Very good hotel

This place, calling itself a "hotel," was a disaster, with a long list of terrible things. The roof-pool you see on the hotel's pictures isn’t actually located at another hotel, and it was not mentioned at all! You need to climb about 200 meters to reach the other hotel where this pool is (although they offer as well driven cart to the other hotel). Once you get there, you can "win" the second row of the pool's beds because you don't belong to this specific hotel- meaning they are making you a second-class guest. Moreover, there was no shampoo provided at all at the bathroom, only body soap. The AC was not working well. The temperature did not go below around 24 degrees even though I had set it to 19 degrees. As a result, I sweated throughout the night and couldn't sleep well. The hotel claim that the sun affected the temperature, but the curtains were closed, and there is no sun at night! To add to the misery, there was no hot water in the shower one evening at 7pm. I was told to wait and check again at 10pm, only to be informed that the issue was fixed. But, as you might have guessed, it wasn't. When I request to use another room's shower, they told me I couldn't and suggested I wait a little longer. I asked the reception to consider a compensation, but they completely refused. When we got back home, I emailed the hotel's chain management to get a real reference about this whole stay, and they did apologized, but could not offer me any refund because I didn't book our stay directly from the hotel. Instead, they did offer me a next stay discount- which I will never use of course. i wish i didnt had to write this kind of review for a high score 4 stars rated hotel. In my opinion save yourself the trouble and avoid staying there or any other place connected to their name. i wish i didnt had to write this kind of review. ps, attached a pic' of the toilet that was located at a narrow place to sit comfortably enough.

Le camere non erano esattamente come nelle foto, ma nel complesso è stato bello. Le foto nell'elenco erano foto generali dell'hotel ma non della stanza, il che all'inizio ha creato un po 'di confusione (pensavamo che avremmo avuto anche un balcone ma non l'abbiamo fatto). A parte questo, tutto era confortevole e pulito e il personale era molto gentile e disponibile. Lo consiglierei sicuramente!

La struttura era nuovissima e molto pulita. Il personale era attento e cortese; tuttavia, avevano tre spiagge e un ristorante per il quale dovevi prenotare. $ 250 euro per un set di sedie a sdraio, una bottiglia di champagne da $ 40 euro e un vassoio di frutta sono oltraggiosi. Abbiamo dovuto camminare 15 minuti fino a Becici per goderci la spiaggia. 15 euro al giorno per il parcheggio non erano male. Ce n'è uno gratuito, ma veniva servito in base all'ordine di arrivo e con spazio limitato. Nel complesso, ******* deve indicare cosa è effettivamente incluso nel soggiorno.

Stylish hotel has a dramatic exterior and a massive staircase to a tiny reception. It has an odd layout and is nearby facilities that are not part of the hotel. I think the wellness facilities are a popular part of the hotel service and there seems to be some kind of children’s educational academy close by too. The breakfast room has everything you need and always enjoyed a full cold and hot selection. It also has great views. But doesn’t look big enough for the hotel. But it thankfully never filled up. The hotel has no bar or lounge area. I was told the breakfast room will double for a bar in the summer. The rooms are the biggest draw as they are stunning and are very stylish. The bed was amazing for a good night’s sleep. The bathroom was small but had a good shower. Bit tight to sit on the toilet I thought. But room was smart and clean. I was disappointed that the pool was not available considering how warm it was but apparently only in use during the official summer season starting in May. I think you use the pool from the hotel up the hill behind this hotel. Good access to the beach path that runs in both directions. Bit of a trek to the old town but enjoyed the exercise and the walk is pleasant. Also enjoyed walking the other way along the coast. Some nearby restaurants and beach bars too. Staff were great and very helpful and spoke great English.
