Camera spaziosa con piscina al centro, situata lungo la strada principale di Boracay, torna di nuovo in questo hotel. .

Servizio scadente. Sono arrivato alle 21:00 e ho dovuto aspettare che la mia camera fosse fatta nonostante il check-in fosse alle 14:00. Non ho ricevuto scuse. Mi ha dato due letti singoli invece di un letto matrimoniale e uno singolo. Rifiutato di trasferirsi in un'altra stanza o rimborso parziale. La posizione non è nemmeno buona. non stare qui Wi-Fi non funziona.

The location is perfect. 3-5 min walk papuntang beach and also malalapit sa E-mall and Budget Mart

A few facts: 1. The windows in the hotel are very small, only the size of the windows in the bathroom at home, and the front desk said that all the windows in the rooms are this big. 2. Due to the lack of ventilation, the room smelled so bad that my mother had to sleep with a blanket over her nose. The request to change the room was refused. 3. The bed of the twin bed is only 1 meter wide. 4. The advantages are cheap price and convenient transportation can.

There no were any room cleaning. There were naked wires in the bathrooms. the water taps were broken  there were a kiss marks on the blankets the electric kettle was broken  no extra bottles of water no shampoo, no conditioner. no toothbrush, no toothpaste the swimming pool was dirty. There was a bad smell in the pool section. the air conditioner was draining. the fridge was dirty. wall marks.

Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We arrived late, but check in was smooth. Breakfast is just fine, with very few options. The room smells of sewer, constantly. Walls are cracked and there is mold in the bathroom. Receptions offers tours, but only by providing contacts of tour guides, and are clueless on any details. We requested room service, but that only consisted of making the bed and throwing the trash. You have to individually request every little thing: new towels, new sheets, even the soap. We are also sure that when we asked for new sheets, they only made the bed without replacing them. The pool was dirty and had an oily film on top of the water. We never used it. They provide towels for the pool and the beach upon request. The beach is about 10 minutes away. The resort in front might let you go through, otherwise you can use the side alley. Unlike the lovely service you get around the island, at Erus it was quite odd. They seem like they are hostages, which is probably upper managements fault. We would not return.

It’s okay nothing special about it. It was a sudden booking and I have no other choice.

Our room was spacious and clean , it was worth it to stay . We also enjoy their pool and breakfast 🙂 I am happy to recommend this place with my friends or might check in again at some time 🥰

Our stay was awesome, the price is worth it and you can easily access to the beach front and restaurants.

CHECK-IN TIME is 3:00 PM and not 2:00 PM Clean Facility and offers wifi with moderate connection Plated breakfast with decent serving every 7:00-9:00am only Very accesible to many locations and transportation. They are located along the highway. Very friendly and accomodating staff. Offered us a discounted room rate due to rebooking of flight.

Worst hotel around the area

The place is accessible as it was near the street nd also the place is near the beach and also accessible if your buying paslubong. No need to go over to dmall the price of pslubong items is the smae and some are cheaper. The hotel staffs are approachble and friendly n also if needed anything assistance is quuck

Check in was strictly after 2pm. I arrived and saw a lot of people waiting in the tiny lobby. It was only 12 plus. Left my bag with the security and hop on the bus to see the island. The room was very spacious with a king bed, the main reason I chose this hotel. Shower was strong and hot. Beach is 5 minutes walk through the alley. They borrow you a towel too. The pool was much smaller than in the pictures. Wifi was really bad. I requested for a late check out as my flight was in the evening. Brochure in the room stated 500 pesos but manager charged me 1000 pesos as it was a new policy. Overall very good hotel.
