Lots of choices in buffet breakfast, friendly staff , beach front and complete amenities

Enjoyed our stay, lucky to experience private transfers since we didn't have anyone else with us. Buffet is great! Pool is very nice

The reason we chose this hotel was because of having beach access to the white beach. The airport transfer went so smooth. The room was clean. However, we found a big cockroach inside the toilet. So we had a hard time killing it for it can fly! There was one night where the air conditioner was dripping water. About the amenities, we hope there was a slipper we can use inside the room.

From Boat Transfer to Hotel Rooms Henann delivers. Rooms fit us 3 perfectly with extra bed provided can fir more but hotel limits to 3 only room is big breakfast is excellent. Clean 5star quality

Overall, its good. They checked us in before their check in time because my daughter is already crying in the lobby waiting for an available room. Also, when we checked out, i forgot my cellphone in the room and they gave me back my cellphone.

Really have the best stay good location amenities are very good and food is superb. Staff sa kind and accommodating too.

On paper this hotel should have everything , fantastic location and well established . Staff apathy was something we experienced from the moment we checked in until the moment we left . We were given the wrong room type on check in so had to move in day 2 . Hot water was switched off on the Room and after 2 cold showers the switched it on . The gym you have to pay for . Every few days they reset the room Keys so that you can’t get in and need new keys . Internet also was reset. They are not guest friendly , and when we wanted to bring guests to the pool restaurant for lunch disallowed us with security stepping in . Overall so disappointing , there are so many small things that have happened In my 13 night stay , changes in staff attitude , regular maintenance , attention to detail and some proactiveness would get it on track. I would suggest it’s a 3 star with potential

The owner of this establishment is very grateful.to his staff and crew specially in the restaurants.. Very accommodating staff from hotel to resto to security very amazing.

Had a great stay at this hotel. Bed and room was very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again. Enjoyed the pool en the location of the hotel. All staff very friendly and helpful. Only downside is that the food and drinks from the hotel itself were not that great and you can get much better food with a better price somewhere else.(the margarita pizza was good though) The breakfast was okay.

Really grand resort, perfect location close to Dmall and the beach chairs are fantastic! There is a fee (350PHP) each time you use the gym which I thought was a bit ridiculous, but the breakfast buffet is great. Buffet dinner is also available at an extra expense.

Super good location. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Amenities are great and the buffet breakfast included in the room rate has a lot of options!

The service was great! Breakfast buffet was excellent! Staff are accommodating and greeted you when you past to them. The room were clean and complete set of toileteries and towels. Just one thing, the aircondition wasnt that cold. Overall stay were pretty good!

2nd time to stay in regency and superb service as usual. Will recommend to friends and families
