UUtente ospiteDi recente ho soggiornato al Phong Nha Mountain House e posso dire onestamente che è stata una delle esperienze più confortevoli e accoglienti che abbia mai avuto. I padroni di casa hanno fatto di tutto per assicurarsi che il mio soggiorno fosse perfetto. Ci hanno aiutato con tutto, dal bucato al cibo, fino a fornire preziosi consigli sulla zona.
Mi hanno anche aiutato a prenotare un incredibile tour intorno alle grotte, che è stato il momento clou del mio viaggio. Quando la mia moto si è rotta, si sono offerti di trovarmi un meccanico e mi hanno persino portato alla stazione degli autobus per assicurarmi che potessi continuare il mio viaggio in sicurezza.
Non potrei raccomandare abbastanza Phong Nha Mountain House. I padroni di casa sono tra le persone più gentili e genuine che abbia mai incontrato e la loro ospitalità ha reso il mio soggiorno davvero indimenticabile.

UUtente ospiteForse questo è uno dei migliori hotel in Vietnam dove sono stato, la stanza è pulita con una vista stupenda. La sera potresti sederti sul balcone e godere della vista sulla roccia. I proprietari di hotel sono molto ospiti, così che si sente che siete con i vostri parenti) tutti diranno, consiglieranno, aiutare con qualsiasi domanda, parlare un po' inglese, e la loro figlia parla anche molto bene)
Nel primo piano, un ristorante dove si può mangiare deliziosamente la qualità e deliziosi cibi 👌
Se torno a questi posti di nuovo, verrò certamente a questo hotel 👍 sicuramente raccomanda

UUtente ospiteThe staff is very generous and helpful. He gave advise for activities, booked our next bus and rented us his motorbike. He even invited us to watch the final soccer match of the national team with him and his friends, which was an really fun experience.
The free breakfast was really nice, pancake, fruit, juice and coffee and also other options, while enjoying the beautiful view over the valley from the rooftop.
Room had a nice balcony, was clean and beds were comfy.
We could leave our bags after checking out ans even use a hot shower after a day of activities before we took our next bus.
Would definitely recommend!

NNatalie KornЧудесное место, прямо на реке. Жаль, что попала прямо в ливни, весь причал затопило. Оставалось только представлять как здесь прекрасно, когда хорошая погода. К сожалению, пришлось уехать на день раньше, хозяин отеля помог с билетами на слип бас, и вообще он очень приветливый, старается во всем помочь. Он же организует любые трекинги и посещения пещер, правда у него чуть дороже, чем в городских агентствах. Завтрак по меню, притом вы можете выбрать только одно блюдо и один напиток, остальное за деньги.

Hheathnice lady at the front desk kind of loud at night with people singing but that ends around 11 pm u can't rent a bike at the front desk but make sure they give you a good working motor bike.. the also the nature thing is right down the street as the front desk and if u book tours the cave thing was fun but too fast see if you can book a private tour instead

AAleksandr P.Прожили в этом отеле трое суток. Нас устроило абсолютно все. Расположение отличное, у реки, в тихом месте, рядом горы и живописные рисовые поля. Туристический центр и причал для лодок в пещеры недалеко. Хозяева отеля очень приветливые и заботливые люди. Организовали нам недорого поездку к пещере Парадайз. В номере чисто, кровати и постель- отличные, кондиционер и вентилятор работают, насекомых нет, санузел чистый, просторный и красиво оформлен. Двери нашего номера выходят прямо к бассейну. Во всем отеле тишина. Всё отлично!

UUtente ospiteUn po' lontano dal centro del villaggio, a piedi 20 minuti. Se il tempo è buono, è normale e si può camminare. Ma sono arrivato sotto la pioggia e sono andato in taxi al porto e poi le caverne sono chiuse. Per coloro che si trovano sulla moto è solo un'opzione ideale. Il cortile è bellissimo, tedesco, la camera è accogliente e molto elegante.Colazione, cena può essere in cortile, il cibo è delizioso. In generale tutto è buono

UUtente ospiteОчень красивый вид из углового номера на реку и горы. Завтрак в их кафе тоже с таким же видом. Гостеприимные, приветливые хозяева.
Номер небольшой, но на 1-2 дня вролне хороший вариант.
Единственный минус - это периодически текущий кондиционер. Мы проснулись ночью от того что из него буквально полилась вода. Пришлось его выключить и спать немного в духоте.

FFeatherman PeteClosed when I arrived, mum not happy to see me, opened up, showed me to my room that was not made up. Very poor quality room, I helped make the bed. Only one sheet for the bed. 15 minutes later, dad showed up ( whilst I was online looking for alternate accommodation), and showed me a different room up stairs, out the back, that was better. I waited while the bedding was moved from the first room to the second room. Again helped make the bed, I had to negotiate to get a top sheet. No soap for the shower, only one towel, no remote control for the Aircon.
Good breakfast.
Great location for bus services.
Poor customer service for tourist amenities.
Bad advice and booking Service for departure bus, do your own research and book online or with a local office, you have a better chance of knowing what you are getting.
I left before staying my second night.
I could not recommend this accommodation and would not stay again. I wish them good luck for the future. Pete

UUtente ospiteGreat location in Phong Nha, minutes walk to where the bus drops you off. The only good thing other than the location and price was the help the staff provided with logistics. Diep was very helpful arranging transportation for us, even on her day off. We chose this hotel because it was listed as a 3 star hotel, not sure if that is accurate. The hostels in the town looked much nicer, listed as 2 stars, but we are a little bit older and not sure we would fit in with the younger patrons shown in the hostel pictures. Though we wouldn’t have used their large pool due to the rainy weather, it was only half full of water and not usable. The breakfast included in the room price was limited; might want to inquire ahead of time.
