 5 bus from the train station to drop you a few meters from the door on Bath Rd. For walking coast path bus 50 leaves from top of Bath rd to Swanage for £2 including the ferry crossing at Sandbanks then you can catch another bus to Durdle door should you wish. Check bus times. Walk on ferry crossing from Shell bay to Sandbanks is free or £1 in other direct (Sandbanks to Shell Bay). I walked to Sandbanks from the Bath Spa Hotel along the beach promenade. Really nice long walk. The hotel features a good buffet breakfast for £12 and average quality buffet dinner (on the night I went) for £15. There was enough tasty items to make it worth while for me. Get in early as they stop replenishing the food if not busy and things run out. It’s a lovely dining ambient overlooking beautiful lawns and outside lounging area. Staff in the dining area were really lovely and helpful and happy. I didn’t use the pool and hot tub but it looked great in a separate conservatory outside area. Some staff were 5 star in their service one bar girl was almost rude and very unhelpful when I asked about wine she just said ‘I don’t know’ and didn’t refer me to the drinks list until I asked a few more questions and she finally said ‘yes there on the bar’ as if I should have known that detail. The rest of staff most helpful and friendly after I stayed a few days. The hotel is vast and a bit like a rabbit warren. One room they gave me was up 21 stairs and I said no way am I lugging my big suit case up there so she changed it to a lift floor no problem. So check these details and don’t accept what you’re unhappy with otherwise they try get away with things if they can. Stand your ground.

Amore questo hotel chic! Molto convenientemente, ogni camera che abbiamo visto è spaziosa e accogliente. Standard complessivi di pulizia non è perfetto ma accettabile, letto e bagni sempre puliti e freschi. La struttura è molto buona, ma al di sopra di una collina molto forte, quindi un allenamento gratuito se si decide di camminare dalla città!

Questo è un hotel a due stelle e una volta ricordato, sai che è fantastico. Pulizia comoda e una bella posizione. Il personale è amichevole e utile e un vero credito all'hotel. Questa è la mia prima scelta quando rimango a Bournemouth e ora cercherò più ampiamente il marchio Travelodge.

Hotel molto bello.Grande posizione, bella camera e decorazione. La stanza era molto rumorosa, le finestre sono nel parcheggio e la porta è al lobby e all'ascensore, così tante persone sono sempre venute. Non ho chiesto di essere spostato, perché ero solo lì 2 notti e mi sono già sconfezionato quando ho capito quanto fosse brutto il rumore. La stanza era molto utile per entrare e uscire, come vicino a tutte le strutture dell'hotel. Il personale è stato molto utile e bello. Mi rivolgerò certamente, ma preferirei una stanza diversa, sul lato della vista del mare.

Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno di 3 giorni all'Hotel Harbour a Christchurch. Ci siamo mangiati due volte, una volta al ”The Upper Deck” e una volta al ”The Jetty”. Abbiamo avuto bellissime tavole, cibo grande e servizio ci ha fatto sentire speciale. La colazione è stata la stessa, con un servizio attento da tutti i dipendenti e un grande cibo servito sul veranda aperto. Anche se abbiamo usato l'hotel come base per le nostre passeggiate intorno all'area, abbiamo anche usato il bagno, che è stato ben mantenuto e ha tutte le strutture che potresti desiderare. Abbiamo avuto un problema con la nostra stanza assegnata che non era come ordinato da Trip.com. Anche se il gruppo di ricezione ha ribadito che avevano assegnato la stanza accuratamente in base a ciò che aveva ordinato per noi Trip.com, il manager di ricezione Cherry si è impegnato a compensare per la nostra incompatibilità. Il servizio di The Harbour è stato eccellente, e tutti i servizi che ci hanno servito in reception, bar, ristoranti e spa sono stati utili, efficienti e amichevoli. Anche se la nostra stanza era più piccola di quanto avevamo ordinato, era ben progettata e il letto era molto comodo. In generale, questo è stato uno dei più carini hotel che abbiamo soggiornato, questo non è in parte dovuto al professionalismo e alla cura dell'attitudine del team di personale.
