About this space Take in the view of the Flatirons over a morning coffee on 1 of 3 decks at an airy, light-filled escape. Nestled in a tranquil spot 3 blocks from Pearl Street, this crisp, minimal pad blends tan leather with rugged wood and an Aboriginal paintings. Kitchen/Dining/Living Room: This brand new abode offers an open kitchen, living and dining area with contemporary finishes, stainless steel appliances and hardwood floors throughout. This is a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook the yummiest of meals. Afterwards, enjoy a glass of wine with friends and family while sitting around the gas fireplace. Bedrooms: There are two bedrooms on the second level. The Master Suite has its own bathroom, a king size bed and a large closet for storage. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, desk, chair and monitor, making this a perfect spot for those traveling for business. Both bedrooms open onto a deck, overlooking the property. Bathrooms: The first bathroom is on the lower level of the home when you first walk in. It has one sink and walk-in shower, and is fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap and clean towels. The second bathroom is part of the master suite on the second level. It has 2 sinks, a walk-in shower and is, of course, fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap, hairdryer and clean towels. Roof Top Deck: This is my favorite part of the home, with an incredible 500 sq. ft. roof top deck with stunning views of the Flatirons Mountains! The patio is bright and sunny during the day, but hang out on the lounge furniture before you hit the town and watch the sun sink behind the mountains. Parking: There is one dedicated parking space in front of my garage that is yours to use. Street parking is also available. I’m always looking forward to hosting great people. I am always available via phone and email and if I am not in town you will have the number of someone who is local incase you run into any issues. This urban oasis is set back away from the street in a quiet area by the creek, yet just a 5-minute walk from Pearl Street, the creek path, and a farmers' market. Restaurants, bars, music venues, parks, and entertainment are all also close by. You are about a 5 minute walk to the bus station which will take you to and from the airport, downtown Denver or other parts of Boulder. You can also use the bike lanes to get around town and everything downtown is just an easy walk. If you are thinking about doing hikes or spending time in the mountains I would highly recommend renting a car. Great stay My friends and I had an excellent stay. The property is immaculate, well maintained and has everything you need. The location is also perfect to walk to everything in Boulder. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back.

Great spot near campus Cute and well outfitted place close enough to walk to campus or the mall. Convenient location. Shows up on the map near the mall, but is actually about 1/2 mile right up 17th from campus

Lovely Property Amazing location with short walking distance to Pearl Street and a very jaunt to the university and other shopping and restaurants. Very well appointed home, super comfortable, lovely outdoor spaces. Perfect place to stay while we dropped our daughter off at CU. Only suggestion would be a TV either in den or primary bedroom but otherwise perfect!

Great time in Boulder Four adults in our family spent 3 days/nights in this wonderful home. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and we were close to everything in Boulder. The rooftop deck was an extra bonus!
