Boca Raton: hotel con bar

I actually went a year ago, but there was no space for that. It was close to Memorial Day not sure of the dates. We stayed 5 nights, 6 days. I went with my 12 year old granddaughter and myself. Not used to traveling alone. My daughter died my granddaughters mother, I wanted to take her away close to her death to take her mind off of it.and 8 months later my Husband died, so it was a new adventure for us to go alone. We have been going to the Boca Resort for about 20 years and enjoying every minute of it. The breakfast buffet was superb with people who worked there for 20 years and were such familiar faces. There are people who won’t go back because they took the most amazing breakfast buffet away. When we left they told us we had butler service. What a joke. I have been to hotels with butler service and as soon as you go to your room the butler introduces themself to you and asks if there is anything they can do. This hotel holds themselves out as such a fancy hotel, but we had room service for eggs in the morning because we were going to the beach and they were left in our room for 10 hours even after our room was made up. I called and called and they refused to take eggs away that were left there for 10 hours, ( real fancy and classy hotel). I called room service when we got back from dinner, we ate at every restaurant in the resort, and they said to put the dishes outside of our room. Are we at a Best western? I told them I would put these dishes in the elevator if they didn’t get them out of the room. They were there in 5 minutes. I don’t know how this hotel holds itself out to be such a fancy hotel. I’ve been to Ritz Carlton’s , St. Regis, Vanderbilts, with real butler service. I don’t know who the person is who thought they could do a better job than the previous owners, but you are so wrong. Giving free water bottles that are confiscated at the gate at the airport isn’t going to do it. Who are you? I would like to have a chat with you and see what you are trying to accomplish at your hotel because it is really lacking. We went to Principessa for dinner and my granddaughter really liked her meal, I ordered a glass of Chardonnay and it was $30.00. SERIOUSLY. If you’re going to hold yourself out as a fancy hotel then accomplish that. The staff was so untrained it was pathetic. First lesson is a well trained staff, if you can’t train them to not be jealous of guests then you have failed.

Boca raton is a really nice stay. If u are looking some were too go you should go too boca raton. The hotel was really nice and clean the Maids come to clean your room everyday. Breakfast is really nice and dinner there is a lot of choices to go. And the last but not least the pool. It is so nice can wrap your own Cabana with a TV in it and the couch and like if you free food a really nice there's a pirate for toddlers if you have little ones and now the Waterside one is closed and one open they are both really fun at night time I don't hear anything I saw a review that said I heard a lot of noise at night people snoring next door but I didn't hear anything at all it a nice stay if you go have a good time

Quiet a old property with thin walls, you could hear noice at night, service was exceptional.

Per noi era ok, perché non abbiamo un sonno facile. Le letti erano buone, tutto pulito, non abbiamo fatto colazione.

I was here for 5 days and everything was on point room was awesome and clean the service was above average. If i needed anything the staff stepped right up and assisted and made me feel very welcome and at home. The front desk staff was great and very professional . The Hotel Manager was awesome I left to fly home and my flight was canceled could not get a flight for 2 more days i called the Hotel spoke to the desk manager who remembered me and immediately put me at ease and got me a room I have asthma and was stressing but she was awesome . I would recommend to anyone stay here you will not be disappointed I'am coming to see my son at FAU College in October and will not hesitate to stay here again. La posizione non è distante. È conveniente andare all'aeroporto, andare all'hotel, andare a vedere l'isola della Dea Libera.

L'hotel è datato. Le camere sono molto antiche, con cartello. Tuttavia, la cura è molto buona e il colazione è eccellente per i modelli americani. Veramente diverso. Confirma se la tua prenotazione dà anche diritto alle bevande HappyHour. Da 5:30 a 7:30 PM vc può gustare il bar alla volontà, inclusi bevande non alcoliche per bambini (levi il tuo gusto!!; non offrono) La suite con due letti matrimoniali ospita fino a 2 adulti e due bambini. Vicino al più grande shopping di Boca e Turnpike e 95.

Certamente non le vostre tipiche Suite dell'ambasciata. Molto più vecchie. Non quasi quanto le più recenti Suite dell'ambasciata. L'ora felice non era buona. Due piccole bevande o si potrebbe avere una bevanda più grande. Il cibo non esisteva. Hummus con crackers. Snack mix. Ho soggiornato in dozzine di hotel dell'Ambasciata questo non era grande. La colazione era buona. Ci siamo solo fermati qui in viaggio per un crociera fuori Miami. Camere vecchie e indossate. Non sarebbe rimasto qui.

Ho avuto recentemente il piacere di stare all'Hotel Waterstone Boca Raton e devo dire che è stata una vera e propria esperienza, dal momento in cui sono arrivato, il personale è stato incredibilmente utile e ha fornito assistenza in tempo utile durante il mio soggiorno. Un aspetto che si è reso veramente evidente è l’atmosfera deliziosa dell’hotel, grazie alla sua collezione di arte attraente. È stato rinfrescante essere circondato da una bella creativa. Inoltre, la posizione dell’hotel era un’importante attenzione. Solo pochi minuti dalla spiaggia mi rendeva incredibilmente conveniente perso il sole e godermi le spiagge sabbiose. La vicinanza alla spiaggia ha aggiunto un strato di allure al mio soggiorno a Waterstone. Le camere erano ben messe, con un conforto e un senso di tranquillità, e l’attenzione ai dettagli della decorazione era evidente, e le strutture erano a disposizione per soddisfare tutte le mie esigenze. La pulizia e la temperamentalità delle camere sono state di prima qualità, che assicurano un piacevole e rilassante soggiorno. Il personale dell’hotel si è continuamente al di sopra e al di là per ricordare la mia esperienza; dal loro caldo saluto alla loro disponibilità a fornire assistenza con qualsiasi domanda o richiesta, il loro servizio eccezionale superava davvero le mie aspettative. Il Waterstone Boca Raton Hotel è un hotel che offre un'atmosfera artistica e che offre un'ottima vista di gioia. Il mio soggiorno qui non era molto bello, e mi aspetto di tornare in futuro.
