"とても美しい湖のほとりでの滞在、最高でした。特に満天の星空は息を呑む美しさ。圧巻の景色でした。 ロジ面ではInterlaken Ost駅からバスでスムーズに辿り着けるか不安でしたが、バスはほぼ時間通り、ホテルは最寄りのバス停から目の前で、全く問題ありませんでした。Interlaken Ost駅前に大きめのスーパー(Coop)があるので、バス待ち(約30分ごと)も問題なく過ごせました。 夕食はホテルのピッツァリアを利用しましたがこちらも焼きたてピザ美味しかったです。"

"Lovely place to stay, not too far from INTERLAKEN OST but bus timings can be long ~ but still walkable to interlaken ost. During my stay couldn’t find any places to eat or buy groceries nearby but loved the breakfast with such an amazing view. Service is top notch. Will be back if I have the chance again. The price is really affordable given how expensive Switzerland is. Room was made everyday and it was really clean. I also love how there is free coffee / snacks available for guests at anytime. Thank you for the great service! Lovely and recommended place to stay."

"This place is highly recommended and very accessible to all directions whether you’re going to Grindelwald and Geneva etc. They have space room for those who wants to eat dinner. The down side is that no available shampoo and body soap liquids in the bathroom.overall I recommend that you should stay here. Very approachable staff and very helpful."

"Molti anziani sono in una zona di attività dell'hotel.Il personale della reception non è molto entusiasta e un po' freddo.Quando si lascia, chiede anche specificamente alla nostra bandiera nazionale, è molto strano. E ho visto la persona che si è lasciata davanti a me avere un piccolo regalo, e quando sono arrivata a me, ha preso l'ultima volta.Sento che è stato trattato distintamente."

"Friendly front desk staff and the hotel location is gorgeous. The frontdesk helped me with an early checkin and also upgraded my room with a bath-tub. The view from the room balcony was Mesmerizing and nothing short of a heavenly view… The breakfast was descent, however a little short of vegetarian options. The chocolates at the reception desk were amazing, better than Lindt. I wish I could know where they sourced them from😁 Harder Kulm (Top of Interlaken) entrance is just in front of the hotel. The market is at walking distance and also the OST station is very closeby. Thanks Carlton Team for making our stay pleasant and memorable… Ciao!"

"Old fashioned room has no air con, needs to use the table fan provided. In addition, the window almost dropped off. Room is dark as not enough lights. Not enough electricity plugs available for charging 4 devices (phones and tablets). Beautiful river facing from the window. Conveniently located near the train station and shopping."

"房間很大，洗手間也很大，住的非常舒服。前台服務很贊，入住寄存都很便捷。早餐中規中矩，用餐環境不錯。窗外是雪山，教堂，櫻花，綠樹…… 酒店位置優越，出門往左是主街，吃飯購物啥都有；出門往右步行幾分鐘，就是因特拉肯東站，去少女峯簡直不要太方便！ PS:酒店出門過馬路就是滑翔傘的集合點，非常方便。"
