Under the Stars Luxury Apartment

Positive: - Quiet place, away from the touristy spots. - Perfect for groups wanting to enjoy Boracay but away from the loudness of tourists - Very spacious place and provides kitchen, living room and entertainment area where everyone can catch up - Masters bedroom is very spacious with two separate sinks - Each room inside the apartment unit has its own bathroom and restroom - They provided good refreshments upon check in For improvement: - No nearby accessible food places to eat at; no breakfast provided - They offer to pick up orders but it’s too expensive at php750 per service - The beach right next to the place has a “no swim” area due to sea urchins but guests are not made aware of which I believe is a must especially for guests not familiar with the place. They have a one pager welcome sheet where they could’ve added such salient details/reminders - The paintings seemed odd and quite honestly “scary” especially when getting up middle of the night to use the restroom. See photos. - The master bedroom’s bathroom and toilet are enclosed in clear glass which completely eliminates privacy. I get it that couples use it but not all couples are comfortable with their spouse seeing them taking a shower or worst, do number 2 😂 - The room needs repainting in general - There are wares for use but no dish washing soap nor a handsoap as well. I don’t think they should expect tourists to buy these items. They should include these as basic necessities Overall, i will comeback to this place. Hopefully, there will be improvements already

The property exceeded expectations. The service was very good. All the staff were helpful. The Manager is just a call away and will get things done upon request. The property is very well maintained. Beautifully rooms. They have a beach in front which is not that crowded. The property is located a bit far away from the other major places in the island. However, the property provides hourly van service or will just get you an e trike depending on what you need. We availed the private chef service they provided which was good. Overall the property is a great value for money and a joyful experience.

Amazing stay 10/10 Absolutely tremendous stay. Mav and his team keep the place emaculate and provide a top class service. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, providing a very relaxing, private and quiet location for the family.

Needs updating, beach should be cleaned daily please!

The place was super spacious and quiet. Fantastic view and very private. Seems like your own corner of the island. The staff were also so friendly and accommodating. Definitely would use their services again if we were to return to Boracay.
