Premier Inn Liverpool North

Hotel messed up our booking and rooms were not what we booked, I had booked interconnecting rooms but they gave us I dividual rooms, very inconvenient as we had children. I would not recommend staying here, especially a large booking. Radiator in our room made banging noise all night, room 47.

My wife and I make at least 4 trips to Liverpool to visit Family and friends each year. We always stay at the Premier Inn Copy Lane.North Liverpool. The hotel is the best Premier Inn we have used in the UK. The facilities and rooms are very good, and always match our expectations. The Staff at the Hotel and Beefeater restaurant are very friendly and efficient going that extra mile to provide customers with every need. In particular I would like to mention The Packet Steamer Restaurant and Bar Staff Paula, Ann and Paul who have been there for years we get a great reception from them at each visit and they always help make our stay an enjoyable one.

Nice and easy to get to, friendly staff especially Debbie and Julie on desk and they was very helpful give the best ways to get round Liverpool. Room was clean, good facilities and next to the pub, so not to far to stumble back to the room once you’ve had a few

Clean, helpful staff, great room comfortable beds, pillows good shower, very quiet stay, great black out curtains good nights sleep. Good breakfast , easy to park , good location for getting out into Liverpool . Have stayed before would stay again.

Good stay with friendly pleasant staff, who quickly dealt with any issues. They went out of their way to be helpful, retrieving my forgotten computer charger, whilst I worked off site. Room was clean and comfortable. Returning again this week, looking forward to another positive experience.

The team in the PI Liverpool North are wonderful. All of them. Should there be any issues and they are rare they do their very best to help in any way the y can. I have used this hotel for over 14 years now and the organisation I work for have a fair allowance. The reason I use the PI Liverpool North is because of the people that look after me and they are withing the PI organisation the very best. To name a few, and please forgive me if I have forgotten any names of the team. Debbie, Julie, Anne, Nikki, Sue and not forgetting Lee. They always try to accommodate me with my usual room as I have serious hearing issues and I have tinnitus as a bonus. the room they allocate me overlooks the main road and to cancel my tinnitus out I leave the window open and the constant traffic cancels it out and I sleep wonderfully. Thank you all you are the best and represent the PI organisation in the very best way.
