Hotel in zona Mexico Garden, Bogor

I stayed at this hotel for an office event. I do not know for what consideration I was placed in a smoking room. As soon as I entered the room, I felt suffocated because the smell of cigarettes was so strong. I tried calling the front office, but the phone didn't work. As a result I had to get off the 10th floor, after waiting for the elevator to go up to the 10th floor for 5 minutes, and to get back down I had to wait another 5 minutes. What a waste of time. Finally I was able to move rooms, fortunately it was still available. The elevator is a bit wobbly when used, like it's in an earthquake and this is a bit scary. The food is quite varied, although the taste is just standard. The room floor is a thick carpet, but unfortunately not cleaned. I know the carpet in my room wasn't cleaned during my 3 day stay, because the position of the chair remained the same and the pieces of tissue on the carpet were still there. It looks like the curtains haven't been cleaned for a long time either. I still feel the dust sticking to every cloth in the room. Many of the furniture has been damaged by time and may need repair. Likewise with the lobby carpet and on the very worn carpet stairs, please clean it. The lobby parking lot is very congested, the paving blocks are disturbing because of the holes and the exits are very congested. The only thing that makes this hotel chosen by people is because of its location in the middle of the city. For a hotel this old, the rate is too expensive. Hopefully there will be improvement from management.

I stayed a night & highly recommend for the room. It was spacious, clean & comfortable. I had a good rest here. The hotel had a central location being across from the Bogor Botanical Gardens & a 20min walk to Suryakencana (Chinatown). Also, the front desk staff was friendly & helpful. Will be back.

Abbiamo accompagnato la mamma alla sua riunione annuale e la signora Sucy ci offre molte attività. Mia madre ha un grande pranzo e karaoke esplodere con i suoi amici. Il ristorante e il giardino vibe sono fantastici, anche la sala di preghiera è fornita. Si raccomanda di andare di nuovo 👍

A me piace la stanza pulita, il colazione è molto buono per un hotel 2 stelle, anche il distributore d'acqua potabile. La pressione dell'acqua di doccia è cattiva

Ho un incontro d'affari con il mio partner d'affari e il mio cliente.Abbiamo prenotato un ristorante all'aperto.Abbiamo ordinato cibo, caffè e tè anche acqua minerale, purtroppo la cameriera ha preso molto tempo per servire. Ci avevamo lamentato di aspettare più di 30 minuti senza alcuna notifica da loro.Quando siamo arrivati al lobby, la sicurezza non ha controllato la temperatura come protocollo sano a causa della pandemia COVID-19

Prenota 3 camere per 2 notti. Due non erano pronte quando ci siamo accolti a 2.30 PM. La pulizia della stanza deve essere aggiornata. Il cibo nel ristorante è sgustoso. La variante di cibo deve essere ampliata. Occorre migliorare anche l'ospitalità e la conoscenza di alcuni membri del personale. Il personale vicino alla piscina non può informare il momento in cui la piscina sarà chiusa. Il personale della piscina maschile mi gridò (21 aprile alle 6:00) perché ho bisogno di prendere in prestito una tovagliola dalla piscina per coprire la testa del bambino dalla pioggia pesante. Ho messo la tovagliola dalla piscina. So le regole. Ma non ha gridato ad alcuni uomini che mi hanno preceduto che correvano mentre indossava i loro corpi con asciugamani. La sicurezza del parcheggio era utile. Non intendo raccomandare questo hotel al mio pagamento.

Everything just great... staff, room, cleanliness, breakfast are so 👍 👌 anythin you want is there... kids love the hotel

Hotel was in a great location not far from toll exit. Food was great , i specially love hainam chicken rice at breakfast and they have many selection of eggs corner, not just omellet or sunny side up..but they have eggs benedict, salisbury eggs and many more my kids love to play at kids club and outdoor activities... will come back for sure

Everythings is good, but still the same as before last year at Panda Hotel, cleanliness need to improve. #Friendly & courteous hotel staff. #Easy check-in & check-out. #Many recreational facilities & activities at hotel area, some are paid (mini train, horse ride, elephant ride, etc). #Kanoopi, wood-fire pizza. #De'Savanna, good place for dinner & breakfast.
