This 4-star superior hotel is set in a former hunters’ hut which has been completely renovated and turned into a luxurious resort. It offers 2 pools and a spa area. The Dorfbahn Calbe Car offering direct access to the Brandnertal Ski Area and a ski rental are opposite of the hotel. Valavier Aktivresort features a heated outdoor pool and an indoor pool with panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. Several saunas, a maritime climate cabin, an infrared cabin and a steam bath are also available. Various massages and beauty treatments complete the spa area’s offers. Loved staying here. Super friendly staff, very tasteful breakfast and lunch buffet. Good temperature of the outside pool. We went swimming during the snow and it was perfect. We had an amazing view on the mountains from our room. Everything was nice and clean. Will probably visit again.

They are cutting on food.For dinner we got served very small portions of meat or fish 1/4 of a small fish which I would say did not have even 100gr.For side dish once we got the same vegetable that was served for brunch.For brunch they remove and close very early.On breakfast there was no reffiling,only one spoon for soft cheese so you cant take much.Leftover carrot or mushroom where in the omlete.The pool is a bit cold,kids are playing ball,the garden and animals are beautiful.

We stayed in ****S Valavier in february 2023. The reception-staff is very adequate. We asked for some extra cloth-hangers which were brought in 5 minutes, although it was a busy check-inn day. Compliments. The kitchen has a new chef, Ferry Brussel, and together with his staff he makes splendid breakfast, lunch and diners. Fine Dining. Restaurant Staff is very smooth, very friendly and knows exactly what they are serving. And if you want something else: no problem! Tobias Krickl is the well experienced maitre-sommelier. We stayed in a 'tallblick-loft bit weitblick' which perfectly hosts four guests. The intro-red sauna is a very nice plus. HouseKeeping took every day care of our room; when we came back from skiing the room was allways very well taken care off. Finally Eli und Kathi: there is no hotel which such a friendly and care-taking couple. Easy to make contact with: the night at the garden with gluhwein and raclette is a highlight. Sauna and outdoor swimming-pool are a big plus. We stayed for the 15th time in ****S Valavier, we call it our 'second home'. Therefor an absolute MUST GO.

Das Valavier ist ein unheimlich persönlicher Ort zum Wohlfühlen. Das Personal war extrem zuvorkommend und höflich, die Kulinarik war köstlich, das Angebot perfekt, die Cocktails an der Bar köstlich und der Chef Edi ist ein Original. Das Valavier schafft den Spagat zwischen modern und gemütlich, die Zimmer sind bestens ausgestattet! Wir können einen Urlaub im Valavier nur empfehlen!

Auffallend freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Die Valavier.Kulinarik ist absolut empfehlenswert, beim Abendmenü wurde auch auf unsere Sonderwünsche eingegangen. Die Ausstattung im Zimmer sowie Wellnessbereich war durchgehend hochwertig und alles sauber. Wir gehen gerne wieder hin.

Wunderschönes familiäres Hotel. Personal sehr freundlich und kompetent. Kann dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen. Werde sicher wieder ein Wellnessweekend im Valavier in Brand verbringen. Die Zimmer, das Essen, der Wellnessbereich, etc. war alles perfekt. Danke dem ganzen Valavier Team war einfach nur schön.

Wir hatten ein grosses Familientreffen. 18 Leute zwischen 19 und 60 Jahren. Alle waren begeistert von dem Aufenthalt. Schöne und saubere Zimmer, gemütliches Ambiente und sehr freundliches Personal. Das Essen war auch sehr gut und die Auswahlan Speisen tip top. Nichts zu beanstanden. Preis- Leistung ist hervorragend! Danke dem Valavier-Team für ein tolles WE!

Wir haben ein tolles Freundinnen-Weekend erlebt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Jede von uns genoss eine wohltuende Massage und auch das Lädeli mit Dekosachen ist grossartig. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und findet für jedes Problem eine Lösung. Macht weiter so, wir kommen gerne wieder
