Great location, nice staff, the only downer is the so called "breakfast"....
You can not claim a dull croissant and boild coffee as breakfast.
And then they offer 20% discount to the landawer restaurant so I can have some real food.
They also said it is for gold members but then I saw a sign stating it is to ALL hotel guests, So why lie and say it is for Hotels gold members.

Lily who checked us in was amazingly helpful and kind, she was very knowledgeable about the surrounding area and even suggested delicious places to eat. We're so grateful to her!

Excellent location, nice staff, comfortable rooms. Although the breakfast included were coffee and cold croissants. It should be clarify at the description, since it says 'breakfast included', and it's really kind of a snack more than a breakfast.

Fabulous location. Having a restaurant on site with a discount was great. Free coffee/tea, pastry and fruit was wonderful. Staff was friendly. It’s not brand new nor perfect, but can’t beat the price for the location.

The staff was phenomenal from the front of the house to the back. I also enjoyed one of the best coffee lattes that I have had in a long while. Really enjoyed this boutique & charming hotel experience.

The Charlesmark Hotel is a boutique-ish hotel in the very upscale Back Bay neighborhood. Transportation, safety and access to restaurants, museums, shopping, attractions, etc. are all excellent in this neighborhood and highly recommended. Considering the price and location, the Charlesmark was a wonderful place to stay on our recent visit.

Great boutique hotel across the street from Boston Public Library. In a very charming neighborhood with lots of restaurants and shopping!
