Hotel con colazione inclusa a Blue Mountains

Venite a Toronto a vedere il figlio, il figlio ci portò a Blue Mountain per due ore, e ha scelto di soggiornare nel villaggio di vacanza Blue Mountain, un po'come una piccola città europea.Ci sono bellezze diverse sia giorno che notte, e un passo lentamente sotto la pioggia è anche un buon senso. Questo anno il Canada 🇨🇦 non è abbastanza freddo e non neve molto, quindi la neve sulla montagna non è abbastanza forte, è grande e la prossima volta sara'estate, dovrebbe essere meglio. Ho scelto due suite in una camera, la stanza è davvero grande e le strutture della cucina sono complete.Le due bagni sono anche molto pulite, il letto è particolarmente grande. Solo quando si è lasciato l'hotel ha trovato un altro costo, perché la mia tariffa di alloggio è stata pagata in anticipo a Trip.com, ma la reception ha ancora pagato un costo in oro senza spiegare il motivo. We were 3 families with 7 little kids and 1 infant. It was really hard for us to manage with such a big group to be away at the same time for 1 night. Every thing was great until the second day. When we were by the pool side , unfortunately there was a lifeguard lady named Ruby(Rubbi) . At the first moment we knew she was looking to make a trouble for us, first she started walking around all of us with an unpleasant gesture and showing her walkie talkies like we were not supposed to be there or because our kids were having fun and laughing andhappy?!!!!! First we ignored her but she was still coming and say things rudely. It got worse when my 2-year-old son was sitting beside the jacuzzi ( not even inside!!) and he was holding his last bite of his cupcake, she came to us and said harshly not to eat in the pool( he was’nt even in the pool) despite everything i said ok and tried to pull him away from the pool, she came back again and SHOUT at me and said exactly “ i told you to take away your kid from the pool” , in that moment i knew this behavior comes from jealousy and lack of efficiency and was looking to make trouble or what was wrong with her?!!! She didn’t have a right to talk like that to my baby and us with NO REASON!!! I think she wanted me to slap my baby because he was having fun???!!!!! In that moment she went and call security because of that! My son was crying and3 of other kids were crying and scared because of her behavior and loud voice!! So she ruined our day just like that! We called hotel manager and the supervisor came . She did NOTHING just stand there and just looking at us !! they didn’t even apologize for her behavior. All things started because of last bit of cupcake my baby was holding beside the pool which every one was eating too. this hotel supposed to be kid’s friendly and no one is doing their job properly! When you check in every one is smiling and nice but when you are under violence by their employees they just standing there and do nothing. If you are reading this just for you to know , you should have a proper priority and efficiency to work in a hotel! Because people working hard and wants to have good time on weekends with their family especially when you spend a lot of money and get like their behavior. I feel so sorry for the manager and lifeguard supervisor, they can’t even handle their staff properly and you want them to be polite with guests especially who have kids!!! We have been all around the world but NO ONE dares to talk like that to someone ‘s child.

We stayed 4 nights in a one bedroom. Comfortable king bed. 2 bathrooms both with large showers, one with a jacuzzi tub. Large balcony. Full sized appliances including washer and dryer. Well equipped kitchen. The only downside for us was that it was on the second floor. If you have issues with stairs, ask for a ground level unit. We wanted to store our bicycles indoors (not really allowed by management), but a ground level unit you could lock them on your patio/deck to get them out of the weather. The complex has activities for kids, including 2 pools. We were close to the Blue Mountain village with all the restaurants and activities. The only downside is that the sidewalk does not stretch all the way to the Hilton property. You have to cross a fairly busy road (on a curve) and then walk on the grass or on the road for the first 500 meters to the village. Okay for us, but for people with mobility issues or kids, it is not the safest. Maybe someday, when the last piece of land is developed, the sidewalk will be extended. Ample parking on site. Overall, it is a good choice to stay when in the area.

Blue Mountain Resort era perfetto. Molto pulito. Distance sociale effettivamente fatto. Grandi ristoranti e attività erano sorprendenti! Il servizio clienti era le mani in basso il BEST! Grazie per il piacevole soggiorno!Torneremo!

Molto buona posizione! La nuoto dopo lo sci è il must! Il caldo jacuzzi è un vero piacere! Un posto incredibile per andare con la famiglia, gli amici e anche come coppia! Torneremo definitivamente.

The location is great, easy access to the ski rink and there are lots of car park. The room is spacious and I like the fireplace that heats up the space. Highly recommend to others!
