Just arrived in Colombia so thought I’d stay somewhere half decent, nice place, comfortable bed, sick rooftop pool. Only gripe I’ve really got is that a cleaner stole some items. A T-shirt, tooth brush, toothpaste and jumbo pack of wet wipes that were left on my bed. Worst part is that the wet wipes won’t be used to there full potential as they bring masturbation to the next level. As for the toothbrush and toothpaste, I hope you and your family all caught herpes as I had a stinking coldsore on my lip. Good night god bless

My second time staying at an Ibis; LOVE these properties. The rooms are very basic but you'll have what you need. The property is fun and stylish, staff was helpful (including arranging midnight airport transportation for us) and there's a full service bar and restaurant. The breakfast buffet has an amazing selection of dishes; I wish hotels in the US offered breakfasts like this! The National Museum right across the street is well worth a visit and you're a short drive to Monserrate and Candelaria.

El Hotel se encuentra ubicado en el centro financiero, a cinco minutos, caminando del museo nacional de Bogotá, y a unos siete minutos caminando de la carrera siete, que es una zona peatonal y comercial, a través de esta calle puede llegar caminando a la plaza Bolívar

La posizione è buona, molto vicina al luogo prospero della vecchia città.Circa 2100 yen ogni notte, il prezzo è ragionevole.L'acqua calda è anche molto calda.La colazione è inclusa, ma non c'è cambiamento, quindi ho mangiato solo １ una volta.Potrebbe succedere un po'di acqua di notte, quindi è meglio non camminare, ma non c'è problema durante il giorno. La prossima volta che vengo a Bogota, resterò qui.

La posizione è fantastica. È possibile camminare cinque minuti dal Museo d'oro del centro della città. È un appartamento a stile hotel, la cucina nella stanza, tutti i frigoriferi sono, e sono molto nuovi. Per me, l'unica carenza è che il bagno è troppo piccolo.

We arrived at this hotel in the early hours of the morning (4am) after a long haul flight from the U.K. We were obviously very tired and check in was done very quickly and without any stress. We were taken up to our room which, on the face of it seemed spacious and nice, if a little tired, and went straight to bed. I can't fault the customer service, everyone was very professional, polite and welcoming. Disliked · As I showered the following morning, I noticed a dripping coming from the ceiling above the toilet and the ceiling was bowing. We agreed that once we were ready we would report this to reception. I was just drying my hair and there was a big whoosh and part of the ceiling came down! Luckily, no one was hurt but I am surprised that the housekeeping service had not picked up on the leak previously, as this had obviously been building up for some time! I called a lady from housekeeping who was along the corridor from us and she came and had a look and we were swiftly moved to another (not so nice) room that had a ceiling but we guessed had not been used for a while as smelt musty and when we ran the tap the water initially came out brown! It was the first day of our holiday and for the sake of one night didn't want to make a fuss! From our experience, the rooms badly need a refurb but the customer service we received was good.
