Just had our stayed at Pullman Ciawi Vimala Hills and we had such a great time. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel ambience was also very good. All the staff was nice and polite, especially the guest service officer Mr. Yudi. Definitely will be back again.

Inizialmente ci diedero una stanza molto rumorosa e rumorosa. A quanto pare, quella ali era in ristrutturazione. Noi chiamiamo l'hotel e chiediamo un'ali tranquilla. Sono d'accordo e ci hanno trasferiti in una stanza più nuova (all'altra parte dell'ali). Se ti piace la natura e la tranquillità, ti piacerà questo hotel. La stanza è molto spaziosa e dispone di balcone (con giardino/montagna) vista.

A bit dissapointed as we booked deluxe room which has open-air bathtub (showing on the application) but there's no bathtub actually for the deluxe.. I'm asking the hotel staff why the room hasn't a bathtub while on the application we saw even for deluxe, they told that bath tub is on Suite room only & the wrong information on the application.. Hi Trip.com please update that hotels details on application, give information clearly & correctly, do not fraud! The others are good. Hotel staffs are friendly, clean & spacious room, good facility & kids friendly..

The hotel staff is very friendly, they will greet wherever they meet hotel guests. A hotel that has lots of swimming pools and is child friendly. When we got there the only drawback was that the room lights didn't turn on, but the technician quickly fixed it after we reported it. and don't forget to bring mineral water, because it is not provided there. .
