No doubt this is a beautiful location with amazing views. The accomodation also very nice, clean, well appointed, good Wi-Fi, with all rooms with a view. Really nice swimming pool and surrounds to relax. In my opinion there are 4 main features to a memorable stay: 1. The ambiance of your surrounds 2. The comfort of your accomodation 3. The staff friendliness and attention to service 4. Food and other services. There is however one glaring issue that should be noted as missing from our stay- good food. To be honest I do understand the challenges to deliver fresh food all year and staffing issues that also come into play, but that is the establishment challenge to overcome either through smart menus design or innovative cooking (if no chef or staff can’t cook stay out of kitchen). The food we ate was just horrible, overcooked, looking as bad as it tasted with first mouthful . I make no mistake- the owner was very nice, welcoming as were her staff but I do feel sure the lack of attention to food quality and broader offerings will prevent people from coming or returning. I wish you all the very best and trust people will come as we did and enjoy the beautiful space and surrounds.

Un panorama incantevole, una vista panoramica, un'atmosfera rilassante. E' dove il lusso incontra comfort, ho goduto delle strutture come il jacuzzi, la sala di gioco e le due piscine. Anche se le scale erano una sfida, è ancora una buona cosa da esercitare haha! Il personale era molto accogliente, le camere erano spicciole e spazi, e il servizio è di prima vista.

Great customer service both at front desk and in emails. Every staff we encountered in the resort was friendly. The 2 guides during our private river tour going to the falls were amazing and did a great job. Good selections on breakfast buffet. The price of the room is very reasonable without experiencing below: Room # 36 is next to the public road so you can hear loud motorbikes/tricycles. There was a loud snoring all night. Can’t tell what it was, and we were there for 4 nights. When someone walks on the next door cottage, we can hear the loud noise of the floor movements at night. There was also an unknown creature running on top of the roof at night… I’m guessing a monkey, but we were not brave to go out and investigate. The towels also smelled mold. We asked for new ones but got the same smell. We didn’t bring up the smell because we knew the staff work hard. It also smell mold at the reception area. Overall, good location if your room is far opposite of room 36.

This is potentially a great place but when I was there there was only 1/3rd water in the pool (guess for repairs or something, people were vague about it) Of course this can happen, but both hotel and Trip.com should mention this on the website. So, you can book this hotel, but check about the pool. Also just try to rent a place next to the beach at Dumaluan for example. The staff is friendly. But I have the feeling that the manager is a bit lazy about the place. The toaster broke and next day it still was not replaced. First world problems, I know, but still.. Wifi is good, but not 100% reliable for important online meetings. For that you can go to Loom coworking on the main island.

Le nostre prime notti nelle Filippine sono state in questo piccolo e tranquillo hotel. Situato a pochi minuti dalla bollata zona di Alona Beach, concentra tutto quello che cercate dopo un viaggio infinito fino al vostro destino. Entrata bella, ricevuta da personale molto gentile e attento. Avevamo una stanza accanto alla piscina, molto semplice ma pulita e con tutto ciò che è necessario per riposare e rimettere le forze. L'hotel non serve direttamente cibo o cena, ma offre diverse opzioni di ristoranti vicini che, per una commissione giusta, ti portano alla Villa. Questo è disposto se, della possibilità di ordinare birre e raffreddamento bene freddo. La tranquillità impera in questo hotel, non ha grandi pretese, ma per noi è stato ideale durante i giorni che abbiamo avuto per la zona di Panglao e Bohol.

I absolutely loved my stay here so much! I am really keen to go back to the Philippines and would definitely choose to stay here again. The rooms are beautifully appointed and very clean and modern. I had a poolside room which was beautiful. The pool was massive and not too busy. The buffet breakfast was also good as was the room service. Loved everything about it including the location to restaurants and night life!

Originariamente il nostro piano era di rimanere per 1 notte a Henann, ma perché abbiamo davvero apprezzato il nostro soggiorno. Abbiamo prolungato il nostro soggiorno in questo hotel perché il personale premuroso e l'atmosfera così rilassante. Se vuoi fuggire dalla vita frenetica del tuo. Prova l'hennè. Era un volo di mattina, quindi ho preso una pausa, ma mi sono imbarazzata perché il codice elettrico non era corretto. Ci sono stati molti bug adesivi che sembravano anatre. Nessun dottore per visitare di nuovo, la casa di massaggio davanti all'ostello è così buona.

We had a total of 6 rooms reserved for this hotel for a one night stay. It was a family overnight stay.When we first arrived - we were assigned to rooms in the second building where some trash is being burned at the next property. The smoke was bothersome. The rooms also smell somewhat musty. The hotel personnel however were very nice and accommodating and immediately transferred us to the main building. They did ask the next door property owner to put out the trash fire. Overall our stay in this place was very good. Breakfast was good and it was right at the poolside. Access to the beach was very easy. Hotel personnel were very helpful and friendly.

Truly the best - the room reminds me of some luxury hotels, very nice and comfortable. It is the first hotel on Philippines with a good shower pressure. The pool is just a step away, so sometimes it can be a little loud - there are children and divers training. The staff is very helpful, provided me with a bike rent and showed me a hospital. The only thing - it was out of the electricity almost the whole day, and the ants ate everything I left unpacked.

UUtente ospiteChe gemma a Panglao!! 💎 Un hotel boutique di proprietà familiare che si sente come un soggiorno a casa accogliente. Pacevole, artigianale, pulito e pulito, con una connessione WiFi molto affidabile. Servono anche il caffè Yardstick (per tutti i caffè amanti là fuori, questo è il vostro posto). Anche se i proprietari e il personale sono estremamente amichevoli e si allontanano dal loro modo per ricordare il vostro soggiorno (vi amate tutti gli uomini ❤️), la parte migliore è i 4 piccoli cani che solo brillano il vostro giorno ogni volta che passate. La piscina è stata pura e ben mantenuta, e l'omelette che serve per colazione è ricco di condimenti e gusti! L'hotel affitta anche le proprie moto, tutte in buone condizioni (a differenza di molte delle persone che affitta in negozi casuali o in strada). Oh, e sì, se leggete nelle recensioni che hanno materassi di letto di alta qualità - lo confermo. A meno che non mettete l'allarme, non si sveglierà. È così buono! Se non sei un fan di grandi catene alberghiere che ti trattano come un numero, allora non guardare più. Grazie per averci ragazzi e sperare davvero di tornare presto!!

UUtente ospitePosto molto vicino all’aeroporto (max 10 minuti). Accoglienza impeccabile (nelle Filippine è abbastanza normale, ma fa sempre piacere). La Location è incantevole, curato, tante attività fruibili, i vari complessi di appartamenti sono immersi nel verde. Accesso diretto alla spiaggia, con teli forniti nuovi tutti i giorni e tutto il giorno. Le camere sono belle, spaziose, complete. La ristorazione è accettabile, ma noi abbiamo spesso mangiato nei locali lungo la spiaggia. Colazione generosa, ci hanno anche preparato la colazione take-away con quello che volevamo. Assolutamente consigliato. L’unico neo è che stanno costruendo un mostro di hotel di fianco, e questo è veramente un peccato.

AAllanMia moglie e io abbiamo di recente goduto di un piacevole soggiorno a Katchajo Inn dal 1° gennaio al 4° gennaio e abbiamo trovato la nostra esperienza molto piacevole. La struttura si trova vicino alla spiaggia e al centro, insieme alle sue attrezzature affascinanti e pulite, per un piacevole e conveniente ritiro. Durante il nostro soggiorno, ci è stato piacere constatare che il servizio presso il Katchajo Inn era caldo e attento. La natura ospite del personale ha aggiunto un contatto personale alla nostra visita, rendendoci felici e ben curati per tutto il tempo in loco. La disponibilità di Wi-Fi gratuita è stata una caratteristica conveniente, che ci permette di rimanere connessi e di fare il massimo del nostro tempo nella zona. Inoltre, la presenza di una piscina mini-sviluppo ha offerto un'opzione rinfrescante per il relax, aggiungendo all'appello generale della piscina. Mentre il cibo era soddisfacente, è stato la pulizia e l’atmosfera affascinante del centro commerciale che ha lasciato un’impressione duratura. Un piccolo settore per il miglioramento sarebbe quello delle tovaglie, che pure mostravano segni di invecchiamento, ma questo era un piccolo dettaglio in un'esperienza di cui altrimenti si poteva godere. In conclusione, Katchajo Inn ha fornito una base accogliente e conveniente per la nostra via d'uscita dalla spiaggia. Con i suoi alloggi puliti e affascinanti, il servizio ospite e le strutture aggiuntive come Wi-Fi gratuito e una piscina mini, abbiamo trovato una scelta piacevole per le coppie che cercano un rilassante e ben situato ritiro. Si consiglia di trovare un soggiorno accogliente e conveniente vicino alla spiaggia.

Se vai a giocare allona, hai bisogno di un'auto di tutu supplementare. 2. L'hotel WiFi è molto povero, e il segnale cellulare non è buono. Vivere qui è quasi uguale a nessun segnale. 3. Non c'è tavolo in camera, non c'è spazio per le posizioni

I stayed in the newer one which is Hayahay Resort at Genesis. I highly recommend this resort over the other due to its modern design and new amenities. Also, it costs the same price as the older one.

UUtente ospiteTra i plus: l'hotel è molto atmosferico e moderno, la piscina è pulita ogni giorno. Tra i suoi svantaggi: sebbene l'hotel sia nuovo, le cranie, i tumba e molte cose sono già tempo di sostituire e riparare. La pulizia non è effettuata con attenzione, si deve chiedere di pulire la stanza. In 8 giorni di riposo, abbiamo cambiato le tovaglie una volta e una volta il letto è cambiato. La colazione è deliziosa, ma non c'è scelta. Ogni giorno c'è una e anche molto difficile, aggiungere più scelta per la colazione.
