Siam Elegance Hotel & Spa

This was our first family holiday abroad in an all inclusive hotel. We loved every minute of it. Our bedroom was always super clean, with sheet sculptures and flowers all over the kids beds. The food was good and there was a 24h restaurant service. Special thanks to Eylul, who took care of us with such great attention, care and always with a smile on her face! She made our last evening a moment to forever remember as she decorated our table with flowers and napkins sculptures! Thank you to our favourite barmen Samet and the other young boy (sorry I forgot your name but we won't forget you and how great you are!) The animation team became our family for the duration of our stay :) they are amazing! Duracel, Panda, the guy with great dancing moves and the one with a great voice (both presenters of the shows, sorry i don't remember your names) you made our evenings great and memorable! Natia and Mila are angels on earth, they are amazing human beings (they run the mini club and kept our 5y old boy happy all the time). Everyone was always so helpful, kind, fun, oh well! Absolutely AMAZING! THANK YOU SO MUCH SIAM ELEGANCE.

This is the third time I have come to this hotel, and every time everything is top notch! The room is clean, there is a good selection of dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There's a great show every day at nine thirty pm. I want to come here again!

Very nice staff, very helpful. Cleaning staff are very sweet the hotel is very well looked after and so clean. Everybody was so kind and willing to help with anything. Cocktails were very nice and all of the hotel facilities were lovely. Staff are very accommodating and offer to bring drinks over even on all inclusive they will take drinks orders at dinner time so you don’t have to get up to get your own drinks

As a family of four we have been to Turkey before and loved it. The photos were amazing but the only good thing about this hotel is the Animation Team. The shows are good and the staff friendly. However I put my personal beach towels on my sun lounger at 8:30 as requested by hotel (even tho other guests were up from crack of dawn and taking all the sun loungers) went to go and get a drink and when i returned my towels had been stolen. I alerted the pool bar staff and spoke to the manager of the pool and they shook their head. I was advised to speak to reception and I spoke to the manager and no apology nothing. Lucky enough for me the cleaning staff of the pool checked the bins and the area and could not find them. When I went back to Reception I had to practically beg for a towel card to replace the towels stolen. The hotel did nothing to even help the situation. On top of that the food had hardly any variety and nothing for the kids. My teen hardly ate the whole holiday. The milkshakes made them sick and we ended up eating soup and bread. The rooms had dirty bedding which wasn’t changed, we had to request clean towels and to top it all off the maids woke us up every morning by 9am banging on the door to come in to clean. Even if the do not disturb sign was on and the maids took that away day three so they could try and come in. Crickets and birds keep you awake as they are so loud and the smell of sewage wafts over the pool all day. I think if the hotel had cared about us as customers and shown some care it would have been amazing. I didn’t even get a “how can we help you” when my belongings were stolen. Such a shame.

I stayed at Siam Elegance Hotel & Spa in Belek, Turkey, from 23rd to 30th June 2025, and I can honestly say this was the most disgusting, misleading, and upsetting holiday I have ever experienced. Filthy, Unhygienic Room The room we were given was beyond unacceptable. Bed sheets had blood stains, holes, and didn’t even fit the bed. Towels were worn, damaged, and threadbare. The entire room reeked of vomit from the moment we arrived – a smell that never went away. The shower was dirty, and the towel rail was broken and fell off on the first day. It stayed outside our room for the entire week, unfixed, like a grim reminder of the hotel’s neglect. Noisy & Ignored Requests I had requested a quiet room, yet we were placed right next to the nightly entertainment area – loud music and shouting past midnight, every single night. Complaints to staff were ignored, shrugged off, or met with outright rudeness. I have a photograph of one staff member whose behaviour was especially unacceptable. Dangerous & Poorly Maintained Facilities The whole hotel was run-down, dirty, and nothing like the glossy photos used in their adverts. I saw exposed wires coming out of plug sockets, air conditioning units dripping onto food in the buffet (and onto my head), and “all-inclusive” ice creams left in an old cool box, always soft or half-melted. Misrepresentation & Dishonesty This place is marketed as a quality resort, but it fails to meet even the most basic standards of hygiene, safety, and service. It was an outright misrepresentation – if I’d known the truth, I would never have booked. Why This Matters This was a special trip I had saved for over two years to take with my son. Instead, it turned into a week of stress, disgust, and disappointment. The management clearly doesn’t care about guest welfare or basic hospitality. Final Word Avoid this hotel at all costs. Do not believe the photos. Do not trust the descriptions. There are far better places to spend your money in Turkey. I will be taking this matter further with the Turkish Ministry of Tourism, the European Consumer Centre, and my credit card provider.
