Hotel in zona Crosspointe Church, Bothell

Ho passato 50 giorni per fare una sola chiamata.

We wanted to like this place. The property itself is so unique and beautiful. The rooms are nice and most of the staff are well trained and very nice. However, we went for our anniversary this past weekend and experienced the following issues: 1. At check-in we were given the wrong room. When I called to ask, the front desk person first questioned my representation saying she showed a standard room, as I was looking at my email confirmation saying the opposite. She then tried to tell me they were basically the same room. She then later called back, moved us into the correct room and gave us a $50 credit, which I appreciated and thought issue resolved. 2. In the week leading up to our visit, I was texted that the hotel was going to put a complimentary bottle of champagne in our room. I was appreciative. The bottle was not in our first room. Not until we were moved to a different room was the champagne there. I know it was a free bottle. But if you represent to me that you are going to do it, and you hold yourself out as an exceptional Michelin-key resort, things like that shouldn't be missed. 3. We booked couples spa treatments. In between services there is as waiting area with loungers, water/tea/coffee, magazines, etc. There was not enough seating so my wife and I sat outside in the rain under an umbrella. Staff was nice and brought us blankets. But there was no apology and I can't stomach we paid that much money and had to sit in the rain because there was not enough seating. 4. The biggest issue was noise. We have three young children and one of the biggest things we were looking forward to was sleeping in. At 5:37 a.m. we were woken up to a loud beeping noise from a truck backing up that repeated over and over. The truck was taking down a wedding tent from the night before and loud clanging, talking, and noise continued for the next hour. It is an old building and noise traveled right through the windows. I called the front desk but the noise didn't stop. When I complained at check-out, staff was barely apologetic and told me, ”no one else seemed to have an issue”. We spent thousands at your property that is clearly trying to be elite. The lack of caring for the noise issue really was the nail in the coffin. We are not light sleepers. If this hotel didn't hold itself out to be what it is which is also reflected in the room prices, I wouldn't be this nit-picky. However, for the money, if you're looking for a top end hotel, I'd go elsewhere.

La posizione geografica dell'hotel è buona. Ci sono Nordstrom Rack, tutti i cibi, libri, che possono camminare per pochi minuti.E non è lontano dal centro commerciale Alderwood.Il waffle di DIY ha la colazione.Perché il volo è stato cancellato e il giorno dopo, l'hotel rimborsa anche le spese di alloggio quel giorno, molto intime.

Cons: Bit awkward to have the sink outside of the bathroom. Pros: Quick and easy check-in. Friendly front staff. Free water and infused water near front desk. Free Starbucks drip coffee provided outside bistro hours. Room was very clean and quiet. Air conditioning and heat worked well. Toothbrush and toothpaste was provided free of charge upon request. Shower gel provided smelled great. Room was spacious - lots of desk space, a big couch, another small table, a large TV, a full size mirror, 2 bedside tables equipped with charging outlets. The hotel was close to everything we needed, including a large mall. Parking was free! We would definitely stay here again.

Le camere sono state ben ristrutturate.Il letto della mia camera originale si sta sfondando a causa di un problema di materassi e hanno cambiato la mia camera per un letto con una materassi più nuova.

No complain on the hotel, clean room and very friendly people...for the money, definitely worth it...

Ho appena finito un soggiorno di una notte all'Hotel Woodmark. Che piacere. Bella posizione sul lago Washington. Ci siamo salutati con bicchieri di bollito, e anche hanno ospitato un check-in un po' precoce. Serena, lussuoso lobby con vista sul lago. La nostra camera aveva anche una vista sul lago (nessun balcone, troppo freddo a Nov.). Letti incredibilmente confortevoli, e così tranquilli. Aveva piatti a fuoco, e una bella zona di docce da camminare intorno. Mangiavamo al Grand Bistro nel complesso, che era eccellente. Avete anche goduto di Starbucks e di Carillon Kitchen (ma ospitato al Como italiano, era molto brutto quando camminavamo portando i nostri caffè, non ci ha mangiato fuori), ha avuto un spettacolare sole. In un clima più caldo ci sono biciclette e caiacchi gratis. Ci è un mini frigo, ma non un colazione gratis. Le campane Carillon fanno anello ogni mezz'ora, ma non per notte. -) Lei paga anche $23 per il parcheggio e un costo di 25 dollari per il ristorante, ma questo è il prezzo per il lusso, suppongo.

È stato un facile check-in/out. La stanza era pulita! La gente amichevole, il cibo era così buono e vicino alla pista di neve.

La mia famiglia è rimasta in questo hotel mentre visitava la zona di Seattle. Ci siamo divertiti e ci saremmo certamente rimasti. La stanza era molto pulita, letto comodo e personale molto cortese. Il manager si è spostato di qui per visitarci ogni giorno per rispondere a qualsiasi domanda che potevamo avere riguardo alla zona di Seattle e per assicurare che la nostra famiglia avesse un bel viaggio. Ha offerto meravigliosi suggerimenti per le attività familiari e i deliziosi ristoranti.L'hotel è situato in una posizione buona e facile da raggiungere.
