Hotel in zona Vieux Bordeaux, Bordeaux

Struttura a circa 700 m dal centro di Bordeaux. Abbiamo soggiornato per 5 giorni. Le camere sono carine, spaziose e dispongono di un cucìnino. La colazione è sufficiente. Offre un parcheggio interno a pagamento, indispensabile per chi come noi ha girato molto in macchina. Punto sicuramente debole è il servizio di pulizia delle stanze, infatti in 5 giorni non hanno mai spazzato il pavimento e abbiamo dovuto chiedere noi una scopa. Comunque tutto sommato esperienza gradevole

Nur eine kurze Nacht in Bordeaux sollte es werden. Am Abend, nach einer langen Autofahrt spät ankommen und dann am nächsten Vormittag ebenso schnell frühstücken, anschließend ins Stadion und es geht schon weiter. Idealerweise hat man noch einen Parkplatz dabei und spart sich somit nach langer Fahrt noch eine nervenaufreibende Parkplatzsuche in der Innenstadt. Irgendwie erinnerte ich mich, dass ich vor etwa 30 Jahren bei einer Frankreich-Reise mal in einigen Formel 1 Hotels Station gemacht hatte. Damals noch extrem günstig. Und irgendwie führte diese etwas verklärte und sehr verblasste Erinnerung dazu, dass ich das Formel 1 Hotel buchte. Vorsichtshalber allerdings ein Cabrio-Zimmer, also mit eigenem Badezimmer. Diesen Aufpreis war es mir auf jeden Fall wert. Nach 14 Stunden Fahrt dort abends gegen 22 Uhr angekommen, war erst mal alles wie erwartet. Es sollte doch hoffentlich allen Gästen klar sein, dass es sich hier um eine Hotelkette handelt, die vorzugsweise in Industriegebieten ansässig ist. Wer hier ein umfangreiches Angebot an Restaurants und weiteren Ausgehmöglichkeiten in Laufnähe erwartet, hat im Vorfeld nicht aufgepasst. Also, schnell das Auto abgestellt und rein ins Hotel. Tatsächlich war um die späte Uhrzeit noch ein Mitarbeiter vor Ort, der den Check-In erledigte. Bis hierhin alles ok. Das Zimmer ansich war dann eher untere Kategorie. Wir waren im EG, wenn man das Fenster öffnete schaute man auf tausende von Zigarettenstummeln und Abfall. Also besser Fenster zulassen, wenigstens funktionierte bei hochsommerlichen Temperaturen die Klimaanlage. Das Bad war ein relativ großer, aber vollkommen steriler und weiß gekachelter Raum, hatte etwas von einem Krankenhaus. Mit den Fotos, die wir vorher auf der Internetseite gesehen hatten, hatte es leider nichts zu tun. Naja, eine Stunde später machten wir die Augen zu und am nächsten Morgen reisten wir wie geplant nach dem Frühstück wieder ab. Das Frühstück war genau, wie ich es mir vorgestellt hatte. Nicht besser und nicht schlechter. Fazit: wir haben zu zweit (ein Erwachsener, ein Kind) insgesamt 72 € für diese eine ÜN und 2 x Frühstück bezahlt. Das ist für das erhaltene Paket am Ende einfach zu viel Geld. Hätte ich irgendwas zwischen 40 und 50 € bezahlt, dann wäre das für die Leistungen ok gewesen. Aber für 72 € übernachte ich auch in inhabergeführten Pensionen, habe ein ordentliches Handtuch im Bad und bekomme morgens ein frisches Frühstücksei. Von daher leider keine Empfehlung.

Ottima esperienza, gentilezza e professionalità. Camera pulita e arredi piacevoli e moderni. La staff estremamente disponibile ha sempre risposto alle richieste fatte. Ristorante Les decantes consigliatissimo per una cena intima dai genuini sapori francesi, assolutamente no stress!!!

Ho alloggiato in uno degli appartamenti della residenza per circa 10 giorni. La residenza si trova in punto strategico, non lontana dalla fermata del tram che permette di raggiungere il centro della città in pochissimi minuti. Lo staff è cordiale e negli appartamenti c'è tutto ciò che vi può essere utile per un soggiorno di media-lunga durata. La pulizia non è eccellente, ma nella media. Lo consiglio se avete bisogno di un alloggio provvisorio a Bordeaux e dintorni.

Questo ostello è stato probabilmente il migliore per il suo prezzo che abbia mai fatto. Sono molto utile e amichevole, ho trovato un sonno eccezionale grazie alla tua buona privacy nel letto con cortine. Se vuoi visitare il bellissimo Bordeaux e non vuoi spendere un tonnellino di soldi per dormire questo ostello è perfetto per te!

We were travelling from the UK to Portugal with our two dogs and this hotel was great for an overnight stop. We stayed here twice; once on the way and again on the way back. For the return journey, we were allocated a ground floor room overlooking the back of the hotel, which was just perfect for us. The hotel was very easy to find, had secure free parking and a small grass area for our dogs to exercise. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom had a great shower. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. There was a drinks machine and vending machine in the reception area along with a microwave that you could use. The only downside was that there were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room; not a problem for us as we had brought our own kettle, mugs, tea bags and milk. We were very pleased we chose this hotel and will definitely stay again.

We have stayed here before, around three years ago, and it was a tired hotel then, so even more so now does it need modernising. The good bits first: the bed was comfortable and the receptionist supplied me with two extra pillows upon request. The not so good bits: the room needs a complete overhaul. The fabric is old and grim. The floor needed a good clean. The bathroom fittings are rusted from age and, my goodness, the toilet would benefit from a gallon of bleach being thrown down it and left for a week. Gross, I think is the word. (Room 102). In these days of Covid-19 precautions, people in France are required to wear masks in hotels, restaurants etc and there were notices advising the regulation. However, the receptionist was not wearing one when we booked in. He was wearing one the following morning, but under his chin! Again, because of Covid-19 we expected the breakfast trays to be made up for as we chose our items. No, the items were still displayed on plates and baskets, for everyone to breathe over them and touch them as they made their selection. Bear in mind that many guests did not have masks on and were not prompted to wear them. Well, when the receptionist doesn't wear one, or wears it improperly, what can he say? Sadly our last stay here at a Premiere Classe (and we are fans of the chain), which is in a superb area for visiting the beautiful Bordeaux.

L'hotel è situato in città, adatto per gli ospiti di guidare, e vicina è anche un tram, che può raggiungere il centro della città. In generale, il corridoio della stanza dell'hotel è ridistribuito. Non mi sento bene. L'unico migliore è che ci sia un parcheggio gratuito all'interno del cortile dell'hotel. La notte tornando all'hotel deve perdere la password dell'hotel e essere più sicuro.

Comparte la recepción con el Hotel Campanile, y eso se agradece, pues tienes recepción las 24 horas del día. A mi personalmente no me gusta hacer el Checking con una máquina. La habitación es moderna y suficientemente amplia. El hotel debe ser nuevo o construido hace poco. Personalmente he estado cómodo en la habitación y la relación calidad-precio me ha parecido muy buena. Como cosas negativas, que no hay jabón de manos en el baño (tienes que utilizar el dispensador de la ducha) y que está en una zona donde hay muchos mosquitos (al menos a principios de septiembre, que es cuando yo me he alojado), con lo que no puedes abrir la ventana. Eso sí, la habitación está climatizada y desde ese punto tampoco es necesario abrirla. Está en una zona no residencial, cerca del aeropuerto y lejos del centro de Burdeos. Hay una parada de tranvía al lado y tiene un parking gratuito bastante amplio.

I stayed together with my partner at your hotel in Merignac last week the nights of the 29th and 30th of October. The night of the 30th we came back to the hotel around 22:30 p.m. and the reception was closed, so we used our card to open the main entrance of the hotel. Unfortunately, the card was not working as the door did not open. We tried several times to call the number which appeared in the front door, but no one replied. Suddenly some customers who were inside the hotel appeared and they opened us the front door. They told us that they have faced same issue; they could not open the front door. Additionally, they could not open their bedroom door, as the card was not working. We tried as well to open our bedroom door, but same issue happened, the card did not work. We were around two hours trying to reach someone from the hotel to solve this unpleasant situation, but we had no response at all. We were checking numbers of different Nemea hotels. We talked to both Lyon and Toulouse hotels, but they told us that they could not help us. They were stating that they were independent hotels and that they had no relationship between each other. We really felt abandoned and the whole situation was very unpleasant. We did as well call the police as we were desperate to solve this issue. As we had no response whatsoever from the hotel, we decided at around 0:15 a.m. to leave Nemea and search another hotel to spend the night. We needed to get a sleep. Same did the family that were with us in the reception. Moreover, they had two young daughters. Next morning, we went into the Nemea reception to explain the whole situation. The response we got from the man in the reception was to write an email to the following email account: merignac-stadium@nemea.fr. We did not accept so as we wanted a compensation on that same day. After that they agreed to pay us for the new hotel room we booked. This was not acceptable, and we required to compensate for the lost time, the several calls we did, the medication I was not able to take, and all the inconveniences caused. Finally, we got paid the hotel night at Ibis plus the Smartbox value. Finally, we would like to take the chance for you to recheck the internal policies on how you control the security as well as the emergency numbers in case any technological damage arises. A customer cannot be left abandoned as it has been done in this case.
