Premier Inn Bournemouth East (Boscombe)

The hotel was ok but; Floor 10 stinks of sewage Cracks in walls Flakey paint on walls Understaffed but the staff were friendly Understocked breakfast (cooked was very slow to be restocked) Dirty plates at breakfast Staff lied about dinner availability Self check in machines broken Check in took far too long and was very stressful Inter-joining door door handle dented Back of hair dryer fell off Keycard light switch fell apart upon putting card in Two key card didn’t work whatsoever Early check in wasn’t allowed Wonky lampshades Very low water pressure No hot or even warm water in sink Dented bathroom bin Lifts clunky Thin walls. So overall the hotel is bearable for 1 night if you can deal with an understaffed hotel and a lengthy check in.

We had a pleasant 4 night stay at this hotel.Booked 2 rooms which were interconnected which was a bonus.Both rooms were clean,so no complaints.Breakfast was enjoyable but did get a little busy as the restaurant size was a little small given the size of the hotel.The underground carpark was very safe and secure.There are reviews on here mentioning homeless people sleeping in the carpark,which put people off,but I can confirm this has now been addressed.

I usually love a premier inn but this has to be yeh worst one I’ve ever stayed at The bed and pillows were so hard and gave me back and neck ache. The room was on the first floor and the next door building and people in the street could see into it - so I had to have the curtains closed the whole time. No one on reception to ask anything about - early check in, changing rooms etc Would not stay again and would not recommend

Great location. Nice clean hotel and staff were lovely. Nice selection of food for breakfast. Although we were at front of hotel on main road. It was really quiet. Went to visit to see Gary Numan in concert it was great to chat to others that were also attending

Generally well appointed bedroom, very friendly receptionist who excelled (lady receptionist). Great parking that is free. Bedrooms well appointed but a bit tired. About 20 mins walk into Bournemouth but a pleasant walk. Bedroom overlooked car park so got noisy from 6am onwards when guests were leaving.

Good location, 10 min walk to the beach. Staff very friendly, room very clean. Plenty of Parking. You can eat at the bar/restaurant on the side but we only used the bar later in the evening, staff were friendly. Would stay at this hotel again.

I have used this Premier Inn on several occasions for business reasons when I am in this location. It is easily accessible by road and close to the business that I have meetings with. However, the rooms are often cold and thus last stay, the reception staff couldn't solve the issue and no alternative room was offered. The hotel is often very noisy with other customers making excessive noise until the early hours. Not very helpful when you want to sleep!

Great location with plenty of parking. Very clean. Fabulous cocktails. Every Premier Inn needs a 'Ryann', what a very plesent young man with a great sense of humour. Thank you Ryann for going that extra mile to help us, you deserve a pay rise.

the staff greeting was nice, and the location is really good. make sure if you need s shower rather than bath to ask for one - we didn't unfortunately. the place was clean - which was good, just a few minor cracks in the bathroom in our room (first floor). car park was only issue, not really had to pay before so that wasn't great, but the entrance to the car park via the doors really smelled!! like someone had urinated. so only downside!! they had a lift for wheelchair use so that was good. yes i would return
