Hotel in zona Recanto do Espírito Santo, Bonito

Questa ostello è ben vicino (5 minuti a piedi) al centro turistico di Bonito, vicino a ristoranti, negozi, agenzia di viaggi, mercato e farmacia. La camera tripla che ci troviamo è stato super comodo, buon letto, buon doccia, grande bagno. Pulizia e scambio di tostamenti ogni giorno. Caffè mattina molto buono con una varietà di succhi, torte, sali e pane. Funzionari gentili e con buoni consigli sulla città e passeggiate. Una grande opzione, a un prezzo equo. Si consiglia e riavremo sicuramente !

L'hotel a prima vista sembra ottimo. Ma ha diversi problemi che noi vedremo con il tempo (alcuni peggiori, altri che in un'altra situazione sarebbe irrelevante) che si accumulano e abbassano la valutazione. Parte di sfondo, con pittura sporca e sfondata, parte dei mobili vecchi, asciugacapelli che non funziona, doccia che uscirà molto poca acqua (là il doccia deve essere pulito spesso, secondo le guide, a causa del tipo di acqua), carta igienica cattiva, Vascio igienico era bamboo e con lavagna, cortina e tetto di PVC, camera senza circolazione d'aria (toaletti non si asciugavano), toaletta per uso esterno è una toaletta che è già stato dalla stanza, quindi è vecchio, colazione senza latte caldo anche a 7° temperatura, riutilizzo di oggetti per giorni consecutivi, fino a quando il pao rimane come pietra, isolamento acustico cattivo ... Infine.. diverse cose che sono state aggregate. Ciò che salva sono i dipendenti altamente performanti e simpatici.

Posizione: 5⭐️ (5min a piedi dal centro) Pulizia: 5⭐️ Aria condizionata: 5⭐️ (essenza per Bello) Attenzione: 5⭐️ Comfort: 5⭐️ (eccellente con molte assunzioni) Caffè per la colazione : 5⭐️ (successo con 4 isole farte) Lazer: 5⭐️ (bagno, riparazione, 2 quadri di sabbia, playground e griglia) Calma: 4⭐️ (squadre girate per la piscina ascoltate un po' le voci delle persone) Amenities: 3⭐️ (non ha shampoo e condizionare, se vuoi è venduto in ricevimento da R$12, 00, tovagliola è riscossa a parte per l'uso nella piscina per R$10,00, tè e caffè hanno alla ricezione e a parte per R$5,00).

Il luogo più accogliente, tranquillo e umanizzato di Bonito, con funzionari estremamente attenti. Igiene delle camere impeccabile, struttura sicura e accogliente, con attenzione 24 ore al giorno da parte dei funzionari. Per chi ama la tranquillità e si integra con la natura, ha un lago e un bel prato, zona con piscina, arena e parcheggio vicino all'ingresso delle camere,buona illuminazione. Sicuro e molto vicino al centro con facile accesso a tutte le attrazioni, che possono essere assunti dalla vostra ospite perché ha un'agenzia sul posto. La mia famiglia e io abbiamo scelto come casa nostra a Bonito.

Pousada novinha, e são impecáveis no quesito limpeza. Todos os dias nossas camas eram trocadas, toalhas limpas e cheirosas, banheiro limpinho. Ar condicionado funciona muito bem, as camas são confortáveis. Eu senti falta de uma gaveta, algum móvel para guardar meus pertences. Mas fora isso, tudo ótimo! Funcionários solicitos, e muito educados! O café da manhã é completinho, da pra perceber q tudo é feito com muito cuidado. Ponto negativo: acho q deveria ter um funcionário disponível 24hs na recepção. Infelizmente na pousada só fica um colaborador até as 23:00. Houve um incidente na nossa primeira noite: o alarme de incêndio por algum motivo foi disparado as 4:00 da manhã. Como não tinha quem o desligasse, ele ficou tocando por longos 40 minutos e os próprios hóspedes foram quem tiveram q ligar pra resolver tudo isso. Dentro da pousada possui uma agência de turismo (XP Bonito). Nós optamos por reservar os passeios lá mesmo, a cada dia chegávamos de um passeio e escolhíamos o do dia seguinte, e podemos contar com a ajuda das meninas da agência q por sinal atendem super bem! Eu indico essa pousada e voltaria a me hospedar nela; não tem erro.

Lugar muito lindo, hotel limpo, café da manhã incrível, a localizado é ótima, perto de tudo, piscina limpa, quantos organizados e limpos, limpeza impecável. Vale muito a pena ir nesse hotel. Super recomendo, o pessoal sempre a disposição.

Zagaia On the positive side - Great infrastructure and recreational staff for kids Beautiful grounds Travel agency that books your activities in Bonito for you. Good breakfast. Very nice and attentive staff at the restaurant. Comfortable large beds. Curtains that block the light completely. On the negative side - Be prepared to arrive for a late afternoon check in, with extra slow, untrained front desk service, and no help with your suitcases and finding your room in the dark (no resort maps available). The rooms face each other and don’t have a set of sheer curtains. When you’re in the room you have to close the blackout curtains and no light comes in. No closet in the room. Instead, there’s a bar with three hangers and a shelf in the bathroom. No drawers. The bathroom has no windows. Anything you wash and hang in the bathroom will never dry. Bathrooms have three extremely loud exhaust fans each. Housekeeping routinely cleans empty rooms and leaves the exhaust fans on (together with the lights). Be prepared to hear exhaust motors all night. We realized what the noise was after two difficult nights, and had them turned off in the neighboring room. Terrible room maintenance: Upon arrival, we noticed that the phone in the room wasn’t working and we had that changed. The showers have a rubber ***** on the floor to keep the water from flooding the bathroom. Half of our rubber ***** was missing. Maintenance said it would be replaced the next day, but this never happened because they had to order the piece. The front desk asked us to change rooms, which would have been work for us, but housekeeping found a bandaid solution by wrapping a towel in a plastic bag and using that to dam the water in the shower stall. One leaky sink, and the other stopped up - never fixed despite two calls to the front desk which leads me to: Terrible front desk service (and not just checking in). We once forgot a bikini that was left out to dry on a bench near the front door. We noticed on the road and called the front desk to have someone put it in the room for us, and it was still on the bench when we returned in the afternoon. Be prepared to come back to your room at 5:05pm after a long day of activities, to find that housekeeping didn’t clean your room. Then call the front desk and nothing happens. The solution was to speak to the manager of the front desk, who personally brought the one and only housekeeper on duty that tends to emergencies after 5pm. Had to help her to do the bed in order to speed things up. Such a shame because I was here twenty years ago and it used to be an excellent hotel. Will not return, as there is now a better option available.
