Service was good, they cleaned my room every day (by request). Room service included 1 free bottle of water, instant coffee and tea. Also toiletries (soap, shampoo, tooth brush and toothpaste, body lotion, slippers). The also changed the towels and bed linen by request, as well as the pool towels.
The location is really good, right on the beach, the area (zone 3) is not as crowded as zone 1, but not secluded either, I thought it was an excellent location close to everything by walking distance.
The girls at reception were very friendly and staff were helpful and welcoming.
The hotel has 2 swimming pools and a jacuzzi (yay!).
When I got to the hotel on my first day the manager said I had been upgraded to a bigger room, and it had a wee balcony, it was nice, I was very happy about it.
The only thing I did not like was the noise, it was a bit too noisy for my taste, from the loud karaoke evenings that went on up until 10PM, to the banging hammering on the floor for a hotel repair every morning at 8AM, not to mention the fact that both staff and other guests seemed to be early birds and there was noise from 7AM every day. The management should take care of that, a beach resort is a place for resting and relax, it definitely should be quieter. I complained about super loud gustes one day and they took care of it, sure, but I should not have to complain every day at a hotel, it should be a given.
Another thing I did not like much was the fact that you have to pay one thousand pesos as a deposit in case you break/ stain something. Upon arrival, management makes you sign a form where they tell you that you'll pay a ridiculous amount of money for stained towels and bed linen. It is incredibly overpriced, way more than it would cost to buy new towels. You spend your stay at the hotel worrying about staining things, in case they make you pay. Luckily, I was super careful and I was alright.
All in all, I think that for me it was a good choice mainly because of the location and the competitive price, but if you're looking for a fancy resort, this is not your place, the bathroom had leaks and the floor was always flooded. Other than that, I would probably go back.

Landmark going to Amihan Home is Azalea then there's a high road 5-7 minute walk going to the property. There's a nearby bakeshop as well and a signage going to the property near Hain Bar and cafe. This is a pet friendly property with a spacious garden where you can take wonderful photos. Budget wise if you are looking for a property with complete amenity without spending too much. Room is spacious and clean as well. There is a shared kitchen where you can cook your own meals. We have booked a standard room for our 2night stay then 1br villa for our extra night which have it's own complete kitchen and balcony that can accommodate up to 5-6 guests. Definitely a hidden gem in boracay staff are very friendly and approachable.

L'hotel è molto vecchio e non corrisponde al livello 3*, le camere necessitano di ristrutturazione, ci sono molte formiche e lucertole nelle camere, i funghi crescono da sotto il lavandino, + è una bellissima zona con un bel e pulito piscina, colazione 3 su 5, molto monotona, non c'è nemmeno il tostapane per friggere il pane. La palestra necessita di ristrutturazione; non funzionava una sola macchina. solo bilanciere e manubri.

L'Hotel Red Coconut Beach si trova proprio sulla famosa spiaggia Biancay, offrendo un posto di prima qualità per gli amanti della spiaggia 100-meter a piedi dal bordo dell'acqua dalla vostra stanza.
L'hotel ha un'atmosfera vivace, e mentre la piscina non era usata durante il mio soggiorno, la vicinanza all'oceano lo ha fatto. Le camere sono spaziali, anche se il decoro è un po 'invecchiato, ma l'accento è certamente il balcone che guarda le splendide viste sugli oceani.
Nonostante la costruzione in corso, il rumore era minimo e non ha disturbato il nostro soggiorno, soprattutto durante il colazione, dove si aspettavano una serie soddisfacente di piatti caldi e freddi, ma sarebbe bello vedere un po 'di più varietà nella selezione dei frutti.
Il ristorante dell'hotel è molto occupato, ma le performance musicali in diretta e gli spettacoli di incendio attraenti meritano di essere fermati.
Come previsto lungo il ***, le notti possono essere alti fino alle 11 pm, ma la qualità della musica e la possibilità di goderla dal vostro balcone lo rendono piacevole.
La mia stanza era 406. La mancanza di scale fino al quarto piano potrebbe essere una preoccupazione per alcuni, ma il personale attento è più che felice di aiutare con il bagaglio.
In generale, l'Hotel Red Coconut Beach offre un soggiorno confortevole con una posizione eccellente e un servizio amichevole, rendendolo una scelta per coloro che cercano di esplorare Boracay.

Friendly staff, allowed us to check out until 1 more hour. The room looks comfortable and modern enough for it’s affordable price. It’s just a surprise how our room was actually on the other side of the building and you have to cross the pedestrian to access into the reception and restaurant. Although there were guards on-post ready to assist you cross over 24hrs a day.
Also, I don’t like the way you have to log-in to wifi once you went out of the premise and come back, like you’re not automatically connected. Great location tho if you wanna stay at Station 1; the landmark would be at Aplaya/Club Tropicana if from the beach which is good once you go home late from a night out. Wish we had free breakfast too for it’s price but nope 😩😂

Stacio uno è situato nella stazione 1. Vicino alla roccia Willys. Ma le camere prime sono nell'edificio allegato con balcone che fava un hotel abbandonato al retro o al sito principale stacio uno. È come 100 passi da quello principale. L'edificio allegato ha una piscina infinita in cima, dove si può vedere la spiaggia davanti alla spiaggia bianca sta.1, si può anche vedere il sole si rilasce/rimonta. Quando si va alla spiaggia vi offriranno asciugamani da spiaggia e banig chi u può mettere o sedere . Il pranzo libero è il piatto filipino, era tutto a posto. Non mi aspettavo che le camere fossero standard anche se dicesse che fosse primo ministro. L'interno non era così soddisfacente per il suo tasso. Mi aspettavo una nuova sala classica come le foto. Era troppo spazioso, ma avevano anche una piscina in faccia al sito principale.

Posizione fantastica alla stazione 1 e un buon hotel. Non lo classificheremmo come un hotel a cinque stelle, più come un quattro stelle. Non consiglieremmo le colazioni, ci sono molti posti migliori più vicini, non è un buffet e la presentazione del cibo può essere scadente. Niente acqua calda durante tutta la nostra visita (tiepida al massimo).
Il personale a volte è cordiale ma non è bravo come in altri hotel a cinque stelle in cui ci siamo fermati.
I trattamenti della spa erano molto buoni, la palestra era essenziale e aveva una scarsa illuminazione.

Our stay at Alta Vista began on a disappointing note due to the hotel's early check-in policy and miscommunication between the front desk and housekeeping. We arrived as early as 10 AM, but were not accommodated for early check-in unless we paid an additional 1,000 PHP, which we declined—despite the fact that the hotel was not fully booked, and many others typically allow early check-in. After waiting until 2 PM, we were finally given a key, only to find that the room assigned to us was still messy and unprepared.
Thankfully, the experience improved somewhat after that rough start. The shuttle service to D'Mall was very efficient. The room itself was spacious but outdated and in serious need of renovation to make it feel more modern. The breakfast was decent, though it could benefit from more variety. There is no beach nearby, so you have to travel back down to either Puka or White Beach. On the positive side, the pool is large, well-placed, and offers a great view.

DDominique Concepcion DagangonGrazie per la nostra esperienza sulla costa è stata la migliore! Siamo molto impressionati dal servizio clienti e siamo trattati come VVIP. Coast Boracay ha butlers di spiaggia. Erano molto impressionanti e molto vicini, si metteranno in piedi un matto spiaggia esclusivamente per noi quando sapevano che andremmo a fare il sole, un drink d'acqua è stato offerto quando si va al sole e anche se si è in piscina si metteranno un asciugamano e un bastone se Vuoi rimanere nella piscina, ti daranno un drink d'acqua, i butlers erano presenti quando eravamo sulla spiaggia, e ci sorprese quando i butlers ci hanno messo i pancarti con i tovaglioli dopo averci nuotato. E anche solo hotel con popcorn gratuito e crema di ghiaccio durante le ore 2:00 fino alle ore 5:00 senza limiti si può ottenere tutto questo durante il soggiorno a Costa. Tutto quello che posso dire è BITIN e 4 notti sa Coast grabe! Ora non possiamo aspettare di tornare a Costa saremo di nuovo sicuri. Veramente fantastiche esperienze abbiamo avuto solo a Costa. COAST E' LA MIGLIORA!!!!

Blue Marina и Coast - это одни владельцы двух отелей на Боракае.
Что поражает с первых минут? В аэропорту Катиклан вас встречает собственный трансфер до отеля. Сервис просто шик! Чемодан за тебя отнесут, дверь откроют, перед лодкой все документы за тебя оформят.
Трансфер из аэропорта в отель идет по схеме: Микроавтобус - Лодка (очень комфортная) - Микроавтобус.
Blue Marina - маленький отель на 2-ой станции острова, он компактный и очень уютный. При заселении вас встречает очень вежливый персонал и фотографирует :)
Номера конечно не очень новенькие, но комфортные, чистые. Для гостей под брендом Сoast лежат две пляжные сумки, антисептики и сланцы. И комплимент от отеля в виде манго и бананов :) Каждый вечер на рецепе вы выбираете завтрак. Вам показывают меню завтрака, выбираете основное блюдо. К утру сотруднику накрывают стол и ждут вас к обозначенному времени.
Помимо главного блюда также небольшой шведский стол.
У Blue Marina нет бассейна, однако в Coast он есть. До Coast 5 минут пешком по пляжу - вы можете пользоваться всей инфраструктурой Coast несмотря на то, что вы гость Blue Marine.
От пляжа Blue Marina находится буквально в одной минуте. Рядом есть 7Eleven, куча сувенирных магазинов, рыбные рынки.
В один из дней мы получили прекрасное предложение от отеля - бесплатные Upgrade до отеля Coast!
И мы согласились :) Собрали вещи и пошли в Coast.
Далее логичнее будет добавить описание Coast.
Маркетологи Coast - просто боги. Красивая форма сотрудников, везде ананасики, в номере даже есть металлические баночки для воды которые вы можете приобрести. И ты безусловно запоминаешь этот бренд.
В Coast есть бассейн, везде уже заранее лежат полотенца.
Пляжное обслуживание - отдельная часть. Я такого не видел никогда. Так как на острове запрещены лежаки - сотрудники Coast расстилают для вас маты, сверху полотенца, также делают мини подголовник из полотенец. Beach Boy аккуратно расскладывает ваши вещи, приносит воду, мороженое, попкорн. Но, а самое что удивило - когда ты выходишь из воды тебя у берега уже ждет сотрудник с полотенцем и укутывает тебя им. Это невероятно!
Завтрак в Coast уже полностью шведский стол. Еда очень вкусная. Также в ресторане Cha Cha's вы можете заказать вкусную еду, коктейли. Как к бассейну, так в номер, так и на столики в кафе.
На территории всего отеля работает Wifi, однако на пляже он ловит не очень. Рекомендуем в 7Eleven купить самую дешевую симку Dito за 49 песо.
Как только вы ушли на завтрак - горничные уже убирают ваш номер. Делают это мгновенно и очень профессионально!
Персонал отеля улыбчивый, постоянно здороваются и стараются сделать все, чтобы ваш отдых был великолепным.
За пару дней до выезда вас спросят о времени и дате вылета. И также отель бесплатно организует трансфер прям до аэропорта. Персонал будет сопровождать вас от ресепшена до входа в аэропорт (разные люди). Это прям очень круто!
Кстати, при выезде вас ждет очееееень приятный подарок от отеля. Не буду говорить какой - вас это удивит!)
Blue Marina & Coast занимают у меня первое место по обслуживанию! Просто топ! Лучшие! Комфортные номера, чистое свежее белье, прекрасный бассейн, пляж в одной секунде. Ставлю 10 из 10 и обязательно вернусь! Спасибо!

UUtente ospiteHo scelto l'hotel in base alla posizione e non mi sono sbagliato. Questa parte dell'isola è molto più pulita, ben mantenuta e bella. Mi piaceva l'hotel più di quanto mi aspettavo. All'inizio sono rimasto per 2 notti per decidere nel processo se rimarrò per i restanti 10 giorni. Dopo due notti sono rimasto in questo hotel. Vorrei notare il buon lavoro di tutti i dipendenti dell'hotel. Molto amichevole, benvenuto e sempre pronto a aiutare. L'unica cosa che deve essere migliorata è il servizio perso e trovato. Ho dimenticato i telefoni cellulari nel ristorante, sono tornato il giorno dopo, e nessuno dei dipendenti dell’intero hotel sapeva che la cameriera li trovava e li metteva in una scatola sotto il registro dei contanti, e nemmeno il servizio perso e trovato ne sapeva. Ho trovato i telefoni cellulari solo attraverso il programma Locator sul mio telefono.

Spiaggia privata bella e pulita, senza estranei. Niente sporco, niente spazzatura. In spiaggia è vietato bere, fumare e mangiare.
Non nuotiamo in piscina, ma sembra abbastanza decente e c'è anche molto spazio lì.
All'arrivo abbiamo riscontrato un problema: avevamo prenotato una camera classic e siamo stati sistemati al primo piano con un balcone rivolto verso il muro, sembrava di essere in prigione. Hanno chiesto di cambiare numero. Non l'hanno sostituita subito, ma verso la sera del primo giorno, perché non c'erano altre stanze disponibili.
La colazione è varia, nessuno uscirà sicuramente affamato.
Ci sono navette per la città, ma potete anche chiedere un tut-tuk, ha sempre un costo fisso di 300 pesos solo andata.
Il prezzo del bar e del ristorante dell'hotel è circa il doppio di quello della stessa spiaggia della città.
Le pulizie sono 4, i pavimenti non sono lavati molto bene, la biancheria viene cambiata solo su richiesta.
L'ultimo giorno il bagno ha iniziato a puzzare di fogna.
Nel complesso, ci è piaciuto tutto. In ogni caso, è molto meglio che vivere in città, nel trambusto e nel rumore senza fine.
L'hotel offre un trasferimento a pagamento per l'aeroporto.

__rrrrrrrrr_Questo hotel si trova a Newcoast Boracay. Situato in un luogo tranquillo e pittoresco con una spiaggia privata. In un giorno chiaro è bello andare sulla spiaggia e guardare il sole. Nonostante il suo piccolo segreto, l'hotel offre un trasporto gratuito in una zona popolare conosciuta come D Mall, ogni ora, dalle 10 alle 10 pm. L'hotel è nuovo, pulito, il servizio è buono e gli ospiti hanno accesso a una piscina e a un altro giardino hotel, chiamato Savoy.

LLoLoIslandGirlAbbiamo soggiornato al Fairways and Bluewater Boracay per una settimana e ci siamo divertiti tantissimo.
Cominciamo con gli aspetti positivi:
1) Dopo aver cambiato stanza, abbiamo potuto goderci la nostra stanza e la vista. Le donne delle pulizie hanno fatto un buon lavoro pulendo la stanza ogni giorno e fornendo tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno.
2) Abbiamo apprezzato il fatto che ci fossero così tanti servizi nella proprietà. Onestamente, ce ne sono così tanti disponibili che non hai nemmeno bisogno di lasciare l'hotel. Ma ti consigliamo di uscire ed esplorare l'isola e supportare la gente del posto.
3) Lo staff è stato molto gentile e rispettoso. Ci ha sempre salutato a qualsiasi ora del giorno. Quindi è stato adorabile.
4) La colazione era buona. Ci è piaciuto fare colazione in hotel. Avevano una varietà molto buona.
5) La proprietà è molto grande, quindi per fortuna ci sono bus navetta che portano gli ospiti dal loro edificio al gate o ovunque desiderino andare nella proprietà. Abbiamo anche pensato che fosse carino da parte loro fornire un bus navetta dall'hotel al DMall.
6) L'hotel ha anche una spiaggia privata, il che è carino. Consiglierei di indossare scarpe da spiaggia in acqua. Il mio compagno non ne aveva e si è fatto male in acqua, quindi fate attenzione.
Passiamo agli aspetti negativi:
1) Prima del nostro viaggio abbiamo provato a contattare l'hotel per fare domande più volte e ci siamo trovati di fronte a tante sfide. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere al servizio clienti di trip.com di aiutarci e la risposta dell'hotel è stata molto elementare e non soddisfacente. Consiglierei di aggiornare la tua e-mail e il tuo numero perché sono entrambi errati, soprattutto per gli ospiti alle prime armi sull'isola di Boracay.
2) Avremmo prenotato il nostro hotel con un mese di anticipo e avremmo lasciato richieste specifiche per le nostre camere in modo che l'hotel potesse prepararsi per noi, beh. Una volta arrivati, ci hanno accompagnato nella nostra camera e l'hotel non era certamente preparato. Questo ci ha fatto sentire molto ignorati in termini di richieste. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere di cambiare camera, fortunatamente siamo riusciti ad ottenerla, ma la nostra esperienza del primo giorno in hotel non è stata positiva.
3) L'hotel ha una politica per le lenzuola e i cuscini macchiati. Ma, curiosamente, alcune delle loro lenzuola e cuscini sono macchiati! Quindi, prima di dormire sul letto, scatta delle foto di tutto in modo che non ti accusino. Fortunatamente, l'abbiamo fatto per non farci pagare quello che c'era già.
4) Il giorno del check-out, la signora alla reception ha cercato di farci pagare il distributore di sapone che era in camera. Perché un ospite avrebbe dovuto prendere il distributore di sapone 🙄😒. Fortunatamente, sono stato molto fermo nel farle sapere che il distributore era in camera e che non avevamo motivo di prenderlo. Letteralmente, un minuto dopo, un altro ospite stava facendo il check-out e gli hanno fatto la stessa domanda. Implicando che l'ospite avrebbe anche preso il distributore di sapone dalla sua camera. Per favore, smettete di cercare di ottenere un pagamento dal vostro ospite. L'hotel è già costoso, abbiamo pagato un sacco di soldi per soggiornarci, quindi non c'è bisogno che ci accusino di furto.

UUtente ospiteIl mio soggiorno all'Henann Palm Beach Resort è stato un rifugio pittoresco, con la sua splendida posizione fronte mare che offre panorami mozzafiato. Situato in una posizione privilegiata, il resort offre un facile accesso alla spiaggia e alle attrazioni vicine. Il servizio era eccezionale, con personale attento a soddisfare ogni esigenza. Tuttavia, la mia esperienza è stata rovinata dalla presenza di formiche in tutta la stanza, il che ha sminuito un soggiorno altrimenti piacevole. Nonostante questo problema, l'esperienza complessiva è stata positiva, grazie alla bellezza del resort, alla comoda posizione e all'eccellente servizio.

UUtente ospiteDas Hotel ist gut ausgestattet, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir haben auch ein Upgrade bekommen. Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt, frische Handtücher gebracht usw. Der Pool ist auch ganz ok, allerdings befindet sich am vorderen Pool eine kleine Baustelle, da der Pool erneuert wird und dadurch es etwas lauter sein kann , durch diese Bauarbeiten. stündlich fuhr ein Shuttlebus bis zur Station 2, der Fahrer lässt einen auch vorher raus, das hat wunderbar geklappt
Was uns nicht gefallen hat, ist leider die Lage, Man muss paar Meter bis zum Strand laufen, hin geht’s bergab :/ ca 5 min bis zum Strand. Das Frühstück war auch nicht so besonders gut, fast keine Auswahl, daher sind wir dann nicht mehr morgens hin.

良いところ：ホワイトビーチが目の前。Dモール(レストラン、お土産屋多)も近い。プールバーも有り喫煙可能で喫煙者には1階プールサイドの部屋に泊まると便利。
ビーチは混んでいるがプールは空いていて快適でした。部屋の広さはWベット2台でしたが充分快適。
悪いところ：送迎サービスをTrip.com経由でお願いしたがホテルとなかなか連絡が取れないと担当者から何回も有り、時間も迫って来たので直接ホテルホームページから
メールしても返信が無い。最終的にカティクラン空港からホテルの送迎が確認出来ないまま空港到着。思った通り迎えは無し。初めてでは無いので空港で送迎サービスを
探しホテル到着。
Trip.comの担当者達(3人ぐらい)も最後は連絡が無く放置された。空港でTrip.comに電話をしたら直ぐにホテルに電話をすると言ってくれたがホテルに繋がらないと返事がメールであり
待ちきれないので自分で空港で送迎サービスを探した。まあ海外では有りがちなトラブルなので自分で対処したが、ホテルチェックアウト時の請求書に空港からの送迎サービス料が加算
されていたのには流石に呆れた。勿論、交渉して支払いはしなかった。
帰りの送迎サービスはチェックアウト前日にホテルのフロントにお願いしたが、問題無し快適でした。大人1人650ペソ。送迎サービスはネットでも予約できるし、港と空港までの移動、ボートチケット等を並んで
購入することを考えると送迎サービスはお勧め出来ます。
部屋はシャワールームの作りと排水が悪く溢れます。タオルはバスタオルのみ、追加のタオルを頼んだが追加料金は無し。食事は朝食も夕食も普通。
セーフティーボックスは部屋に無く、ドアのロックも閉まりが悪い。
ホテルとのメールのやりとりが出来なかった事、送迎サービスの件以外は料金、ロケーションを考えると几帳面な日本人でもギリギリ合格か？星3.5
キッチリしたホテルをご希望の方にはお勧め出来ない。ボラカイのビーチは本当に美しく、セブ、ハワイ、グアムよりも美しいのに日本の旅行会社がツアーを
組まないのが不思議です。
