Melek mosso ve buray konseri için ilk defa bu oteli deneyimleme fırsatı yakaladım, jollytur aracılığıyla gelmiştik bizi girişte aykut ve onur bey karşıladı tatilimiz süresince sürekli bi ilgi alaka ile karşılaştık çok şaşırmıştım ilk defa aracı firma ile tatil yaptım, içki kalitesi üst class kahvelerine değinmiyorum bile mükemmel şekilde geçti bayram tatilimizi iyi ki burada değerlendirmişiz, emeği geçen herkese çok teşekkür ederim

Otele gidermez gitmez insanı büyüleyen bi ambiyans var. Otelin tüm hizmetleri çok hızlı ve çok güzel. Otel temiz ve titiz insanlar için tamamen önere biliceğim türden. Otelin güvenlik hizmetleri de çok üst seviyede tam aile ortamıdır. Her gün her çeşitli ve eğlenceli aktiviteler oluyor çok eğlenceli. Plaj ve havuzların hijyen konusundaki titizlikleride dikkatimden kaçmadı. Eğlencelerde ve aktivitelerde özel ve sıkı bir biçimde bodyguardlar oluyor. Bodyguard şefi onur bey benim zor bi durumda benimle kendisi çok fazla ilgilenmişlerdi kendilerine burdan özellikler teşekkür ederim.

This is an amazing hotel with extremely qualified and friendly staff. We had special request regarding drinks and they managed to do it without any questions. Food is fantastic and houskeeping is realy good. But most important, all staff makes you feel like family. Cannot even think about a single bad point. Great,great, great!!!!

Amazing staff, service, food and entertainment. We are staying in the hotel right now. We enjoy the food as except for buffet there are a la carte restaurants as well as pattiseries with great desserts included. The service is exceptional. There are different activities for adults and children.

Very short review, this hotel was astounding, high quality, amazing staff, friendly, professional, gifted! Food world class, alcohol amazing and great value with all inclusive. Live entertainment! Concerts, multiple bars, restaurants, real coffee!!! COULDN'T RECOMMEND IT MORE!

It's our 4th visit in Port nature. Everything is pretty fine for me and my family that's why we come back again and again. I like all the services since came to the hotel but this year I want to say thank you to guest relation staff for friendly and bodyguards service for safety. Especially I felt it while Russian singer Meladze came to the hotel. This year that services are grown twice and I really feel myself safety when too much guests came from other hotels to the concert. Yea, people in black t-shirts make his job brilliant. Thanks to the hotel management that make our staying as well as possible even in this crisis times. This hotel tached our 💕 although there are too much good hotels in Turkey

Arrived with family 1.06.24-8.06.24. Excellent service and food. Not first time in Turkey, and in comparison with other hotels I can say that this hotel is super 👌 interesting show programs, music, restaurants and food. Also very good beach and cocktail bar. Very friendly staff and managment! They helped us during our time in hotel. Also I liked room service and rooms. Clean, comfort, nice mini-bar, so everything that you need👍 Also good kids club, our daughter loved to stay there. Good programs for kids. I highly recommend the hotel for everyone!!!

Very good hotel. Everything is included in price, no need to go outside. Staff from Kyrgyzstan very respectful (Daniel, Gulya, 3 sushi guys). Very recommend! Would be good to have more english speaking staff. But overall is acceptable. Thanks!

This is definitely one of my favorite hotels in Turkey. I've been there twice last year and i am booking again this May for my birthday. I went with my 2 children, and met up with my Mom and her girl friend. There are few things that i find exceptionally great about this hotel, that keep me coming back here for vacation every year: 1. I am a Taurus, so tasty food is extremely important to me, plus i am a very picky eater, so are my children. But here each one of us finds great food to eat! This hotel has A la carte restaurants, that are available all day! I favor fish and seafood, and here they are present at each meal. My favorite seafood is at the beach restaurant, they are opened for lunch and dinner and offer salmon, fish and chips and honestly what not, but everything is fresh and tasty. In other hotels you have to pick a day, see if the restaurant is available and only then can eat there, and here you can go dine A la carte for every meal! That's awesome! They also have few other restaurants. My kids love pasta and sushi. Also there is a night restaurant if you have a late flight for example, you will not go hungry 2. What matters to me is that people - staff in this hotel are extremely nice and polite, starting with bartenders and reception and even shop owners and photographers! They are all very nice and make you feel like a part of vacation family here :) 3. I love that this hotel has a special security - bodyguards in the evening. This is so important to me being a young woman and travelling alone with my children, i always feel safe and protected, even when some drunk people approaching, the bodyguards always make sure you're ok 4. It's awesome, that this hotel has concerts! My mom absolutely loves all the singers, who we were able to see in concert and honestly even when i've been to some top hotels, they never invited stars of such caliber, just regular animation. So that's really a great deal, when you pay for hotel and attend a concert at the same time with no extra cost 5. The rooms are always nice and clean and have everything you may need. Guys at reception always make sure you get the room you want and last time we didn't like the first room that we were given, so after few discussions, they granted us a much nicer room that my kids loved. Hoping everthing goes well this time as well :) I could name many more great things about this hotel : brand alcohol, ice cream all day, exceptional coffee, minibar, but this would be too long and the above are my favorite things, that keep me coming back again and again :)

I had a perfect stay at Port Nature Luxury Resort. The place is spotless – from the rooms to the pools, you can tell they really keep an eye on cleanliness. Our room was cozy, had all the basics, plus a great view of the sea which was a nice bonus. The food was something else! So much variety, I think I ate my weight in breakfast buffets and the beachside snacks were perfect for lazy afternoons. And the staff, they were all super friendly, always smiling and ready to help with anything. What really stood out to me was just the vibe of the place – relaxed but luxurious, you know? Spent most of my days by one of the pools and finished off with some excellent dinners. Didn't really want to leave. Would I recommend it? Absolutely, especially if you're looking to treat yourself to some proper downtime in a gorgeous spot. Worth every penny and I’m already thinking about going back next year.

Where do I start with this hotel ??? Everyone speak Russian, not many people speaks english or any other languages, even workers from Russia or Kyrgyzstan. I`ve explained to kids club members 4-5 times, "My kids doesn't understand Russian please explain english, otherwise they don't know what to do" but that was waste of time, everything designed for Russian families and their kids ! we stayed 10 days and they don't bother to refill fridge 3 times ! Not sandy sea side, leaking air con, way too loud music obviously kids cant sleep ! Show and animation awful, especially all reception teams are super grumpy. By the pool people smoking which is shouldn't be, I explained very kindly to pool bar members but they said we can not worn smokers basically they don't give sh.t... Long story short. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE.
