Staff very helpful and tried to provide us good service. Breakfast on menu card limited. Location good. During the night it got sometimes noisy and doors were slamming. Somehow a bit overpriced no good value for money. We booked a tour #1 which was definitely not worth the 30 Dollar.

Hotel is one of the nicest in the area. We had a great stay, but with a few caveats. On the positive, they arranged a private boat tour with a great guide that we loved! We found all the staff kind and helpful. The rooms were spacious and we had a wonderful water view. As for the caveats: we has an issue with hot water which they fixed immediately upon asking, the water pressure leaves something to be desired (though that might be true everywhere on the island), you can hear the town over the water in the evenings. Overall, it was a great place to stay and we enjoyed our time in Bocas!

The good - wifi and elevator to get your bags up to your floor. The bad - no food service, no drink service (bar), no doors on the bathroom or shower, not even a curtain in the “luxury suite”. Ac is ok. Limited cable channels (none in English). Housekeeping has no regard for other guests - started cleaning suite above us at 8 am sound like they were renovating room woke me and my two teens up! Low water pressure and very dark shower. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner. Location is just OK if you have a town view then you will have town noise with an open air club just across the street the best goes on until midnight! Balcony door does not lock and no bulb in desk lamp! Do not recommend and if I had of known of half of the deficiencies - would have stayed elsewhere / too late for us but not you !

Had a wonderful stay with my family in February 2019. We were counting the days to return, as soon as the global pandemic allowed. Tonight is our 4th, in a 5 night re-encounter. It is really so very, very sad... The food services are closed. The personel currently at reception can not be compared to the top class, welcoming and efficient staff of 2019. Towels with holes placed in our suite`s bathroom. Amenities (soap) were only available from the 3rd day onwards. Even the building itself now shows the signs of the generalized management decay. To make matters worse, today we suffered the robbery of 8 US$20 bills from the room´s safe ($160). We reported the case at the reception. The main person in charge, a lady whom we have not seen once these past 4 days, would not accept to talk to me on the telephone - even as she was talking to Giordano, the reception staff, in front of us. Obtained the telephone of a Mr. E. Williams, apparently the number 1 person in charge of the hotel, through some local entrepeneurs. We wanted to comment on how the present stay is in contrast with that of 2019 - he never took our call either. And this was just such a great place to stay, once upon a time!

On s’y est arrêté juste pour manger à midi. Le personnel arrive à sourire. Sur le tableau présenté tout n’est pas disponible alors que la ligne s’efface d’un doigt….! Seule la taille du prix différencie la petite et la grande Grec Salad. La baignade n’est pas très agréable, le fond est un peu vaseux avec quelques restes de blocs de béton. L’entretien des bâtiments semble être remis d’année en année.
