For any reservation for 25 nights and over, all utilities of gas/ electric/ water/ sewer/ trash must be paid for by the reservation holder, directly to the utility company and placed in their name for the total days on the reservation. For reservations 25 nights and over and less than 90 nights, you have the option to pay a flat rate fee for utilities instead of switching them into your name. For in-person check-in tour we have discounted late check-in window fees that must be scheduled a minimum of 24 hours in advance, the late check-in fee from 6pm to 12 am is 25 USD. No late check-in is available after 12am and the guest must schedule a time for the following day, please communicate with the host for the earliest check-in time available. B. Check out Departure time is 11:00 am. Prompt checkout is appreciated so that we can prepare the Unit for our next renter. Additional charges for unapproved late check-out shall be incurred by Renter at up to 250.00 dollars per hour past check-out time. Pets are allowed with written authorization prior to arrival. Unauthorized pets will result in up to a 1500.00 USD fee (per month, per pet), plus any additional costs for extra cleaning or damages attributable to such pet(s) and per night fees.
