Great location, good size bedroom and very kind staff,highly recomended.Lots of food options nearby and the view of borobudur very good .The transportation is convenient.

Great food, very helpful and friendly staff, amazing facilities. We had a great time as a family. Very family friendly, there is a playground area and a petting zoo. Rooms are spaceous and nice. Spa is amazing, great massage. Highly recommend and will definitely visit again.

Loved this hotel not least of all due to the fabulous and friendly staff. The room was very comfortable, spacious and clean. Good amenities, super spread of dishes for breakfast and two great meals at The Stupa restaurant. It was a delightful start to our time in Indonesia and the perfect base to explore Borobodur and surrounding area.

Nice hotel with nice design. Lobby look very glamorous Service was nice and friendly. So far, i have tried both Plataran heritage and Plataran Bromo Villa. Both are nice Foods that something they can improve

Hotel restaurant is very nice with chilled ambience. The lobby is grand with good taste. The room is clean, a bit old though.

The service is very good. All the staffs are friendly and genuinely attentive towards me and family. We stayed two days in the hotel but missed the daily afternoon tea compliment due to our activities schedule, however when i told this to the receptionist they kindly replace it and served us with tea, coffee and some snacks on our last night on the pool. Did not expect that. On our dinner, Mas Sandy dan Mba Dina, seved us very kindly and always asked us what they could help for us to enjoy our dinner more. This hotel was our best experience during our Chinese New Year break.

Did 4 days company outing with members across SEA, best service, best experience and the breakfast alsooo amazingggg! Shout out to Mas Bimo, the staff in charge of us, very helpful & kind. Def coming back.

Very nice, luxurious, and clean hotel! Recommended for those of you looking for a quiet place. Nice to combine with Jogja or Solo Trip as its located not far from the 2. The hotel also provides kids carnaval like merry go round. If you like walking, can do a morning walk around 2 km away to Gereja Ayam, a house of prayer.

Perfect place to staycation with family

Tastefully decorated and earnest, although somewhat intrusive, service. Great selection of mini activities for children and great effort at drumming up theme nights for dinners. Only bugbear is that WiFi isn’t reliable, but it’s a good reason to truly go offline.

Staff tried their best to understand our needs. Their constant smiles made us feel welcomed. Communication was easy. There were daily tea time with rotating venues, coupled with activities like kite making, pottery, batik making etc. Enjoyed the spread of food which featured both local and international choices. Allowed us to venture into local cuisine delights.

The staff @ Pelataran Borobudur Heritage goes extra miles to make sure we were well taken care of . We had dinner @ Enam Langit , enjoyed the cool breezy and the food was superb . Not forgetting the staff were so polite and gracious in welcoming us . It was a lovely short getaway and definitely will come back .

great place for my family, clean place and nice service. 5 star for plataran borobudur, i will back in PLHB, plataran bromo , plataran resort and Plataran Menjangan. Thanks you plataran for your service.
