VILLA ERIZIO

We really enjoyed our stay here. The kitchen was small but perfectly formed. We would've liked a couch but it was very comfortable. Location was good and there is a shop and patisserie very near. The only thing that annoyed us was that it claims on the website that if you book directly you get a complimentary breakfast. However, when we were there, we were told it would be €10 each. Given that there's a super patisserie a minutes walk away , we decided it definitely wasn't worth it!

This very spacious (and quiet) apartment is excellent overall. Well appointed with super comfy bed and very strong shower. Lovely coffee machine and Samsung TV. Plenty of cupboard space, seats and sofa, with soothing decor. Location is just 5-10 mins walk to the tram network and centre of town. Visitors should find it easy to use the trams and well worth buying day(s) tickets on the App. For those wanting to walk around town, most attractions and sights are in the central area.

Our stay at Villa Erizio was absolutely brilliant. Enzo was an amazing host. We stayed in the Flore apartment which was just perfect. Very new, very clean, comfortable bed, great bathroom, well equipped kitchen and plenty of room. The centre of Bordeaux was an easy walk - about 20 minutes. Nothing was too much trouble. Enzo even messaged us to see if we got home well. Great local restaurants and bars just around the corner. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Bordeaux.

Arrived to find apartment not ready. We were Asked to return in 1 hour, they cleaner said he would keep our bags and gave us the passcode to get in on return. We returned approximately 1.5 hours later, used passcode for entry and got into the apartment to find it not ready or clean, bad smell of cigarettes and red wine we had received emails and whats apps saying they had issues with the previous client who wouldn't vacate the property, and they asked us to wait until after 6pm, we had been travelling all night. They couldn't offer an alternative but offered full refund if got alternative accommodation which was quite stressful and it was of a lower standard, but I did receive my refund for which I am very thankful for. I'm sorry I can't give anything positive. Also it was advertised as a 1 bedroom apartment with a sofa bed which "I believed to be a separate bedroom and living area with sofa bed" ,but it was actually an all in one bedroom living dining area

We spent 3 wonderful days in the Songe Room. It was just superb, faultless in every way. The duplex apartment was so well decorated and it was spotless thanks to the lovely housekeeper that maintains the rooms. We were left lots of bottled water, fruit butter and coffees upon arrival. The croissants and bread delivered each morning was such a lovely start to the day. The bed was so comfortable and the furniture was so classy. The Villa is located in a very quiet residential area within walking distance to the Tram that brings you directly to the airport and other areas of this wonderful City. A big Merci to all the staff that run this beautiful complex we found them so helpful from our initial booking enquiry to the end of our stay. There are also secure lockers where you can store your luggage on departure and also a toilet in the same area if needed. We so look forward to returning when we visit beautiful Bordeaux again Merci from Josephine & Paul Cork, Ireland

My wife and I loved Villa Erizio.... the apartment was clean ...very clean , the location was wonderful and the morning bag of goodies was a great touch . We would stay here again ...thanks for a great vacation

Located a bit outside of the main tourist hubs but still in easy walking distance to everything as well as public transportation. We stayed in the Bagatelle studio and it was nicely decorated, well kept, and spacious. We loved the breakfast service and felt it really elevated the experience. Everything was easy to find and there was a book with lots of helpful information. When we left to go to the next place on our RWC tour we knew we wouldn't be staying anywhere as good!
