Se dovete passare una notte a Jagna (se il traghetto a Camiguin è cancellato, per esempio) questo posto è una scelta molto buona. I edifici sono un po 'anzi, quindi non aspettate un super moderno impianto, ma le camere sono pulite e spaziose. Il giardino è bello e il personale è amichevole. Puoi anche avere colazione se vuoi. Se non sei una persona di animali come questo non è certamente un posto per te. Hanno molti gatti e cani qui. Non preoccuparti che sono super amichevole. Se siete in immersione, offrono questo servizio.

No doubt this is a beautiful location with amazing views. The accomodation also very nice, clean, well appointed, good Wi-Fi, with all rooms with a view. Really nice swimming pool and surrounds to relax. In my opinion there are 4 main features to a memorable stay: 1. The ambiance of your surrounds 2. The comfort of your accomodation 3. The staff friendliness and attention to service 4. Food and other services. There is however one glaring issue that should be noted as missing from our stay- good food. To be honest I do understand the challenges to deliver fresh food all year and staffing issues that also come into play, but that is the establishment challenge to overcome either through smart menus design or innovative cooking (if no chef or staff can’t cook stay out of kitchen). The food we ate was just horrible, overcooked, looking as bad as it tasted with first mouthful . I make no mistake- the owner was very nice, welcoming as were her staff but I do feel sure the lack of attention to food quality and broader offerings will prevent people from coming or returning. I wish you all the very best and trust people will come as we did and enjoy the beautiful space and surrounds.

Staff can assist guests with luggage storage. Laundry services and sight seeing tour arrangements - car rental. Is possible while airport tranfers and shuttle services can be provided at a surcharge.. Housing Agotata restaurant which serves tadty selections of local and western dishes with different views ambiance. Guests can also OPT - for official diet meals request while room service options are available. The property is just 1km from the famous Alona Beach and 3km from Danao Beach master Cebu International Airport is approximately 87 km away..

Le nostre prime notti nelle Filippine sono state in questo piccolo e tranquillo hotel. Situato a pochi minuti dalla bollata zona di Alona Beach, concentra tutto quello che cercate dopo un viaggio infinito fino al vostro destino. Entrata bella, ricevuta da personale molto gentile e attento. Avevamo una stanza accanto alla piscina, molto semplice ma pulita e con tutto ciò che è necessario per riposare e rimettere le forze. L'hotel non serve direttamente cibo o cena, ma offre diverse opzioni di ristoranti vicini che, per una commissione giusta, ti portano alla Villa. Questo è disposto se, della possibilità di ordinare birre e raffreddamento bene freddo. La tranquillità impera in questo hotel, non ha grandi pretese, ma per noi è stato ideale durante i giorni che abbiamo avuto per la zona di Panglao e Bohol.

Reservations team was so responsive and accommodating. Front desk staffs were more transactional. They can't seem to like interacting with guests since by the time we arrived until we checked out. F and B staffs were more courteous like saying Hi and hello. Housekeeping was helpful. Aircon works well. Room is clean. I love the hot and cold shower as well. We love the easy access to the pool. We had the room on the ground floor which is good for us. Minor issues : - they don't provide extra bed for extra person. Room towel as well. Very limited. However, we managed to ask pool towels from Hk team since we are mostly swimming and we really need extra towels. - front desk is just until 10pm so if you need anything, you have to check it before reception closes. But actually they have guard at night who was so helpful as well. I requested a bath mat from front desk and nothing came until i met a guy from Hk and he sent one. - though the front desk was not so helpful. Other team was able to fulfill their lapses. So its okay. We are not demanding people. its just that we lacked those in our room which are basic. Housekeeping must to check on this before check in time so we can reduce our time and effort. But overall, we had a great stay. We felt at home and we enjoyed the big pool. My son had a great time at the pool. The resort is like 5 minutes drive away from the beach. But theres tricycle outside. Kuya driver was so nice to us. Didnt demand for a high price unlike other tricycle drivers. If you need good tricycle driver. His plate number is #357.

Posto molto vicino all’aeroporto (max 10 minuti). Accoglienza impeccabile (nelle Filippine è abbastanza normale, ma fa sempre piacere). La Location è incantevole, curato, tante attività fruibili, i vari complessi di appartamenti sono immersi nel verde. Accesso diretto alla spiaggia, con teli forniti nuovi tutti i giorni e tutto il giorno. Le camere sono belle, spaziose, complete. La ristorazione è accettabile, ma noi abbiamo spesso mangiato nei locali lungo la spiaggia. Colazione generosa, ci hanno anche preparato la colazione take-away con quello che volevamo. Assolutamente consigliato. L’unico neo è che stanno costruendo un mostro di hotel di fianco, e questo è veramente un peccato.

Positive side: The hotel is close to the Alona beach via the second hotel of the same brand. You can access to sunbed of the second hotel but not of the beach pool. Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Improvement side: The noise isolation is low but remains acceptable. Buffet quality could be improved despite of a large range of food. For the same price, we think that we can discover others restaurants in the area. Next time. Final, we recommend

Originariamente il nostro piano era di rimanere per 1 notte a Henann, ma perché abbiamo davvero apprezzato il nostro soggiorno. Abbiamo prolungato il nostro soggiorno in questo hotel perché il personale premuroso e l'atmosfera così rilassante. Se vuoi fuggire dalla vita frenetica del tuo. Prova l'hennè. Il miglior hotel di sempre.
