HHanditoRecentemente sono rimasto al Pullman Ciawi Vimala Hills Resort, e in generale sono molto soddisfatto della mia esperienza.
1. Pulizia (5/5) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Il resort mantiene una pulizia eccezionale in tutte le sue strutture, le camere erano senza spot, con lenzuola fresca e servizi ben saniti. Le aree comuni come lobby, ristoranti e piscine sono state costantemente pulite, mostrando grande attenzione ai dettagli in materia di igiene e manutenzione.
2. Servizio (5/5) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
La visita era eccellente. Il personale era amichevole, attento e sempre pronto a assistere con qualsiasi richiesta. Dal processo di check-in al servizio di manutenzione e ristorante, tutto era ben funzionante e professionale. Si accertarono che ogni ospite si sentisse benvenuto e ben curato.
3. Servizi (5/5) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Pullman Ciawi offre strutture di alto livello che si occupano sia di rilassamento che di ricreazione. Le piscine sono state ben mantenute, con belle viste della natura. La zona di gioco dei bambini, la sala da ginnastica e la sala da ginnastica sono state anche eccellenti, rendendola adatto per tutti i tipi di viaggiatori. Il lussuoso giardino e l’atmosfera serena del resort sono stati aggiunti all’esperienza generale di relax.

Situato a Vimala Hills, lontano dalla ricchezza della città, il resort offre un tranquillo ritorno, mentre è ancora accessibile da Jakarta. Le vivace vite e le vite montane intorno creano una fresca fuga, perfetta per il relax. Nonostante sia fuori dalla zona principale di Puncak, è ancora conveniente per chi cerca una portata di lusso.

AApriditiaEasy access, very clean and comfy. Eventhough it’s a family and kids friendly hotel, my husband and I can still enjoy all of the facilites without any inconvinience.
The parking lot is a bit far, but they provide a 24h shuttle from the lobby. Too bad the family and kids pools are under renovation.
Overall, I recommend this hotel to any couples who plan to have a short getaway 👍

EEffaefufuFrom the moment we arrived, the resort exceeded all expectations. Nestled in a stunning natural setting with breathtaking views, this resort is the perfect mix of luxury, comfort, and serenity. The check-in process was seamless, and we were warmly welcomed with drinks and genuine smiles.
Hasbi attended to us throughout the sty and he has been exceptional.
Our room was beautifully designed with modern touches and local charm. Immaculately clean, it featured a plush bed, a spacious balcony overlooking the lush greenery, and all the amenities one could need—including a stocked minibar,a dreamy rain shower and a bathtub overlooking the scenery.
What truly sets this resort apart is the service. Every staff member went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Pak Handy also come down on the 2nd day to check on our hospitality. From the attentive housekeeping to the friendly restaurant staff, everyone made us feel like VIPs.
Speaking of food—absolutely delicious! Every meal was a culinary experience, with fresh ingredients, generous portions, and diverse options.
Whether lounging by the pool with magnificent view and cooling weather and indulging in spa treatments, there was never a dull moment. The peaceful ambiance and pristine surroundings made it feel like we had found our own private haven.
We left feeling relaxed, pampered, and already planning our return
And recommending to our family and friends. If you're looking for a getaway that blends luxury with nature and top-notch service, this resort is it. Five stars all the way!

UUtente ospiteHighly recommended for a short weekend getaway from busy Jakarta. We did a staycation for one night. Arrived before midday and while waiting for our room, we tried the spa at the hotel which was excellent. Check in time was at 14.00 but at 13.15 we were sent a text to say our room is ready.
Friendly and attentive staff across the hotel. I asked for a direction to the spa location and one of the staff I met at the corridor went out of his way to take me right to the front door of the spa - he could’ve told me the direction but insisted of accompanying me there. Really appreciate the gesture.
Breakfast buffet is impressive with large selection, and pretty good food. Love the view and surroundings of the hotel, and all the facilities, even a mini zoo behind the villas. We pretty much spent the whole time at the hotel and across the road to Taman Budaya.
Highly recommended to stay here; great job to the whole Aston Sentul team to make our stay very pleasant.
