Top tier stay, would highly recommend. Great attention to detail and very high class. Up there with one of our top stays in the uk. Took our 9 week old baby away for the first time and it exceeded expectations, will definitely be coming back. Very child friendly, great food and loved how the spa was open until 12am. You do not see this often at other hotels. To finish off our stay we had chauffeur Jon take us to Canterbury and back in the i7 which we enjoyed. Thanks a lot.

We had a lovely experience at the cave hotel. I booked this for my partners boyfriend and we both very much enjoyed our stay! The rooms are lovely and the staff really do go above and beyond for you! We dined in the fire pit restaurant and did the tasting menu which was delicious. We used the ‘pool’ in the morning which was lovely as we were the only people in there and the staff tell you if/ how many people are in there when you ask to use it! Drinks on room service were great & we ordered room service in the morning which I believe is from the cowgirl restaurant which was also lovely! We would definitely visit the cave again!! :) not a bad thing to say!

This place is amazing! The bed is the comfiest I've ever slept in. The food in the fire pit was out of this world. We had Danielle as our waitress and she gave exceptional service and even remember dietary requirements the following day. The hotel is very clean. Cocktails were amazing too. Overall one of the best hotels I've stayed in couldn't fault a thing.

When you stay at a ‘luxury’ hotel you expect, well, luxury, or at very least to be clean! Our room lacked cleanliness, fake nails on the floor as well as flower petals and balloons that had burst that must have been from a previous guest! The curtains kept out no sun so we were up at 5am, and the electric mechanism to close the curtains was broken, not the end of the world but we stayed in an accessible room so you would hope that would work for less able guests! The spa was run down, and not well kept, steam room had no steam, and the sauna no water in the bucket that was screwed to the wall, and never reached a sufficient temperature! It also lacked cleanliness! The only positives were that the staff were friendly and the TV was decent but I wouldn’t recommend an expensive stay at a luxury hotel for that, especially for a special occasion! The reception manager handled my complaint, she was empathetic and stated that she would call me after i had sent the photos through to see what they could do for us regards our disappointing stay! After I chased that up through email, there was no resolution only a further apology!

Beautiful surroundings to this smart, modern hotel. We arrived very early as my son had a golf lesson and was then playing a round so we asked reception to let us know when our room would be ready and proceeded to the wonderful covered patio area with views over the golf course where we had drinks. By lunch time we were all getting hungry but the only food available was from the evening menu, as we had booked to eat there that night it was a little disappointing that they had no sandwiches or wraps or even a biscuit served with coffee. No one came to tell us our room was ready so we checked in, we were not offered a welcome drink so we asked as my son was when he checked in, my sister was not offered one either. The room had the wow factor when you walked in, probably one of the best rooms I’ve stayed at. The spa was lovely but small, only four beds. Our evening meal was good, great service and interesting choices.

10/10 experience. From start to finish it exceeded expectations. Saw this hotel on social media and fell in love instantly. It’s even better to experience it first hand! You are greeted with baggage help followed by a welcoming drink; Prosecco or beer. The first impression of the room was exciting - the curtains opened to a sunny view of the golf course. The bed needs a review for that alone! Fluffy duvet and pillows, mattress is perfect. Maybe the best hotel bed I’ve stayed in! The room comes with a coffee machine, payable snacks, water, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, robes, slippers, usb port chargers in the sockets and a makeup mirror. After we checked out the room, we headed to the gym which had a good basic set up. Followed by a spa visit.. jacuzzi, pool, sauna and steam. You can even order a poolside drink from the touchscreen service. The pictures online do make the area look bigger than reality, though it wasn’t a problem. We dined at Firepit restaurant in the evening which didn’t disappoint. Every dish was cooked to perfection, rich flavours meant only a few dishes were the right amount. A option for a tasting menu with or without drink too. I’m still dreaming about that broccoli dish! Overall amazing 1 night stay and would recommend to anyone now I’ve got a taster of the hype. We’re not golfers but the complex was extremely popular and you can tell why, the grounds are stunning! Will be returning in the future 100%.
