Charming one bedroom apartment within walking distance of everything Blowing Rock has to offer. Minimum 28 day rental. It is just 3 blocks from Main Street and 2 1/2 blocks from Bass Lake with 32 miles of hiking trails on the magnificent Cone Estate. Take a leisurely walk around Bass Lake or a brisk hike up to Rich Mountain without having to get in a car. Enjoy the shopping on Main Street and dinner at one of the many fine restaurants in town then have a leisurely walk back to your apartment past the Broyhill park pond, baseball field and swimming pool. The apartment has a cabin feel with soaring pine ceilings and furnishing that give it a sophisticated look while still comfortable and cozy. The Bedroom has a king sized bed with a large flat screen TV, DVD and sitting area. The living area also includes a TV and DVD player. Blowing Rock Gem Nell was very helpful in making our arrival worry free. The property was exactly as described. The home was very comfortable and well appointed. It is in a very quiet and peaceful location, yet close to town. We would love to stay here next year.

Lovely area This was our second stay at this property. I was disappointed in the cleanliness as there were multiple cob webs and dust as well as ants. One of the heating units did not work. The furniture needs to be updated as all the tables were wobbly. However, the proximity to the town made us overlook all of this as we love the location of the house. We would stay here again but hope the owners refurbish it in the future.

Great Place Perfect location and charming apartment. Owner very easy to contact and very responsive. Driveway a little tricky. Walking distance to parks as well as main street. Overall cannot be beat!

Perfect location to down town. Quick walk to shops, restaurants and beautiful walks. I enjoyed snow one day and sunny 75° the next So much to see and do in the area. Property is very clean, comfortable and temperate controlled for every season.
