Questo hotel ha appena aperto a ottobre e devo dire che non ha deluso. Avrei valutato 5 nel complesso, ma ci sono piccoli miglioramenti. Nel complesso il mio soggiorno è stato impeccabile e mi sono sentito un VIP. Grazie a tutto il personale, Zephora che ha elaborato la richiesta di check-out e check-out posticipato, il signore (non ho capito il suo nome) che mi ha aiutato a fare il check-in. Le guardie, il kuya che mi ha aiutato con i bagagli e la signora chi mi ha assistito nella mia stanza, meritate tutti un 10/10 per il servizio clienti. La loro vicepresidente, la signora Kaye, ha persino lasciato un messaggio scritto a mano che mi dava il benvenuto in hotel e che era personalizzato. Il modo in cui è stato preparato è stato immacolato: molto pulito, spazioso ed è il primo hotel che offre Apple TV e casting iOS/Mac 👏🏻. Tutto è nuovo di zecca. Ne vale la pena. La colazione era ok, ma avrebbero potuto esserci più scelte. La loro piscina è? Tornerò sicuramente in questo hotel. Spero che il personale rimanga lo stesso, umile, tutto sorridente e accomodante. Raccomandazione: crea una piattaforma di fidelizzazione dei membri: sono sicuro che il tuo hotel diventerà famoso man mano che sempre più viaggiatori scopriranno ciò che offri. + Posizione davvero privilegiata, a 2-5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia bianca + Il loro personale è eccezionale nel servizio clienti + Vale ogni centesimo + Camera molto spaziosa, dotata di vasca da bagno e veranda + La selezione della colazione può essere migliorata ma ho adorato i loro piatti principali + Borsa tote carina gratuita + Le bevande gratuite sono state servite immediatamente + Gli asciugamani per il viso freddi e bagnati sono stati immediatamente forniti - I lavori di costruzione sono un po' rumorosi, ma la stanza ha un po' di insonorizzazione che aiuta. - Minore: non c'è il ferro da stiro o forse possono fornirlo su richiesta. Grazie a tutto il personale, ragazzi, avete reso il mio soggiorno memorabile, speciale e mi sono sentito a casa.

We love this hotel! All the employees were friendly, professional and great customer service. The resort itself is beautiful and it was a perfect location right in front of the beach.. highly recommended.

This hotel is clean, ambiance was great and the best pool ever in Bora! Their food at La Fiesta restaurant was so good. We enjoyed having breakfast their every morning during our stay. All the stuff are friendly and professional. They attend to our needs right away and pro actively. I highly recommend this hotel at Boracay. We will stay at this place again once we come back to Bora. My stay was extremely pleasant . The hospitality of the staff was on point. Literally everyone was there to make u feel best and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The beach was just at a arm distance and one of the most beautiful view while having breakfast outside tall palm trees and clear blue beach. Rooms were spacious clean and modern. The hotel pool was pleasant to spend time for chilling with relaxing music and no noise from the beach. Hotel was on st 2 beach and had many nice bars restaurants and diving option on walking distance. The whole beach stip frm st 1-3 is walkable. Love the hotel i will definitely visit it again. One of best stays! The staff’s pleasantness and hospitality again was remarkable.

Highly recommended as it was the perfect hotel stay! Their buffet is also worth it. And do get an in room massage service.

is a new hotel but there is a bad smell inside the room from the toilet.

For my 4th time this year in Boracay, at last, i felt that I am staying in a hotel and well-rested compared to the so-called “4-star” chain of hotels in Boracay. There maybe minor challenges but the Mandarin Bay management and the staffs are always extending their best to assist, if not surprising you with unforgettable experiences. They are constructive and open for improvements. Kudos and more power to the ground personnel of MBRS.

What an outstanding hotel with surreal customer service support! We had a blast! nice huge swimming pool, great breakfast buffet and one the best beachfront hotels in Boracay.

Perfect location. Touching service attitude of all staff. Great quality of food in breakfast. Spacious pool and well maintained water quality. But bit disappointing dinner buffet. Lack of choice and BBQ cooking service( too burn even ingredients looks good). My room well made and clean, but view was opposite side room view(too close from balcony). Overall great and recommending who plan to visit Boracay white beach.

This hotel just opened and is conducting a “soft opening”, with minor construction on site - it’s not disturbing at all, that some rooms are not finished yet. The staff is awesome, super friendly and always helpful. The room is very big, the king size bed fabulous and the whole accommodations 5 stars worth. Breakfast and buffet are very good. Will definitely come back! Fully recommended and a real jewel at Boracay.

Good rooms, but shower did not drain, service in general was quite slow and disorganised
