Our family trip was amazing .. very accomodating and friendly staff. Clean and tidy rooms. But 1 thing more, they should have intercom phones in the room so if the guest has any concerns or requests no need to go outside and go to the reception.

The accomodation, the room, the staffs, the service is the worst. I dont even know where to start. This is the only place that had me wanting to leave just after checked in. But i paid in advance and others are fully booked so i had no choice but to stay. 1. Salty water in the room. And i mean the sink and the shower. Imagine showering after bathing in the beach and brushing your teeth with SALTY WATER! We had to buy our own mineral water for brushing. 2. The staffs are not accomodating. I never felt valued even once for staying here for a few days. 3. The restaurant is pricy and the foods are below average. The servers dont know anything about the menu! I dont think they had proper training at all. 4. Dirty beach front. We walked at the beach in front of the neighboring resorts for a better beach experience. This resort literally ruined our first wedding anniversary! Never again.

we had managed to see quite a few bad reviews, but were pleasantly surprised. the beach and pool were really lovely. rooms were fine but lacked cupboard space. the shower has salt water. but you get used to it. the restaurant is ok, but a bit expensive. can recommend eating at the resort next door (Bohol beach club) it's great and cheap. Adriana's up the road was pretty good too. the breakfast at Dumaluan beach resort is very sp****. there are few filipino dishes and some kind of fruit. you can ask for bread. can see the staff is referred to as rude. we did not experience that. our toilet was broken and it was fixed immediately and they helped with what we asked for. In short, we got the product we paid for. it's not luxury, but perfectly fine

Our stay was okay but it could’ve been improved a lot by some minor adjustments. We were disappointed to find there was no kettle or tea/coffee supplies in the room which we believe should come as standard, especially in a resort. Also, bottled water is only provided on check in and not daily which we were disappointed with also. There were no Sun loungers around the pool like the photos depicted on Trip app. Very limited loungers on the beach front so they were never available. Breakfast was disappointing as there was no bread or fruit, and when bread was requested for myself who does not eat meat and dislikes eggs, there was no butter. I’ve never heard of a restaurant not having butter! There were very limited options, and you were rationed to only have 1 sausage and 1 egg as it was an assisted buffet. There was rice also but nothing to go with it. Also no tea bags available, only coffee. No laundry or scooter rental service which would’ve made our stay a lot more convenient, and no assistance to help find these services when asked if they provided them. Limited plug sockets in the room made it difficult to use our devices and charge them concurrently. There was no shower gel, only a small bar of soap but shower gel is preferable. Water dispensers to fill our own bottles would’ve been nice considering no bottled water provided on days other than check in day. All in all a disappointing stay. Aside from the nice beach, the location was also quite inconvenient as we hadn’t realise there were no other options of shops and restaurants available other than the resort itself.

Номер был делюкс, бунгало, жили 6 дней, очень милый отель, прям на берегу моря. Территория зеленая красивая. Все понравилось.

The only resort where you cant inquire, the owner is obviously has the worst customer service that you could expect... in front of their resort says " no canvasser" for a poor province of Bohol and a third world country you have the guts to put that up, we went here in 2015, its unforgettable because u can really find hell on earth...

pas de lit pour les enfants, juste un matelas par terre, chambre non conforme aux photos de leur sute, aucun confrt, PAS DE WIDI, uniquement a la reception, îscone correcte et bord de plage, pas de prtit dejeuner continental, restaurant hors de prix, , interdiction de s'amener des boissons ou de la norriture, a évter, beaucoup d'hotel sur Alona, pmus animé et pas plus cher, c'esst un hotel minable.

Location is good. Food is a bit overpriced. Most of the staff are friendly and attentive.

Staff was not very accommodating. I always feel like I am bothering them whenever I ask for something. I asked to schedule a massage for the evening and was told that it was scheduled. No one came. Turns out, they never informed the masseuse. No one apologized for the incident. They just pointed fingers at their fellow staff, but no one dared to apologize to me for their mistake. Room TV does not work. If you want to watch TV before you sleep, bring your mobile phone or tablet. Wifi was extremely slow. I requested a beach towel. I was told that they would bring it to me at the beach. No one did. Again, no one apologized for that instance. No hot water shower. Not stated on room details when I booked it that there was no hot water in the room. Food was not worth the price. In-house transpo arrangement was too expensive. They don't always clean their side of the shore/beach. There's a lot of sea****s and sea grass all over. Neighboring resorts are cleaner. I heard some other resorts are not just cleaner but also cheaper. It's more worthy.

well the place is good but the service is not good, they charged me 2 extra bed but only 1 extra bed,, the room is only 4 pax and we are 6..

The resort was quite quiet which is what we wanted, but felt like off season. There was some renovation and the restaurant closed a little earlier than we would have liked. (there was no information about renovation when we booked the resort) Having said that, the resort was very clean and well looked after.
