Probably the worst hotel I had ever stayed at during 50+ years of my worldwide travel, both on business and private trips. Apart from the location everything else was terrible. The rooms provided did not bear any similarity to the rooms shown on the TRIP.COM website. There was no shower curtain, towel rail was not connected to any hot water source, no instructions for shower settings, no telephone - my rooms were at the far end of the hotel, to get to the lift one has to negotiate a steep flight of steps (difficult with luggage and children, no porter service available, car parking at an extortionate amount of £25 per day, rooms not cleaned during our stay, noisy toilet cistern, chipped bath tub surface in places, inadequate first-aid box (no plasters or antiseptic cream or pads - required when my 5 year old grandson fell in the lawn area of the hotel. One chair in the room was wobbly and unsafe to sit on. More like a 1.5* than the 4* rating on your website. Floors on the way to the lift were creaky making annoying noises I need to make a complaint that I was sold rooms that did not match with what was shown on the website, which is what I used to make the purchase Did not try any food in the hotel, as not many people were seen in the restaurant at anytime, which is bad sign

È stato organizzato all'angolo più alto del secondo piano, senza ascensore, per spazzare la scatola. La casa dei genitori è chiaramente definita, ma è diventata una grande camera. L'hotel ha detto che non c'era nessuna stanza e ci ha dato la scheda Trip.com quando abbiamo stabilito la stanza, quindi mi ha aggiunto un letto, La stanza è diventata molto piena.Il bagno è caduto enorme.Anche le luci sul tavolo sono cadute e guardano il pericolo del bagno. Il letto con letto è il più comodo di questa viaggio, non troppo morbido.

We visited for a family diamond wedding anniversary. The rooms were clean and spacious. The reception area smelt lovely! The reception staff were extremely helpful and polite and leaving a little gift for my in-laws for their anniversary in the room was also a lovely touch!. Breakfast was a little difficult due to extremely limited gluten free options but I managed. I was advised to scan a QR code but it didn’t give you a breakdown for each item just an overview . Would have expected maybe allergens on the signs for the food in the buffet. We stopped in the back of the hotel which had a long corridor with three small stair cases which was awkward for my elderly mother in law. Advice for future travellers contact the hotel in advance if travelling with people who are uneasy on their feet so you can request a room without these staircases. I think an addition of a handrail for each staircase would be a great benefit. The bar staff are excellent and very chatty and friendly, Wonderful views and overall great facilities!

Amazing stay at Hotel Celebrity. Located very near to the scenic view, it offers great and spacious rooms. I stayed at room number 246 and the room was quite spacious clean tidy along with a private bathroom that had a bath tub. The stay was very comfortable and the hotel staff were very friendly and attentive to any query a customer might have. Breakfast includes bacon and other vegetarian options but there was just one spoon to use for bacon as well as the vegetarian options which can lead to cross contamination and for someone like me who does not eat bacon it was a deal breaker. However if a separate spoon would be kept to avoid cross contamination then it would have been even more amazing. Overall the stay and the locality is nice and the staff is quite friendly too. Would highly recommend Hotel Celebrity to everyone willing to travel to Bournemouth for a vacation or leisure time.

La colazione è buona, c'è un parcheggio e può portare i bambini con letto.L'hotel è particolarmente intimido per i clienti.Abbiamo raggiunto l'hotel molto tardi dall'aeroporto di Heathrow di Londra a gennaio 17. La ricezione con gli occhiali ci ha ricevuto molto entusiasta e ci ha aiutato a portare i bagagli nella stanza. Siamo venuti a partecipare alla partita nazionale di ballerina. Ho prenotato quattro giorni di hotel, ma l'insegnante ha detto di venire un giorno prima, e poi abbiamo prenotato un altro giorno. Dopo un giorno, perché il problema del tipo di camera deve cambiare la stanza per quattro giorni, non vogliamo togliere il nostro bagaglio, una donna dirigente, particolarmente intima, ci aiuta a cambiare il quartiere, molto conveniente; Abbiamo ordinato letti matrimoniali, ma la nuova stanza è una grande stanza mono letto. Per noi è conveniente aggiungere un letto. Grazie mille.E nei giorni successivi, è venuta a salutare se siamo a buon grado e particolarmente attento.Spero di tornare in questo hotel quando si incontra con la UK Open!

Hotel bellissimo, grande posizione, personale amichevole, camera era pulita e molto bello e moderno. Non avrei potuto chiedere un hotel migliore!

L'hotel è un po' stanco, ma la stanza che abbiamo soggiornato era senza spot, avevamo letti puliti e asciugamani ogni giorno la stanza era pulita ogni giorno. Il personale è stato così utile e amichevole, io stesso e il nostro 7 anni usava la piscina e la stanza di gioco ogni giorno .Abbiamo prenotato solo per due notti, ma siamo fortunati a prenotare la stessa stanza per una notte .avremmo certamente raccomandato Laguna Hotel già cercando di prenotare in considerazione delle vacanze scolastiche abbiamo trovato Laguna Hotel molto ragionevole, soprattutto considerando tutte le strutture che hanno che sono inclusi nel prezzo del vostro soggiorno.

Sono stato per tre notti insieme alla mia famiglia. E' stata una bella esperienza ed ho ttrovato, soprattutto, uno staff molto cortese ed attento a tutte le esigenze dei clienti. La receptionist, al nostro arrivo è stata gentilissima e competente e ci ha prestato anche il proprio convertitore per le prese italiane per i nostri telefoni e tablet. Hanno conservato nel loro frigo, con molta cura ed attenzione, un medicinale per mio figlio. La camera era molto grande ed accogliente così come il bagno ed ho trovato una ottima pulizia. La colazione, sia continentale che all'italiana era molto soddisfacente. Che dire poi dell'uso gratuito della piscina. Lo staff, eccezionale, ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni di cui avevamo bisogno. Esperienza che sicuramente ripeteremo.

Sebbene l'hotel si trovi in direzione ovest, ci vogliono solo pochi minuti per raggiungere il centro della città di bournemouth, dove ci sono molti negozi deliziosi. Guidare per circa 10 minuti fino a Wimbone Road. C'è un delizioso ristorante barbecue chiamato TAI SON BARBECUE. Le camere dell'hotel sono soleggiate ed eleganti, e ci sono negozi di alimentari e pizzerie nelle vicinanze (a 15 minuti a piedi).
