Location is amazing.
Room is meh. I've reported a faulty shower heater and they didn't do anything. They've inspected it and basically just told us to "deal with it" or "find a workaround".
Also, breakfast is disappointing.
Will not stay here again.

Had an excellent stay here! The rooms and spacious and clean and is complete with amenities. The breakfast buffet also had a great selection and were yummy. This is not a beachfront hotel so you'll have to walk your way to the beach (through kfc).

If you are visiting Boracay,this is the hotel to book! The hotel is well maintained . Clean rooms,clean pools. The hotel staff is friendly,everyone is so warm and helpful . Gosh , I’m a food lover , their food exceeded my expectations, they had a lot options to choose from , from Chinese food,Korean food,Philippine food and western food. It’s conveniently located closer to the beach, you can watch the sunset and take lots of beautiful photos ,a lot of restaurants around the beach and small souvenir shops . There’s also a D’mall close by . They also have airport pick up service,which made our transfer smooth . I would definitely be booking with them next time . The hotel located close to station 2 ,you can take the boat to different islands

Everything is very nice and worth our money. BUT, they charged us P100 because they were able to find one small towel in our room upon check-out. Of course we didn't bring it home! 100 is a small amount but it does mean that we lost that thing that we didn't! My son's one piece cloth we left a while on the poolside, when we returned, it's nowhere to be found. Anyway, we just thought that it will stay there for a few minutes.
No other concerns. The room and amenities are perfect.
We also appreciate they allowed us to check-in earlier. 👌 The buffet breakfast was also great!! And they had a birthday slice of cake for our son ☺️

The hotel was nice and has a great location. Direct access to the beach and pool are fantastic. And it’s definitely worth it to book airport pick up and drop off, along with activities through the hotel since they will arrange all the necessary details. I do wish the hotel were a little cleaner but that’s can’t be helped with guests going to and from the beach so often. And you might run into some delays with booking if you book online because the reply time can be slow so if you don’t hear a reply within one or two days they might have lost your message. Overall, great experience.

Conveniently located on Station 2 Boracay, 2 min walk to the white beach, and 4 min walk from D'Mall. Ideal for family and couple accommodations. Check-in/out process was smooth. Would like to stay again on our next trip. Highly recommended
