Don’t stay at this. accommodation find somewhere else. It is hard to contact the accommodation. If there is an issue we booked two rooms for this place and we sent codes for three rooms. so after 24 hours of trying to contact this company we got through and we then sent another two rooms with codes. When we arrived we entered one of the rooms that actually had someone else’s luggage in the. unit. After many attempted phone calls, the people answered again. And yes extremely apologetic, although told us that they did not send those details through. When I sent an immediate photo to them. They were once again apologetic. They did refund the room cost as a Goodwill and kept on getting told system error, but that’s just not good enough , I understand that they taken over this place back in 2023 although you should have these bugs fixed by now

I travel a lot as a Rep and I can honestly say I have never been met at reception by a more disgusting, rude male person. He questioned my patience as when I arrived the reception door was locked, no lights on and a note on the door to ring a number if the office was unattended. He proceeded to open the door grumbling and then proceeded to argue with me why I had no patience and why I was ringing when he was there and it just took him a bit of time to open the door. I questioned why he had the door locked and no lights on if he was there. To which he kept on questioning my patience, which at this time, was becoming quite thin. After a long day of traveling this was the last thing I needed. If the booking had not been paid for I would have gone elsewhere. The room was average and had a bad smell. As previous reviews I have now read it seems to be normal for him and I would suggest as others that he find another line of work as obviously he is not happy in his current position. I would not recommend this property.
