Hotel in zona Beaufort Park, Bournemouth

Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno di 3 giorni all'Hotel Harbour a Christchurch. Ci siamo mangiati due volte, una volta al ”The Upper Deck” e una volta al ”The Jetty”. Abbiamo avuto bellissime tavole, cibo grande e servizio ci ha fatto sentire speciale. La colazione è stata la stessa, con un servizio attento da tutti i dipendenti e un grande cibo servito sul veranda aperto. Anche se abbiamo usato l'hotel come base per le nostre passeggiate intorno all'area, abbiamo anche usato il bagno, che è stato ben mantenuto e ha tutte le strutture che potresti desiderare. Abbiamo avuto un problema con la nostra stanza assegnata che non era come ordinato da Trip.com. Anche se il gruppo di ricezione ha ribadito che avevano assegnato la stanza accuratamente in base a ciò che aveva ordinato per noi Trip.com, il manager di ricezione Cherry si è impegnato a compensare per la nostra incompatibilità. Il servizio di The Harbour è stato eccellente, e tutti i servizi che ci hanno servito in reception, bar, ristoranti e spa sono stati utili, efficienti e amichevoli. Anche se la nostra stanza era più piccola di quanto avevamo ordinato, era ben progettata e il letto era molto comodo. In generale, questo è stato uno dei più carini hotel che abbiamo soggiornato, questo non è in parte dovuto al professionalismo e alla cura dell'attitudine del team di personale.

We were at this property during the Easter Bank Holiday weekend. The hotel is close to the Bournemouth Town Centre. I cannot say that this is walkable to the Beach. It takes a good 5 mins drive to the beach from the hotel. The Good things The reception team is fab especially Mikolaj. When we arrived the room was not ready as we arrived an hour early. He offered us free drinks while we waited for the check-in. The breakfast was good. They serve the hot breakfast on small plates rather than letting the guests make the mess. I liked this concept. And of course, you can order omelette or French toast which the cook happily makes for you. The onsite parking is small and cramp- try basement The worst part This is a pretty standard no frills hotel. It didn’t feel like a mid-range property either. The worst part is the dinner- Both the food as well as the staff. The food felt like heated from frozen- pretty bland. And I would not rather comment on the staff including the manager. I found it amazing how rude a person can be while working in an hospitality industry- the lady with grey hair (I don’t want to name and shame in the public forum. I was equally disappointed the way the matter was handled by the person who introduced himself as the manager.

A little bit faulty towers but overall was great ‘budget luxury’ for me in a really convenient location. Lovely old hotel beautiful bar area overlooking outdoor gardens. Comfortable chesterfield lounges and sometimes live music and dancing. Rambling hall ways and stair cases. So your room could be a bit of a walk away through funny little hallways around corners and up stairs so check this before leaving the check in desk! Heaps of people had trouble finding their rooms. Then key cards aren’t programmed properly on several occasions I had to walk back to desk and back to room. But apart from having to wipe some mould off a wall …. overall I was happy with stay and location as I got a good deal on Trip.com £35 nite. And they upgraded my room from no window (is this even legal? To sell a room with no window) to a small double with opening window and bath. So I was happy. There is no servicing of rooms so if staying a few days you need to ask housekeeping or front desk for more supplies. Finishing off my coast path walk this hotel is located a 25min bus ride or 15min train ride from Poole. Located right next to Bournemath Beach, promenade and pier in Bournemouth on bus routes 5, M1 and M2. Catch the number 5 bus from the train station to drop you a few meters from the door on Bath Rd. For walking coast path bus 50 leaves from top of Bath rd to Swanage for £2 including the ferry crossing at Sandbanks then you can catch another bus to Durdle door should you wish. Check bus times. Walk on ferry crossing from Shell bay to Sandbanks is free or £1 in other direct (Sandbanks to Shell Bay). I walked to Sandbanks from the Bath Spa Hotel along the beach promenade. Really nice long walk. The hotel features a good buffet breakfast for £12 and average quality buffet dinner (on the night I went) for £15. There was enough tasty items to make it worth while for me. Get in early as they stop replenishing the food if not busy and things run out. It’s a lovely dining ambient overlooking beautiful lawns and outside lounging area. Staff in the dining area were really lovely and helpful and happy. I didn’t use the pool and hot tub but it looked great in a separate conservatory outside area. Some staff were 5 star in their service one bar girl was almost rude and very unhelpful when I asked about wine she just said ‘I don’t know’ and didn’t refer me to the drinks list until I asked a few more questions and she finally said ‘yes there on the bar’ as if I should have known that detail. The rest of staff most helpful and friendly after I stayed a few days. The hotel is vast and a bit like a rabbit warren. One room they gave me was up 21 stairs and I said no way am I lugging my big suit case up there so she changed it to a lift floor no problem. So check these details and don’t accept what you’re unhappy with otherwise they try get away with things if they can. Stand your ground.

La colazione è buona, c'è un parcheggio e può portare i bambini con letto.L'hotel è particolarmente intimido per i clienti.Abbiamo raggiunto l'hotel molto tardi dall'aeroporto di Heathrow di Londra a gennaio 17. La ricezione con gli occhiali ci ha ricevuto molto entusiasta e ci ha aiutato a portare i bagagli nella stanza. Siamo venuti a partecipare alla partita nazionale di ballerina. Ho prenotato quattro giorni di hotel, ma l'insegnante ha detto di venire un giorno prima, e poi abbiamo prenotato un altro giorno. Dopo un giorno, perché il problema del tipo di camera deve cambiare la stanza per quattro giorni, non vogliamo togliere il nostro bagaglio, una donna dirigente, particolarmente intima, ci aiuta a cambiare il quartiere, molto conveniente; Abbiamo ordinato letti matrimoniali, ma la nuova stanza è una grande stanza mono letto. Per noi è conveniente aggiungere un letto. Grazie mille.E nei giorni successivi, è venuta a salutare se siamo a buon grado e particolarmente attento.Spero di tornare in questo hotel quando si incontra con la UK Open!

Had a good welcoming. Front desk employees work fast and professionally. My room was on the 7th floor and I had a nice city view. Rooms are clean and all the necessary amenities are provided. Unfortunately there was no available time in the spa in the morning.

Location is uphill, just 7 minutes walk to the beach with lots of restaurants to choose from. Few things even though which said were included in the room were not there (hair dryer, bags in bins, sufficient tea/coffee sachets), may be you have to ask for them at reception, which if you have to do so for basic things, it is not as per the Hampton by Hilton standards (I have stayed at other branches in different cities). Breakfast was decent, loved the Juices and Danish swirls.

Hotel molto bello.Grande posizione, bella camera e decorazione. La stanza era molto rumorosa, le finestre sono nel parcheggio e la porta è al lobby e all'ascensore, così tante persone sono sempre venute. Non ho chiesto di essere spostato, perché ero solo lì 2 notti e mi sono già sconfezionato quando ho capito quanto fosse brutto il rumore. La stanza era molto utile per entrare e uscire, come vicino a tutte le strutture dell'hotel. Il personale è stato molto utile e bello. Mi rivolgerò certamente, ma preferirei una stanza diversa, sul lato della vista del mare.

La stanza può aprire finestre e ventilazione, buona; il personale di servizio è entusiasta; il parcheggio è conveniente e conveniente, con due notti, in realtà è un po' lontano dal vecchio Henry White, Luvos Bay e Dudelmen! Sempre pensando che la catena della serie Holiday Inn sia più sicura, in realtà, passando da molti luoghi, trovo che la catena locale britannica di alcuni piccoli villaggi sia molto conveniente, come le braccia che vivono vicino al castello di Conway, che sono pulite, letti e la qualità delle finestre sono particolarmente buone
