Friendly stuff, very clean I really recommend this place. Definitely going to stay there in our next trip

Only reason I didn’t put 5 stars was that later in the night parking spots run out. Any open space along curb or grass will be taken. Had to drive around parking lot like a shark closing in on its prey waiting for a someone to leave to have a parking spot. But overall great place for the price. Good breakfast and friendly staff. We stayed at this property many times.

I didn’t like the breakfast ! They didn’t have enough, it was too small for how much people were staying ! My hotel room air was not working well! They charged me for parking but had very limited spaces! Will not be coming back!

The pool was freezing cold and the room was very hot. We had the AC set to 61 to cool it down overnight (In February). The pool was not swimmable due to being so cold, which is disappointing. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfy, and complimentary waters are always nice. Parking was very limited.

No parking even after we paid for parking, staff was not helpful in solving this problem. The pool was ice cold and unable to be used.

Horrible experience all around, pool is small and dated. Along with being filled with ice water which makes it unusable. Staff shrugged it off, asked for a refund to check into different hotel which staff mentioned they would check into it and call our room. Never got a reply. Since booking through ******* and prepaying it was throwing a wrench in the process. Room was clean and just fine. Noisy being by the airport tho. Breakfast was good but to small of area to handle all the guests which lead to long lines. To top it off they want to charge you to park in a parking lot that is way too small. Found a note in my window when leaving to pay for parking in a snow bank. Will never stay here again or suggest this place to anyone.

We got in at 2:00 am. I called the hotel twice about our late arrival, and when we got to the desk, the woman on duty could not have been less interested in checking us in. We were still sitting the lobby waiting at 2:22 am because a) she advised that she has started “her audit”(?) and we had to wait for the computer and b) she also said that because we got in so late the system thought we were a no show. She mumbled all of this and then just let us sit there without any explanation or understanding. I also heard the manager complaining the next morning that customers were annoying because they showed up for breakfast close to the close of bfast hours. I don’t know if hospitality is the right industry for some of the staff here. And don’t get me started about the lack of shuttle after hours. Stay elsewhere

Wow where to begin…. Garbage all over outside the building and in the parking lot. Came in towards the front desk and the lady working the front desk I’m hoping was at the end of her shift and must have been a long one because she was less then polite and no welcoming at all. Very short and more worried about her phone and the guy she was talking with sitting at the bar. She claimed the pool was open until 10pm (which is why we came there so the kids could swim) We got to the room and found 2 beds smaller then a full size but bigger then a twin size. We asked for 2 queens! Other than that the room was fine. We went down to swim and found the pool was closed and drained!! What the hell! Now had to deal with crying kids because we could not swim! Thanks a lot Hyatt. The night went fine other then dealing with a bed that’s way to small to share. Woke up early to catch a flight to start the vacation. I went down to check out but no one behind the counter. Just a young couple waiting in the lobby with their luggage and a person sitting at the bar eating and drinking while watching videos on their phone. I waited at the front desk then walked all over looking for someone. I checked in the back even calling out for anyone. I did the same in the staff kitchen area and laundry area still no one. I called the front desk and the person stuffing their face finally answered… are you kidding! While talking with them they wouldn’t stop looking at their phone. I will never stay here again
