Hotel in zona Dream Land Trick Art Museum, Isola di Boracay

La posizione di questo hotel non è al D-mall, ma a una distanza accettabile (solo meno di 10 minuti in trike elettrico con 150 P). Il motivo per cui ho prenotato questo hotel è perché dispone di numerose piscine e di una spiaggia privata accanto al famoso punto di viaggio ”Buco della serratura”. Le piscine più belle sono Infinity e Ventana dove si può godere allo stesso tempo della vista del mare. La colazione non ha molte scelte e il gusto non è così buono al Laguna Cafe, ma il cibo e le bevande al Fiesta Patio (vicino alla piscina Ventana) sono squisiti. Cenare lì è anche rilassante poiché si trova quasi al livello più alto, puoi goderti sia la vista sulla piscina che quella sul mare allo stesso tempo. Se desideri una camera comoda vicino alla reception e al bar, devi prenotare le camere vicino Laguna; altrimenti dovrai portare il loro furgone navetta nella tua stanza. The location is also very nice, beachfront hotel, the place is very clean, very new, and the Deluxe direct pool access is a must! Its very beautiful there, definitely will go back there again soon! All'arrivo abbiamo riscontrato un problema: avevamo prenotato una camera classic e siamo stati sistemati al primo piano con un balcone rivolto verso il muro, sembrava di essere in prigione. Hanno chiesto di cambiare numero. Non l'hanno sostituita subito, ma verso la sera del primo giorno, perché non c'erano altre stanze disponibili. La colazione è varia, nessuno uscirà sicuramente affamato. Ci sono navette per la città, ma potete anche chiedere un tut-tuk, ha sempre un costo fisso di 300 pesos solo andata. Perfect place. My last paradise. Everything is perfect; foods, rooms, amenities, pools, beach, program, staff, weather, services and etc. Love it love it love it

While my stay at this hotel had some positive aspects, a few notable issues detracted from the overall experience. Upon arrival, I encountered persistent problems with the room’s card key system. After being issued two card keys, neither worked to unlock my room door, regardless of how they were used. When I returned to the front desk, I was told—incorrectly—that I must have deactivated the keys, even though they had been in my hand for less than two minutes. The staff reactivated the keys, but they still didn’t work. A housekeeping staff member attempted to assist me, confirming the keys were faulty and using their own master key to grant me access. Despite this confirmation, the front desk staff seemed skeptical until they heard directly from housekeeping, which I found frustrating. Additionally, the room’s sliding door had a noticeable gap that would not close properly. This became particularly problematic on a windy, stormy day, as the door rattled, pulled apart, and emitted a loud whistling noise. My initial request to have the door fixed resulted in housekeeping advising me to “press as hard as I could” or simply tolerate the gap. After enduring the noise for one night, I requested a room change, but the new room also had a gap in the sliding door. Again, I had to insist on a solution, which seemed like an inconvenience for the front desk staff. That said, the dining and housekeeping staff were outstanding—friendly, accommodating, and professional. These teams clearly prioritize guest satisfaction, which was a redeeming aspect of my stay. Unfortunately, the front desk service, particularly from one male staff member, left much to be desired. In summary, while some areas of the hotel staff excelled, the front desk (specially the male reception member) team could benefit from additional training in customer service to ensure guest concerns are addressed with care and urgency.

We recently had an overnight stay at Henan Regency Boracay, Station 2 and it was a nice experience. Location: The hotel is ideally located at Station 2 with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and the beach Check-In/Check-Out: The check-in process was smooth, and the staff at the front desk were friendly and welcoming. I did experience a slight delay during check-in due to a room request initially located at the East Wing where construction is being made, but it wasn’t a major issue. They upgraded our room and placed us near the swimming pool and breakfast buffet area. Room: The room was spacious and well-appointed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was equipped with all the amenities you’d expect, including a welcome home chocolate pieces, coffee machine, and Wi-Fi. The bathroom was modern, with a large walk-in shower and bath tub. However, I did notice a bit of noise because we were at the ground floor, which might be an issue for light sleepers. Facilities: The fitness center is well-equipped for a hotel gym, and spa for relaxation. Hotel kept the pool clean, hygienic and it looked inviting. Breakfast in the morning was a highlight with a variety of options, from fresh fruit to made-to-order omelets. The staff in the restaurant were attentive and friendly. The hotel also boasts the singing and dancing chefs which gives entertainment to all guests Service: The service was generally excellent. Staff went out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay, and housekeeping did a great job of maintaining cleanliness. The concierge was helpful in providing recommendations for local attractions. Cons: While the hotel overall was excellent, the street noise in my room was a bit bothersome at times. Additionally, the prices for dining and drinks at the hotel were on the higher side, but that's expected at this level of accommodation. Conclusion: The Henan Regency Hotel offers great value for its location and amenities. I’d definitely consider staying here again, though I might request a room on a higher floor for a quieter experience.
