Pros-If you like to party and you are an extrovert type this hotel is definitely for you. Located in station 2, beachfront. You are near to dmall and also to other business establishments. Staff are also kind and approachable. The hotel is clean with airconditioner. With unlimited free water. The buffet dinner was delicious as well as the buffet breakfast. The room is a non smoking room which I like because I don't like the smell of cigarettes. Cons- There is no view in the terrace we got. The key to the door takes time to open. No rags and slippers for feet so you have to bring your own slippers. For the rag you can request to the front desk. Just prepare 2k per room per day for the deposit in which you can get after check out.

Molto bello hotel. Conveniente e pulito. Il personale è molto utile e amichevole. Grande manutenzione casa. L'hotel offre enormi quantità di nuoto e il suo bar nel mezzo della piscina. Avrà buone opportunità di avere una varietà di bevande mentre nuotare. Tuttavia, ho trovato una mancanza di fornitura di servizi. Ho prenotato una stanza per 3 persone, ma non ci sono abbastanza servizi. Devo chiedere ogni volta di fornirli. Ho trovato delle anatre nel bagno. Ci sono troppe persone mentre hanno colazione. Non c'è spazio sufficiente per il movimento. In alcuni casi, non c'è acqua calda mentre si entra nel doccia. È stata fissata più tardi. Ho trovato che il tavolo di ferro non era in condizioni operative e era molto difficile usarlo.

È andato lì per il fine settimana di San Valentino, è stato molto piacevole con personale amichevole e l'appartamento è stato pulito e meraviglioso. Molto tranquillo e a pochi passi da White Beach e convenientemente situato vicino a un 24 ore McDonalds e Metro che sicuramente si è messo a buon uso quando voleva prendere una rapida morsa per mangiare. Il buono per un giorno è stato offerto gratuitamente, e anche molto delizioso, e si può andare a fare un giro per la ferrata, ma se si può fare un pacchetto, andare e tornare sicuramente raccomandarlo. Pianifica con uno dei piloti locali, così avrai tempo per catturare il tuo aereo, mentre il nostro volo volava solo una volta al giorno da e verso Clark a Luzon. Ma molto piacevole, anche indossare una grande panchina solare perché è molto facile da bruciare in breve tempo mentre divertirsi in bella acqua cristallina chiara come abbiamo fatto. Il condizionamento dell’aria nella stanza era molto utile e piacevole dopo il sole, ma anche se la doccia non aveva una porta, si aspetta che il piano del bagno si bagni un po’ bagnato. Il letto era un po' ricco, ma molto confortevole, e facile accesso alla stanza con una chiave.

La posizione dell'hotel è eccellente perché è facile trovare e ha la spiaggia davanti. La nostra camera per 4 adulti era abbastanza grande e spaziosa. Le persone dell'hotel erano amichevole e molto accogliente. Abbiamo anche goduto del loro buffet di colazione. Babalik-balikan! 🤍 Kudos! 👏

Where do I begin? I saw this hotel in Agoda but decided to directly book via their website. I paid for the whole fee specified in the website, that is, good for 3 people, and 1 kid aged 12 years old. The room says ”sleeps 4”. Upon arriving at the hotel, I was told that we need to pay an additional fee of 800 per day (X 4 days = 3,200) coz my son, 12 years old, is already considered an adult. I insisted that in the website, it asked for the age of my son and I put in 12 (see pic) under the ”children” category. One staff ”explained” to me condescendingly, as if I dont know what I'm talking about, that the website is wrong and that they're gonna tell the one who takes care of the website to update information so and so. In fact, this guy, didn't apologize for the fact that their website information and rate and the front desk rate are INCONSISTENT. Instead, he said that extra charges are given (if applicable) when guests arrive at the hotel: ”we tell them here at the hotel”. Why would you do that? If indeed my son is not considered a kid anymore, why wasn't the extra charge added to the website when I was about to pay for the bill online? Why would they charge it when we are already at the hotel? For a planner like me, I like to pay all hotel charges and plane charges prior to the trip so that I can budget and reserve my money for the food and other activities during the vacay. But then, they wouldn't give the key to the room unless I pay the extra charges first. Oh well. Also, the internet wasnt working for two days. The room phone wasn't working. Location: Quiet. Convenient since theres a mall attached to the hotel. General Mgr was accommodating. IT staff was efficient; he immediately checked the wifi connection when he came back from his leave. Housekeeping staff efficient and helpful.

I always wanted to stay in one of Henann’s direct pool access rooms, and honestly best choice ever! We stayed here for our second night in Boracay since it was sold out for our first night. Please keep in mind though that the pool closes by 8pm :( the only downside actually lol Hopefully next time they extend hours up til midnight.

Cheap rate for a family of 5. Place is in good location in the middle of beach and the downtown. Staff are approachable. Room is nice, suggestion to have another water dispenser in every floor, WIFI connection medyo mahina and sana you have space for sampayan ng mga basa damit and also to have a direct contact number on the front desk. Recommended for a budgetary room accommodation. Thank you

For the first two days of our stay it was okay tho the people who welcomed us were not comforting as other front desk crew are but they were still nice. Once you entered the lobby it was kinda dead place, you know there are people but they are like robots. It’s kinda dead place for me. The crew at Kuya J’s were fighting over personal agendas and it was in the morning. Imagine having your breakfast and hearing those personal fights of the crews, you haven’t started your day and that’s what you hear. Also the restaurant is also stinky. It gives you the vibes of the Estero in Binondo. No joke you’ll lose your appetite smelling the area and unfortunately you have no choice because that’s where your complimentary breakfast served. Lastly, we chose azalea because of the kitchen this is technically our kitchen but some of our family were staying at henann and other hotels. And since the food was in the place some of us are going in to eat. My niece and nephew ate in our room and since it was a bit late they stayed and decided to sleep at the room. However the following events are very inconsiderate on the Azalea crews. While we were resting the guard knocked to the door with a bit escalated emotion. He told me that the phone was not ringing the front fest were calling us it might be hung or whatsoever, so I checked the phone and it was in good place then I phoned the front desk and asked why. The crew told us that we were five in the room and we were only allowed just 3. I understand the situation but I explained what’s on our behalf I told him that they were just staying because we have food here and so forth. However he told me that I’m going to pay for the extra guests who were still a children (tho still another person) but again children so I told him just wait I’ll contact my family in other hotels where they were staying so I can send them off there. While it was hard to contact them since its in the middle of the night. So I phoned the front desk again and told him to give us a little more time because of the situation in the other hotel. But instead of understanding the situation he was like “ma’am okay but in 10 mins they should be downstairs or else we’ll charge them” uhm okay okay again I understand tho be considerate they were children I know the policy but I think it’s situational that can be understood. Its like yes you have a policy but at the same time you should be human first I guess. But it brings me back to what I felt in the first days. The place feels dead because of the people whose hearts like a robot. So never again. You booked a hotel not just for the luxury but the ambiance the vibe that you feel inside the hotel but its useless if people who are running the business doesn’t have a heart like a human. There are a lot of hotel and resorts that are same rate as they have like henann, Hue, Lime, Altabriza the prices are not far from here but you should pick them rather than here a place where there’s no heart like a parents, si

Ci sono due tipi di hotel nel mondo: quelli con gestione e quelli senza. Il Paradiso Garden cade nel secondo, mi dispiace dire. Per esempio, ci sono voluti più di un'ora per il personale amichevole del front office per controllarmi, e il buffet di colazione è così sovraccarico che non ci sono posti quando si ottiene la piastra. Inoltre, il wifi si estendeva alla porta della mia stanza solo per poter passare la parte più alta alla porta per usare il wifi. Questo hotel di ossa di 1970 è in una posizione buona alla stazione Boat 3, a poco a poco a sud dell'azione, e ha grandi terreni con diverse piscine. Ma l'intero luogo ha un aspetto insensato e ha bisogno di un team di gestione per rimodellarlo completamente. Sono stato lì per una settimana a febbraio e il tempo era perfetto.In tutto ho finito di utilizzare oltre 100 dollari USA di tariffe internazionali di dati di roaming T-Mobile perché la stanza non aveva WiFi.

This is a good hotel, I had a good experience. Offered a room right by the pool and quite near the restaurant where the breakfast buffet is located. The buffet is catered to a Korean palette so keep that in mind if you don’t like Korean food or want more of a western style breakfast. Also at the restaurant on a windy evening and a toddler at the table the waiter gave us napkins in a glass. It fell over and broke and the staff demanded we pay 75 pesos for the glass! It would be common sense not to give us the glass due to the weather and the fact we have an active toddler. VERY SCAMMY ! Needless to say I felt scammed. BE CAREFUL! I complained to the front desk and made a suggestion not to offer glasses to tables with similar situations but they didn’t seem to care at all. But they definitely cared about those 75 pesos! There was a roach in my shower but staff quickly took care of it.
