Very nice and clean hotel

Was woke up to someone in the room when the kids opened the door to see who it was they had ran off front desk said housekeeping wouldn’t of been there that early and just looked at me and said that strange who u think it could be … like duh if I knew I wouldn’t of been freaking out

This hotel was conveniently just off the expressway but still very quiet. There was a great place right across the street to grab dinner and drinks as well.

Since my daughter has a winter bday and doesn't get to do summer activities we wanted her to have a pool party so what better than a hotel. The original hotel we booked we found later their pool was closed and had to do a last minute switch and I'm glad it worked out that way. If I want a weekend local get away or anything again I would definitely return here. The room was nice and was clean. The amenities were fantastic and the front desk staff was very nice. The goodie bag upon arrival was a big hit with the girls. I had three teenage girls with me who I thought their back to back showers soaked the bathroom floor but after several towels we learned the toilet was leaking. The front desk would have moved us but we were leaving soon which was totally fine. It was a bit inconvenient having a wet bathroom floor our entire stay but it happens. My one and only true complaint was that the male staff running the breakfast bar was a very rude man. He scolded and yelled at me for leaving the rings on the biscuits by mistake rather than nicely asking me to sit them on the side. Then one of the girls dropped something and was adjusting herself to bend over and pick it up as she had on a dress when he rudely said "we have a trash can over there you know".he stood there down all of the guests throats every move they made and not even giving my daughter a chance to pick up what she dropped before yelling at her. It made us so uncomfortable that I didn't even want to get anymore.

Nice and convenient. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Nice breakfast setup in the morning.

Hottub did not work. No out of order sign(absolutely disgusting to have a hot tub not working and allowing kids to still go in there). The only reason I drove 5 min from my house, was for the hottub and the pool for me and my kids. And the pool was freezing. Waffle machine was out of order. So we spent money just to sit in a room. Absolute waste!!!

Check in was great, the clerk was very helpful and straightforward. Curious thing though, before we went upstairs I wanted to buy a water. When I asked to have it put on the card, the clerk said he couldn't do that because it was through a third party. But later when my wife went down and got some snacks, they put it on the card! One of our must haves when we travel overnight is to have a working hot tub at the facility. I called on Friday and the hotel said , yes our hot tub is functioning. When we got back from our outing and having been on the rode all day, the hot tub's temperature was at 84 degrees! I'm pretty sure they are supposed to be at 100 degrees or so. The night clerk said she had no control over the temperature and would tell the manager in the am. We had to run the ac all night because the temperature was 76 degrees even with the heat off. Other than these inconveniences the hotel looks very nice and I really liked the shower setup.

Loved the actual hotel. Very clean. However, paid cash AND my card was charged. Was told charge won't come off my card for 3 days. So I essentially pais twice for 3 days.
