The activities are very fun. The staff is very friendly and we play with them uno it was so good and everything here was good there was so many choices to play

Hotel very small rooms smells aqua park looks big on pictures but it’s about 50 cm deep round slides it’s ok for little babies not 7/10 year olds food ok staff friendly,Big issue I found car parking they direct me round back of hotel which it’s land only ok if you have tractor not for car parked on street front of hotel my car been scratched badly I don’t recommend anyone to this hotel paying that much money should go better quality hotels with clean rooms and decent parking and swimming pools very bad experience we had

We chose this hotel because of our 20 month old daughter and it was definitely a great choice!! This hotel is really made for staying with children of any age, but adults will also enjoy it. Every evening there is some program, music, show, theater for children, etc. There is a playground, play area, special children's meals, a children's pool with a depth of 35 cm and most importantly really nice and friendly staff. For adults there is a pool with a depth of 145 cm, which is more than enough for relaxing and swimming (best in the morning or evening) and a late evening program - mostly live music. As for food, there is a really big choice for both breakfast, lunch and dinner and there is also the possibility to eat in snack bars and you will always choose something, tastes are diverse. I rate the room itself very positively, cleaned every day (unless you request otherwise), also the minibar is refilled and who says that it may not have been refilled with water...there are several refrigerators full of water everywhere outside, so you only have to take a few steps. The beach is average, but the facilities in the form of a restaurant and bar are great, thanks to which you don't even have to return to the hotel to eat and drink. The holiday was simply perfect.

Crystal World of Color is worth a visit; the atmosphere and service were nice, and I would rate it as a good experience. However, the food didn’t impress me as much this time—I expected better quality from Crystal, like what they offer at some of their other locations. Still, you can have a decent meal there, it just didn’t quite wow me this time.

Everything was truly wonderful. The big pool and the kids’ pool with slides were a highlight for the whole family. The staff were incredibly kind, always greeting us with a smile and making sure everything was clean and well-maintained. A special thank you to the amazing team at the Mini Club — the lovely, warm-hearted, and energetic ladies working there made a huge difference in our stay. Our child absolutely adored spending time there. Some mornings she could barely wait for the Mini Club to open — that’s how excited she was! Each evening, the Mini Disco was the perfect way to end the day — full of joy, dancing, singing, and fun little awards for the kids. We're truly grateful for the care, love, and unforgettable memories created by the staff. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
