Hotel in zona REDBOX SNACK & COOKIES, Bogor

Prima esperienza di soggiornare in questo hotel papaho, il servizio è buono, la risposta è molto veloce, aiuto una volta, le strutture della camera sono da aria condizionata, acqua calda, televisore bene

L'hotel è abbastanza grande e la posizione è piuttosto buona. La pulizia non era troppo buona, così come la luce nella camera da letto. La camera Superior non dispone di un plug. Quindi se si vuole usare il plug, si deve sbloccare l'attrezzatura dell'hotel. La colazione era molto buona, molto varietà che hanno servito. Spero che la gestione dell'hotel possa migliorare alcuni aspetti (soprattutto servizio e pulizia) per essere migliori in futuro.

Staying 2D1N at mirah for business purpose, workshop meeting. Honestly i have a good impression in the first sight. Nice lobby and the hallway to their restaurants and meeting room. Their menu in the restaurant is good. Especially their chicken noodles and rawon.. But i kind of dissapointed with their room facilities. Lack of electricity plug, and amenities. I stay in room in old tower (3 digits) room, and they provide soap bar at the bathroom for bath. When i call the operator to ask for the liquid soap, the give it but the package is not look like a new one.oh, and they dont have a hair dryer at the bathroom i hope they can upgrade their amenities for better experience of staying at mirah hotel. Because honestly i feel like staying at 3 stars hotel, not 4 stars hotel.

I really enjoyed the stay at Bigland Hotel, Sentul and the reception was great and friendly…. The service of Ms Wenda at reception was highlighted and really good…. The hotel is at a very convenient place, very clean and near exit toll Sentul Circuit…

Grazie tante Nita, è stata utile e ha migliorato la nostra stanza. La stanza dell'hotel è pulita e accogliente. La posizione è nel centro della città e vi sono molti caffè e ristoranti vicino. Molto consigliato!!!

Mi sono trasferito dall'11 ottobre e nel complesso sono molto soddisfatto dei servizi forniti. Dal momento del check-in, il personale della reception è molto cordiale e serve attivamente i clienti. Quando una persona era libera, siamo stati anche registrati in anticipo. Il personale è molto professionale ma comunque cordiale. La camera è un nuovo hotel perfetto con elementi in legno minimalisti. Se in vacanza, preferirei tornarci.

Abbiamo accompagnato la mamma alla sua riunione annuale e la signora Sucy ci offre molte attività. Mia madre ha un grande pranzo e karaoke esplodere con i suoi amici. Il ristorante e il giardino vibe sono fantastici, anche la sala di preghiera è fornita. Si raccomanda di andare di nuovo 👍

I stayed at this hotel for an office event. I do not know for what consideration I was placed in a smoking room. As soon as I entered the room, I felt suffocated because the smell of cigarettes was so strong. I tried calling the front office, but the phone didn't work. As a result I had to get off the 10th floor, after waiting for the elevator to go up to the 10th floor for 5 minutes, and to get back down I had to wait another 5 minutes. What a waste of time. Finally I was able to move rooms, fortunately it was still available. The elevator is a bit wobbly when used, like it's in an earthquake and this is a bit scary. The food is quite varied, although the taste is just standard. The room floor is a thick carpet, but unfortunately not cleaned. I know the carpet in my room wasn't cleaned during my 3 day stay, because the position of the chair remained the same and the pieces of tissue on the carpet were still there. It looks like the curtains haven't been cleaned for a long time either. I still feel the dust sticking to every cloth in the room. Many of the furniture has been damaged by time and may need repair. Likewise with the lobby carpet and on the very worn carpet stairs, please clean it. The lobby parking lot is very congested, the paving blocks are disturbing because of the holes and the exits are very congested. The only thing that makes this hotel chosen by people is because of its location in the middle of the city. For a hotel this old, the rate is too expensive. Hopefully there will be improvement from management.

kamar dan kamar mandi nya bersih, service nya ok resepsionis nya ramah dan sangat membantu harga makanan standard, untuk rasa juga standard banyak semut, jadi hati² kalau taruh makanan di meja tidak dapat sendal kamar, jadi kaki kedinginan jalan di lantai karena gak bawa sandal

la pulizia e il servizio sono davvero ottimi...anche se il check in alle 3 è dopo le 12 fino a quando non ci si può rilassare prima in piscina... la posizione non è in alto quindi & apos; non è freddo ragazzi.. lhaa buono per rilassarsi ... il cibo al bar è ok ... se non va bene, puoi prenderlo ... perché se sei in hotel pigro vai da qualche parte perché è lontano da qualsiasi luogo se c'è ancora una promo ci tornerò sicuramente...grazie viaggio...
