receptionist affidabile, sempre vigile anche quando si ordina molto pazientemente rispondendo alle domande dei clienti con pazienza e bene

La camera e il bagno non erano così puliti. Ho scoperto che la mia biancheria da letto non era pulita e alcuni insetti o sporcizia sopra la biancheria quando sono entrata per la prima volta nella stanza. Hanno sicuramente bisogno di ripulire di più la stanza e ispezionarla prima che l'ipotesi entri nella stanza. Tuttavia, il cibo e le bevande a colazione andavano bene.

La manutenzione del vecchio hotel è un po' scarsa, il canale dell'acqua del water è bloccato, l'acqua calda è davvero lunga, anche l'acqua è fangosa

Old hotel but worth the price. The service & the pool is excellent

Staff super ramah. Sangat menyenangkan stay disini. Cocok buat kumpul bareng anak Dan Keluarga. SwPool is really good. Cuman ada sedikit kendala kemaren dpt kamar yg lampu led diatase bed mati. Trus remote tv jg kehabisan batere. but overall menyenangkan stay disini.

Check in was very slow. I came early but we can't arrange for early check-in, so we went to town to shop first. When we came back to hotel, our the room is not ready yet.They suppose to prepare the room because I came earlier on. They asked us to wait for 20 minutes but still not ready, reason they only have 5 rooms of such and need more time to clean. It's not acceptable. The manager was quite apologetic and allowed us to check out slightly late at 1 pm. But still we checked out at 12 because we need to continue our journey. Overall, the staff is nice. Room is a bit dirty, water drainage was bad, shower area was flooded might be the drainage a bit clogged. Mosquitoes is everywhere in the room, what should we expect from old Hotel right? Breakfast was so-so.

better take deluxe type rooms rather than budget rooms because they are very noisy and small. the budget room in the building is different from the deluxe room

Could’ve been improved. Stayed for 1 night and got an issue with the door lock TWICE. Because of that I’m unable to enter my room and waiting outside for too long for the engineer to come.

Kebersihan ok, kamar luas dan bersih. Kolam renang gede dan fitness center cukup lengkap alat2nya.

Pertama buka kamar bau pengap jadi minta housekipping semprot pewangi ruangan, hotelnya luas banget so far good fasilitasnya.
