Overall, we had a very positive experience at The Inn at the Tides, except for the interactions with the front desk staff. It was a busy Saturday when we checked in and hoped to get in early, but got no information about what we could expect other than "there are a lot of room turning over." Even if they had simply said that it was unlikely that we would be able to check in until 4, that would have been helpful to planning our afternoon. We had two subsequent interactions with the staff at the desk and they seemed annoyed, frazzled, and generally impatient.

Beautiful property it was clean and staff was great! The room should have some updates our bed was visually older. You could see it and feel it, a microwave is a simple amenity and would have been nice to have.

I liked that they had a pool and spa, the room was lovely and clean the view from up the hill was really nice too.

Really nice staff, really comfortable room with a nice view of the bay. Not a good walking area as it’s on the Busy highway but I would stay here again. Great pool area definitely a good value.

Spacious, very nice room with a view of the ocean! The swimming pool is far larger than normal, nice hot tub, all set in a nice area.

The grounds are lovely with many birds and flowers. I even saw a deer. We should have stayed longer!

Great for our one-night get-away. The breakfast across the street was really good and the staff both at the hotel and the restaurant where great.
The Sauna/shower by the pool was OK but had seen better years, but it felt clean and hygienic. The pool is a 60-120 second walk from mosts rooms it seems like, so no issues really.
The fireplace in our room easily heated the entire space fast and quietly.

The hotel was great! The restaurant was a little less. Our food was cold and dinner service was not good. Breakfast was better but some food was cold 💕. Hotel was beautiful and comfortable.

The staff was really kind and welcoming! Both at the hotel and in the shops across the way! When checking into the lobby I was assisted by Aeden and she was so helpful and informative very personable and I was so happy with the accommodation and special requests for the trip! Even received a “complimentary wine in the fridge”! Had the best view and best time and the area is beautiful!
