"New Cozy House", Convenient Location We had a wonderful stay at Shipbuilder Place. The wooded location is extraordinarily convenient; close to Hanover grocery, Farm 23 Bakery and major highways to the most popular destinations without the traffic congestion. The duplex was well equipped and comfortable. It felt like home. The owners were extremely helpful and available to answer questions. 5 Stars.

Excellence Great location for both East Booth Bay and Booth Bay Harbor. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable with everything like new. More than adequate seating, open feel, great heat and air. Couldn’t think of anything that needs to be done and highly recommend.

Excellent week long stay. Looking for a nice 2/2 in Boothbay area for a weeks stay at a reasonable rate and was not disappointed. Off main road with tree view. New, clean, and spacious. Would stay again.
