The hotel is so beautiful and the beach was amazing. Only thing is that the location is not the best and the choices of food / restaurant were not that great - I was sick but everything was grill meat / burgers etc. I love my room, it’s small but clean and the balcony is crazy nice

Very nice place for relaxation with a nice view hard to reach without a car no night life at all after 10:30 pm nothing at all so we had to rent a car to go to town . They changed the towels procedure by the beach without informing us that they refused to give me towels very nice breakfast but staff refuses to serve u hot drinks after 10:30 very good supportive concierge officer free parking

This hotel is just magnificent we extended our stay here. Full water view all around, private pool nice and quite relaxing. It is 40min from airport and 35min from the castle (marine) I would love to come here again. All staff are friendly and helpful at all times

Beautiful hotel, amazing view. Hotel is really far from the city center and even far from the road. I think the hotel should consider getting a shuttle bus. Other than that, it was a very nice day. Thanks tomAli,.

It was really great and the breakfast was even better but the only improvement it needs is a jacuzzi

酒店服務還挺好的，有早餐由於時差我們沒起來，室內泳池和沙灘都很漂亮。不過地理位置真的很不好 離博德魯姆市區打車要四十分鐘！

Otelde fiyata dahil olmayan hizmetlere karşı dikkatli olmak gerekir zira euro kuru ile hesaplanıyor her şey. Onun haricinde her şey çok güzel. Konum, deniz, sabah kahvaltısı, temizlik ve odanın dekorasyonu harika. Size kendinizi özel hissettiriyor.

Posizione bella ma l’albergo cade a pezzi, tutto rotto, idromassaggio in piscina rotto, doccia nella stanza ostruita e arrugginita, sdraio al mare usurate , cuscini della spiaggia e dei bar rotti, tavolini del mare macchiato di feci d uccelli, banchina rovinata e sporca con relativa puzza di pesce marcio. Servizio disattento, sebbene l’hotel non sia pieno, molti inservienti non parlano e non capiscono l’inglese. In spiaggia i portaceneri sporchi dal giorno prima. Insomma molto deludente e inaccettabile da un 5 stelle!

Struttura moderna bella accogliente ma prima colazione e ristorazione veramente da 1STELLA SERVIZIO DA MENSA per fortuna hanno un bel beach e un bel Mare e un buo servizio spiaggia e la struttura offre tanti servizi altrimenti check out

Beautiful resort in a wonderful spot. Includes a fantastic beach with a great view of the sunset, perfect for a chill relaxing time. I have to mention their Vitalica Wellness center where we booked a ritual with full body massage - honestly one of the best massages I have had. They have many experiences which I would like to try out in the future as it was truly stellar. Only gripe is the location is a little far from town - around 30 minutes, but to be fair the hotel does provide you with everything you need. Special thanks to Doghan and Deniz for their superb hospitality and assistance during this trip as well - they've both went above and beyond to be welcoming and provide help when needed.

A quick search through prior reviews given by numerous Bonvoy members tells quite a tale about this resort (and its general manager, in particular). The responses of that individual to those reviews (and the fact that “sorry” is a word that seemingly does not feature in his repertoire) tells the same tale. In spite of the best efforts of a number of truly wonderful staff at this resort, and the fact that the resort itself has great potential (a) the name of the resort is deceptive - it is 40 minutes from Bodrum in the middle of nowhere (b) the fact that one is therefore captive in this isolated resort is exacerbated by the lack of choice of food on offer (again, more deception since it seems that the “seasonal” pan-Asian restaurant is so seasonal that it’s never really open at all) (c) there are clear technical issues here such as frequent failure of things like power and water supply - we suffered the latter ourselves on our last morning there. Our suggestions that in view of all these issues, that perhaps as a gesture of goodwill a partial refund ought to be made was met with incredulity. Make no mistake - the operating model at this resort is once they have your money, nothing short of litigating in the Turkish courts is going to get you a penny of that back. If the hotel burned to the ground, I suspect they’d come up with a reason to deny requests for refunds. Reviews on other booking portals (which they hide behind) should be treated with the utmost suspicion as a little digging suggests there are authenticity issues. I shall say no more on that point.

The venue was absolutely beautiful, the views breathtaking! Came to the resort for some much needed R&R after a super hectic destination and I was not disappointed with how serene the hotel was. It’s a wonderful property with lots to do and 3 days were not enough. The manager at the front desk was extremely helpful and was willing to help/answer all the questions I had as a first timer in Bodrum.
