"La stanza è pulita e la vista sul fiume fuori dalla finestra è molto confortevole. Tuttavia, la strada è in costruzione accanto ad essa, quindi è scomodo fare una passeggiata lungo il fiume.
Non ci sono molti alberi nelle strade circostanti, niente parchi e uno stile industriale un po' vecchiotto.
Ma il servizio è buono. Per la colazione si può scegliere un buffet completo, 20 euro, oppure solo pane, dolci, caffè e succhi, 10 euro. Molto ragionevole.
Ho finito per dimenticare il mio iPad in hotel e mi hanno contattato subito e me lo hanno spedito.
L'avanzare dei tempi e il potenziamento dei servizi hanno reso più umana l'esperienza del viaggio."

"Quartier ideal pour découvrir Bordeaux car le tram est juste en bas de la résidence. Il tram doit encore être en fonction, ce n'était malheureusement pas notre cas... restos et bats aux environs. Error sur la réservation due à la plateforme de réservation intermédiaire utilisée par trip.com et malheureusement nous n'avons pas pu avoir l'appart souhaité malgré notre réservation... la résidence n'a pas voulu nous arranger ou alors il faut ajouter 90€... pas cool... . Non abbiamo preso il piccolo dej perché 15€ è piuttosto caro... Parcheggio molto pratico ma la residenza fa del surbooking e non ci sono abbastanza posti se si torna tardi la sera. Attenzione a chiedere l’indirizzo del parcheggio perché tutto è in senso unico e non lo vediamo passando davanti alla residenza."

"Residence hotel, cucina, frigorifero e TV sono tutti disponibili. Per me, che sono abituato a vivere in appartamenti a Parigi, mi sono sentito molto bene e familiare. La stanza è relativamente grande, probabilmente 20 metri quadrati, e i vestiti possono essere lavati e asciugati durante la notte. Un'ottima scelta per un viaggio di più giorni a Bordeaux!"

"La posizione dell'hotel è ottima. C'è un parcheggio sul retro. È a circa 3 minuti a piedi dal Museo del Vino e a circa 35 minuti a piedi da Place de la Shuijing goditi lo splendido scenario e i ristoranti lungo il fiume Garonna. Ci tornerò la prossima volta."

"Great hotel in Bordeaux! Very nice, well-located, super clean, good amenities and the staff were super friendly. I would have given a 10/10, but although breakfast was good the scrambled eggs at breakfast were made with powdered eggs instead of real eggs . That said, the fact that this is my only complaint shows just how good the hotel really is!"

Fantastico
CCiptaningrumIt is not easy to rate this establishment. Its not that its not good, just it may be good for a small segment of travellers. The B&B is in a renovated old building with some very nice architectural artefacts. However, the design of the use of space is not too friendly to a traveler, especially if you plan to stay there for a few days or more. Let me first talk about the things I like about this B&B:
1. Beautiful old building,
2. very good room size for the room I rented, including a huge bathroom with bathtub. The room is bright with two big french door and window.
Areas that I think it would improve to make staying there more enjoyable and convenient:
1. There is no closet or to put your clothes, so we have to lay out all our clothings on a big coach. If you have clothes, pants and jackets you want to hang, you may be out of luck, since there is very little space for hanging clothes, and the hangers supplied could not hang pants. So we lay our pants on the big couch.
2. The night tables are very small and not too much space to put a tablet and a phone and a glass of water there.We have to put the table lamp on the floor in order to make space for other items.
3. The toilet is in a different room outside of the bedroom area, and away from the bathroom. Unfortunately, there is no sink in the toilet area, and each time after going to toilet, one have to walk over to the bathroom to wash your hands, a bit inconvenient.
4. On arrival, we were asked what kind of bread we want in the morning, we indicated chocolate croissant, and we were given that for the 5 days we stayed there for breakfast. I think it would have been nice if they have offered other choices each morning.
5. There is no menu for the breakfast, and person looking after the breakfast would come and ask what you want. Unless I know of all the items that they can provide, I could only ask for the familiar items. I thought a simple menu with different offerings would be useful for clients.

UUtente anonimoThe hotel is right across the road from the train station and tram/bus stops. I had a nice stay except for two things. First, the tap/shower water was too hot. A hotel staff showed me how to adjust the water temperature and said it was like this all in France. I of course disagree. I had stayed in two ibis hotels in Paris and Nantes just before checking in this Mercure. I had stayed in countless hotels throughout my 30 years of travels in Europe and had never encountered this ”scalding water” issue. In any case, the solution was to let the water run an exceptionally long time till the very hot water ran out. Then I could adjust the temperature. I come from a place where people treasure fresh water and find this unacceptable. As the hotel take international guests, perhaps there should be notices/instructions in the bathroom on how to deal with this ”scalding water” issue.
Second, the coffee provided in the room was below expectation. A 4-star hotel should do better than that. I was glad about the kettle in the room, though.

EEffyOhh🟢 The location was very convenient and easy to travel around. We parked there and then used the tramway to get around. Convenient and easy. The inside of the building looks fresh and good. The rooms were quite big so we could spread everywhere. Surprised to see the toilets and showers separated, but enjoyable. Large choice for the breakfast for 18€ but had to wait sometimes for refill.
🔴 the staff wasn't really friendly except if you were the one to do your approach and talk to them. There was an alarm early morning during our stay and no-one was at the reception to greet us and tell us if we had to evacuate or anything. When we (other clients and us) told the réceptionnist it wasn't normal she got upset and replied back instead of apologising or anything. The staff didn't know what they were supposed to do in this case. Not reassuring if there's an actual fire someday.
🟡 cleaning wasn't amazing but could have been worse so no comment on that.

Il personale era molto amichevole e utile durante il nostro soggiorno.
L'hotel è situato vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e è un tram 15-20 minuti di cammino verso la zona principale, che è molto conveniente.

LLuke hertzOttimo soggiorno con gli amici. La camera è un po' piccola, ma non ci ha dato fastidio visto che non abbiamo trascorso molto tempo in camera. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo di cibo e bevande era ottimo e il vino era delizioso. L'unico inconveniente è che la connessione internet continuava a interrompersi durante le chiamate di lavoro. Ci tornerei sicuramente.

Here's the pro about apparteo (Good location next to the bassins a flot, really nice view during my stay which you could see a beautiful sunset 🌇 , bus station just in front of the hotel and not too far away the tram station cité du vin which is only 5 Stations away from Center of Bordeaux, you have also Les hangars not far away which is one of the most peaceful place to walk day or night, I mean Apparteo position is actually really good, everything looked clean except a few things but doesn't bother, it is a also a residence of students)
Now about the cons, if someone didn't help me, I couldn't have entered the building nor having access to do the check-in, in fact you need a pin code that I Never received which the card of your room is inside with other card which can be a little bit odd, anyway can have access to it, the office was close each time I try to check someone no matter the time, the smell in the bathroom was really unpleasant but I could manage to get over it from opening every window and little perfume, but it come back if I keep the door close of the bathroom
The table where I was eating was moving a lot, but honestly other than those few cons that can be managed, it was a really pleasant stay, I enjoyed a lot and could sleep really well, calm, peaceful, nice view
I highly recommend this place as the few cons can be solved easily, just wished to see someone at the reception and it would have been even better.
Voici les bons de l'établissement Apparteo, celui-ci est vraiment très bien situé proche des bassins à flots, la chambre qui m'a été attribué avait une excellente vue avec un couché de soleil vraiment magnifique et apaisant, il y a une station de bus juste devant l'hôtel et la station de tram cité du vin n'est pas loin, celle-ci est à seulement 5 Stations du centre de Bordeaux , pas très loin il y a aussi les hangars, belle promenade de jour comme de nuit, honnêtement Apparteo est très bien positionné, tout été assez propre malgré de légers défauts, Apparteo est aussi une résidence étudiante.
Maintenant pour la mauvaise parti, heureusement qu'une personne qui séjournent dans l'établissement m'a aider sinon je n'aurai pas eu l'accès à celui-ci ni eu la possibilité de récupérer ma réservation de chambre, surtout qu'il y a besoin d'un code pour ouvrir la boîte où se trouve enveloppe pour la carte de chambre, le problème ici c'est qu'il y a aussi les réservations d'autres personnes accessible, je pense qu'il faudrait sécurisé un peu plus l'accès à ses informations, du coup ni a mon arrivée ni a mon départ je n'ai pu croisé de réceptionniste, il y avait aussi une odeur assez désagréable dans la salle de bain / toilette, ouvrir les fenêtres et mettre un peu de parfum à pu atténuer l'odeur mais celle-ci revenez si je fermé la porte de la salle de bain, la table à manger été assez instable mais en dehors de cela , le séjour été vraiment agréable, belle endroit, assez calme, fan des bassins à flot, la vue incroyable, bref excellent de se côté là
Au final je recommande totalement Apparteo malgré les petits défauts qui peuvent être résolu assez rapidement avec de la volonté, vraiment dommage que je n'ai pu croisé personne a la réception.
