We stayed in ****S Valavier in february 2023. The reception-staff is very adequate. We asked for some extra cloth-hangers which were brought in 5 minutes, although it was a busy check-inn day. Compliments. The kitchen has a new chef, Ferry Brussel, and together with his staff he makes splendid breakfast, lunch and diners. Fine Dining. Restaurant Staff is very smooth, very friendly and knows exactly what they are serving. And if you want something else: no problem! Tobias Krickl is the well experienced maitre-sommelier. We stayed in a 'tallblick-loft bit weitblick' which perfectly hosts four guests. The intro-red sauna is a very nice plus. HouseKeeping took every day care of our room; when we came back from skiing the room was allways very well taken care off. Finally Eli und Kathi: there is no hotel which such a friendly and care-taking couple. Easy to make contact with: the night at the garden with gluhwein and raclette is a highlight. Sauna and outdoor swimming-pool are a big plus. We stayed for the 15th time in ****S Valavier, we call it our 'second home'. Therefor an absolute MUST GO.
