Camera spaziosa con piscina al centro, situata lungo la strada principale di Boracay, torna di nuovo in questo hotel. .

Servizio scadente. Sono arrivato alle 21:00 e ho dovuto aspettare che la mia camera fosse fatta nonostante il check-in fosse alle 14:00. Non ho ricevuto scuse. Mi ha dato due letti singoli invece di un letto matrimoniale e uno singolo. Rifiutato di trasferirsi in un'altra stanza o rimborso parziale. La posizione non è nemmeno buona. non stare qui Wi-Fi non funziona.

So pathetic hotel I ever see.... cleaning of the hotel is so dirty... breakfast is just basic... serving tang by saying orange juice... will never book again and... service to guest is so terrible they charge to guest what they didt did.. by saying u make pillow cover dirty bu using hair colour but towels and others things is OK but pillow cover is dirty... how any guest make dirty only pillow cover not towel and anything... so be careful with this hotel and staff as all are scamers... and best thing book another hotel... swimming pool is full of dirt... They charge me 1200 PHP for pillow stain... pics is for ref and bring with me... don't ever book this hotel again...

Very disapointed with this hotel. They gave me a room in 3rd floor with no wifi, heater in shower not working and no phone so i have to go down to the receptionist to raise my concern. On top of that the receptionist was trying to make excuses on why there is no wifi which makes me more frustrated. I requested for a change of room as i need a wifi for my work. They refused at first and make more excuses on why there is no internet.. They just gave me another room when I said i want a refund as they cannot provide the basic amenities they advertised that they have. The internet in the other room is working intermittently.

Got housekeeping service everyday which is good. However, the pool is closed for maintenance during our stay.

Actually good place but only the guest is the problem ,how many times they knocking on my door always forget where is they room😔😔I want to relax but keep annoying me and my family

The overall experience in the hotel was good, the hotel was clean. The location is on the main road of Boracay 10min walk to white beach. One thing they should improve was their wifi, didn't work 95% of the time. And 5G or 4G reception was very poor to unexciting inside the room. Sometimes it gets loud in the corridor early morning if your sleep your sleep is light it may wake you up.

The room was REALLY spacious and this hotel has an EASY access to the beach, cafés, trikes, market, and convenience store. Perfect location but I do not recommend this to people who needs or wants fast internet connection because we’ve been using our personal data the whole time. Will definitely book here again if wifi is better!

We stayed for 4 nights, we were first given a room that smelled so bad, the toilet smelled so bad, and the bed linens also smelled humidity. The mattresses were hard as a rock. With this combination, we couldn't sleep on our first night. On the second day, we complained about it, the front desk were helpful and gave us another better room, but still not up to our expectations. The air conditioning was working but it was not shutting off, we left the room once and took out the card; came back and the room was freezing. The location is not not on White beach but it is a 5 mins walk which is manageable. Breakfast was bad, just tried it one time and skipped it for the rest of the stay.

1. No credit card facility; transactions should be in cash basis. 2. No buffet breakfast; plated breakfast costs 250pesos. 3. Additional bed w/o breakfast is 900pesos, additional bed w/ breakfast is 1250pesos. Difference of 350pesos but plated breakfast is only 250pesos. 4. Pool depth is 6ft, not for children. 5. Room size is ok, but our shower heater was not working.

The main problem with the room we got is the lack of cellular reception and very poor wifi speed. Besides that, everything was great. 😊

good to stay... but the cover of bed and the pillow smell not good..over all ok

Our stay is good and fun.

Located near Station 3 but so accessible since it's just along the road. Could easily take an e-trike going to Station 1, 2 or Dmall
